Abstract

Kalipucang Village is one of the villages in the Tutur sub-district, Pasuruan Regency. The village is one of the villages that has extraordinary natural and educational potential. There are four destinations which include two nature tours, namely the waterfall source Nyonya, Tumang hill, and two educational tours, namely milk village and coffee village tours. Rows of sturdy and beautiful mountains make tourists interested in traveling there. There are six hamlets in Kalipucang village, namely South Kuntul Hamlet, North Kuntul Hamlet, Dodogan Hamlet, Mucangan Hamlet, Cikur Hamlet, and Jelag Hamlet. The Kalipucang Village area is located in a highland area with an altitude of 840 meters above sea level and a place of ​​671.178 hectares and has a population of 4,272 people. So far, this extraordinary potential has not been published or promoted through websites and social media to boost more visitors, especially since most visitors see references first before coming directly. Natural resources and educational tours owned by human resources who are technologically savvy will make the potential of nature unknown to the broader community. The apparatus in Kalipucang Village has a maximum education of High School, and only a few people can take the lecture bench. This is where the anxiety experienced by the Kalipucang village government is that they have not been able to publicize their area. It is only limited to educational tours that have been published. However, for the natural potential, it has not been published because of the lack of knowledge about the benefits of the internet (online media).

Abstract

The process of milk processing at PT XYZ is done manually and the tools used are not ergonomic, workers do the processing process that is cut open in a standing position and have to move their hands repeatedly so that if the milk produces the best milk quality, the purpose of this study was conducted with the aim to can provide several advantages one of which simplifies the cut open work process. So that workers can do their jobs easier, more comfortable, more focused at work and most importantly can reduce the impact of fatigue, back and shoulder pain due to lack of facilities. This research was conducted to obtain target specifications for the manufacture of assistive chairs for milk processing according to the Anthropometric approach and the physical form of the worker. Anthropometric data collection was carried out randomly and 10 sample / person data were taken from workers at PT XYZ. From the results of data processing to determine the dimensions / size of milk processing workers is the size of the chair that is the width of the base of the chair 39.39; seat height 44.73; the length of the seat base 43.29 and the height of the seat backrest 58.59. Abstract

Posture of VIII grade students of SMP Bhinneka Tunggal Ika which has a big influence on the onset of musculoskeletal complaints is the position of the back and legs. In the back position there are often complaints felt by the students, namely in the musculoskeletal part because during teaching and learning activities (KBM) the back position of the students is bent. On the feet, it is seen that students learn with their legs bent / folded which results in frequent feeling of stiffness in that part. This study was conducted to determine the complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and the ergonomic risks that occur in students during the learning process. This study uses the Ovako Work Analysis System method to identify improvement activities that must be carried out. The results of this study indicate that the position of the body during KBM has a dangerous influence or effect on the musculoskeletal system. High risk in the position of the legs causes the risk of injury and sooner or later there will be a system disorder in the musculoskeletal system.

Abstract

PT. SMI is a manufacturing company located in Surabaya which is engaged in packaging printing using Rotogravure technology where the use of this technology requires a cylinder as the printing material. Before the cylinder manufacturing process is carried out, the cylinder must be numbered first. The workers when doing the numbering often experience complaints in certain body areas such as complaints on the neck, waist, and arms because the cylinder numbering place is considered less ergonomic. This study aims to re-design the cylinder numbering place which is deemed less ergonomic in the hope of reducing the complaints experienced by workers by using an anthropometric approach, namely through data adequacy tests, data diversity tests, determination of BKA and BKB, and calculation of percentiles. Determination of the design dimensions of the numbering table is obtained by doing calculations, namely the eye height in the standing position is 161.1 cm, the elbow-to-hand length is 41 cm, the hand reach is 69.2 cm, and the shoulder-to-elbow length is 69.2 cm. The length of the numbering table itself follows the standard length of the cylinder at PT. SMI is 1400 cm.

Abstract

PT.MBP merupakan salah satu batching plant dari PT. MJB yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha pemecah batu yang memproduksi produk batu split. Saat ini kualitas produk batu split belum maksimal, Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi adalah adanya produk yang cacat yaitu batu split burik dan berwarna merahPenelitian menggunakan metode Six Sigma six sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyst, Improve, Control) sehingga dapat dianalisis dan Masalah yang diketahui untuk memperoleh rekomendasi perbaikan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengidentifikasi,menganalisis defect yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya defect pada produk batu split dan Penggunaan metode six sigma dengan Konsep DMAIC yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi defect untuk peningkatan kualitas produk.Nilai sigma yang didapat PT.MBP pada bulan Februari adalah 2,345.dengan nilai rata-rata DPMO adalah 183142,502.dan dapat diketahui Faktor penyebab kecacatan meliputi beberapa faktor yaitu Manusia, Metode, Material ,Lingkungan.dengan demikian dapat diberikan rekomendasi dapat dibuat untuk tindakan korektif yang tepat, terutama pemberian pelatihan dan pendidikan kepada karyawan, Pemberian arahan dalam Pemantapan SOP pengecekan bahan baku, Meningkatkan standar kualitas bahan baku yang diterima,dan Melengkapi pekerja dengan perangkat seperti masker dan penutup telinga serta pencahayaan yang tepat selama proses produksi sehingga defect dapat terminimalisir.

