Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan bahasa pemrograman Python kepada siswa SMA Methodist Binjai sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka dalam dunia pemrograman. Kegiatan ini mencakup pengenalan dasar-dasar pemrograman menggunakan Python serta penerapan praktiknya dalam pembuatan program sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi terhadap partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan edukasi pengenalan bahasa pemograman python pada SMA Methodist Binjai . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dalam belajar Python dan berhasil menghasilkan program sederhana. Dalam kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya memperluas pengetahuan pemrograman di kalangan siswa SMA dan menghadirkan alternatif pendekatan dalam pembelajaran bahasa pemrograman di tingkat sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Unity merupakan salah satu aplikasi pengembangan game yang populer dan banyak digunakan dalam industri game. Dalam kegiatan ini, siswa diajarkan tentang dasar-dasar pembuatan game, perancangan objek 3D, pengaturan lingkungan, pemrograman interaktif, hingga proses publishing game. Melalui edukasi ini, diharapkan siswa dapat memahami konsep pengembangan game, serta memiliki keterampilan praktis yang berguna dalam industri kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan edukasi ini adalah pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dengan memberikan tantangan kepada siswa untuk membuat game 3D sederhana. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam pembuatan game, meningkatkan kreativitas, dan memperkenalkan mereka pada dunia teknologi digital yang berkembang pesat.

Abstract

At this time, the company CV. Glofacia Oceanic in Medan City is looking for employees to be appointed as Managers and for the Selection of Candidates for Managers who have difficulties in selecting employees who have good work performance within the company, then based on work goals and attendance, which are evaluation materials for employee appraisals to become managers. For employees who are elected will be managers in the CV. Glofacia Oceanic. The number of employees becomes the owner of difficulties for company owners in selecting employees who are appointed to become managers, so it cannot be denied that in the selection of outstanding employees at CV. Oceanic Glofacia is often done not objectively. To find out which internal employees of the company are performing well, it is necessary to assess the performance of the employees. At the time of an assessment in choosing a prospective manager, including using a decision support system to help solve a problem. The method that will be used to select prospective internal managers is the Profile Matching method with the application of this method in selecting prospective managers, so there are no errors in decision making. So it is hoped that the Profile Matching Method can provide value objectively to employees and assist the company's director in providing employee performance appraisals.

Abstract

Employee bonus system is one of the important strategies in human resource management (HRM) to improve employee motivation, performance, and loyalty. However, many companies face challenges in creating a fair, transparent, and effective bonus system, mainly due to reliance on traditional assessment methods that are subjective. This research aims to develop an employee bonus model based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method that is able to capture the relationship between criteria holistically. The research method involves data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study, and data analysis using ANP to evaluate criteria such as target achievement, productivity, work quality, initiative, teamwork, and attendance. The results showed that ANP was effectively able to produce objective and transparent prioritization calculations, with employee A03 (Dermawan) identified as the highest bonus recipient with a final score of 0.1632 (32.64%). The implications of this research suggest that the application of ANP can help companies design a more fair and strategic reward system, thereby increasing employee confidence in the bonus system. However, this research is limited to one case study and has not evaluated the long-term impact of the developed model. Future research is recommended to expand the coverage to various industry contexts and integrate advanced analytic technologies to improve the accuracy of the model.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan teknologi di indonesia mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat ini menghadirkan terobosan baru yang kamu bahkan sulit memikirkannya dan sangat berguna pada Indonesia. Meskipun ketertinggalan Negara ini dibidang IPTEK sangat jauh, namun Indonesia tetap berusaha mengejar agar pertumbuhan teknologi terus berkembang. Teknologi IoT ini sudah lama dikembangkan, namun baru bisa diperkenalkan kepada masyarakat luas sehingga namanya pun semakin melambung tinggi dan mulai popular digunakan. Kemajuan teknologi tidak hanya memudahkan pekerjaan manusia, namun juga mamput mengurangi keterlibatan manusia dalam suatu aktivitas. Penggunaan teknologi IoT belum menyeluruh pada dunia pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan sumber daya manusianya dan industri yang masih mempertimbangkan banyak hal. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini berusaha untuk menjembatani kebutuhan sumber saya manusia dibidang IoT khususnya di tingkatan SMA, dengan memberikan edukasi melalui IoT simulasi menggunakan cisco paket tracer dengan harapan dapat memberikan dasar-dasar dari teknologi IoT yang kita butuhkan dalam memulai pengembangan IoT. Pengabdian ini memberikan solusi-solusi IoT yang mencakup dasar-dasar dari teknologi internet of things. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukan kemampuan dari siswa di SMA Swasta Cahaya dapat mengetahui proses dari teknologi IoT melalui simulasi IoT menggunakan cisco paket tracer dengan baik.