Abstract

Air adalah sumber kehidupan bagi seluruh makhluk hidup yang ada di bumi ini termasuk diwilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan sendiri. Di Kabupaten Pasuruan kebutuhan air ini dikelola oleh PDAM Giri Nawa Tirta yang bertugas mendistribusikan air kepada masyarakat. Dalam pendistribusian air terdapat kendala yang dialami yaitu kehilangan air. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai kehilangan air, serta merancang Prototype pendeteksi kehilangan air dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diperlukan antara lain data produksi, air terjual, dan jumlah pelanggan pada periode tahun 2021-2022. Dari hasil identifikasi nilai Kehilangan air pada wilayah Unit Wonorejo sebesar 38.287 M3 atau 89% pada periode tahun 2021-2022. Nilai tersebut berselisih sangat jauh pada nilai Kehilangan air Nasional maksimal sebesar 15%. Sehingga perlu adanya pembaruan sistem dalam meminimalisir kehilangan air dengan teknologi sensor yang akan di simulasikan dalam bentuk prototype menggunakan sensor water flow sebagai pendeteksi arus air dengan nilai acuan 3 liter/menit dan digabungkan dengan Arduino ATmega 2560 sebagai mikrokontroler yang ditampilkan pada LCD I2C untuk menampilkan nilai flow air yang mengalir sehingga mudah dalam pembacaan. Nilai flow pada tampilan normal memiliki nilai 3,200-3,333. jika ada masalah pada sensor awal maka nilai flow pada sensor selanjutnya berbeda, karena aliran air yang berkurang pada sensor sebelumnya. Dengan demikian prototype ini efektif dan mampu mempermudah dalam mendeteksi kehilangan air, dan meminimalisir kerugian perusahaan.

Abstract

CV. X merupakan industri pengolahan plastik dan salah satu perusahaan yang telah lama berdiri Indonesia. pembelian bahan baku di pasok oleh beberapa supplier Akan tetapi pada penerapanya di temukan sering terjadi masalah maupun hambatan pada pengendalian ataupun pengadaan bahan baku seperti terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman, kualitas bahan baku , harga beli yang terlalu tinggi, sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian pada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pengambil keputusan memilih pemasok terbaik berdasarkan harapan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Skor kinerja pemasok untuk setiap kriteria dan bobot setiap kriteria dapat dilihat dengan menggunakan metode ANP. Supplier yang digunakan oleh Perusahaan bergantung pada pelaksanaan pembelian dan diperkirakan berdasarkan model dan sub standar. Model evaluasi pemilihan suplier yang dipertimbangkan di CV.X adalah Cost, Quality, Fleksibilitas, Responsiveness, dan pengiriman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis prioritas ANP di dapatkan bobot subkriteria kualitas memiliki bobot tertinggi diantara subkriteria lainnya, dengan bahan baku diterima dalam keadaan baik seberat 0,178178 dan bahan baku diterima dalam keadaan baik seberat 0,178530. Sedangkan untuk penyedia kebutuhan biji plastik kasar dengan penyajian terbaik yang ditunjukkan dari hasil penelusuran kebutuhan menggunakan ANP adalah penyedia 2 dengan bobot tertinggi yaitu 0,082527.

Abstract

Digitalisasi merupakan suatu proses peralihan media dari segala bentuk tercetak menjadi kedalam bentuk penyajian digital. Penerapan digitalisasi ini digunakan agar penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM Desa Nogosari dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dengan menggukana metode pelatihan terhadap pelaku UMKM yang mana 90% masih menggunakan pelaporan manual, dengan hasil pelatihan ini ditujukan agar masyarakat Desa Nogosari memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara menjalankan aplikasi buku kas yang notabennya dapat membantu proses masuk dan keluarnya data, informasi, dan juga keuangan yang awalnya dengan cara manual dalam pembukuan. Dengan adanya pembukuan digital ini warga Desa Nogosari dapat membantu proses pembukuan Usaha tersebut menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dengan mencapai 60%. Dengan adanya penyuluhan serta pelatihan sejenis ini, masyarakat mampu memahami fungsi dan pemanfaatan khusus yang dihasilkan oleh Gadget yang biasa digunakan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a warehousing system that still uses manual methods to record stock of goods, which as a result causes errors in stock calculation, data loss, and difficulty in accurately tracking the movement of goods. In completing this research, research and development (R&D) methods are used to overcome it with stages such as Analysis, Development, and Implementation. Through the development and design of warehousing information systems based on Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic (VBA). The warehouse information system that has been developed provides benefits to UPTI's spare parts warehouse. Pasuruan wood, which is like time efficiency in managing stock of goods, helps in planning the need for spare parts, makes it easier to track goods and reduces the risk of shortages or excess stock.

Abstract

Packaging can manufacturers experience a quality problem, namely with product defects / defects in every production that has not reached zero defects, especially in 800 ml crab meat packaging cans which most often experience product defects. Six Sigma can be defined as a methodology that functions for process improvement that aims to minimize defect processes and improve production quality using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analize, Improve, Control) approach. So that it can be analyzed from the known problems to obtain improvement recommendations. From the results of the measurement of the data obtained that for (CTQ) Critical to Quality, the key is based on the pareto diagram, that 85% of the highest defects are in the breaking of welding. From the analysis of the causal diagram, the factors that cause product defects / defects come from machine, human, raw material, and environmental factors. Thus, recommendations can be made for appropriate corrective actions, especially providing training and direction for employees on how to work according to SOPs for checking raw materials, improving the quality standards of raw materials received, and adding appropriate lighting during the production process so that defects / production defects can be minimized.
