Abstract

Indonesia has very high marine fisheries resources so it is often the target of illegal fishing, both by local Indonesian fishermen who do not have permits to use special fishing gear and by foreign fishermen who enter Indonesian territorial waters. The Marine Fisheries Resources Monitoring Station (PSDKP) is the spearhead of monitoring and controlling the management of marine fisheries resources in Indonesian waters. The aim of this activity is to obtain information about the monitoring mechanism for marine fisheries resources in Indonesian waters, especially for WPP711 which covers the operational areas of the Natuna Sea, North Natuna Sea and Karimata Strait through Open Ship Day activities. The scope of PSDKP activities is from upstream to downstream processes, from monitoring and controlling fishing regulations to the monitoring and controlling of fish cultivation regulations and fishery product processing. The activity was attended by 20 participants consisting of students from the Marine Science Study Program at Tanjungpura University. The activity was carried out using the educational lecture method and a simulation of the mechanism for catching fishing vessels carrying out illegal fishing by the ABK Hiu Macan 01 team. The evaluation results showed that the participants in this activity had a good understanding of the mechanism for monitoring and controlling the use of fisheries marine resources in the WPP711 zone and got an overview of mechanism for encircling and arresting foreign fishing vessels that carry out illegal fishing.

Abstract

Expert opinion states that fraud in the implementation of JKN is an act carried out deliberately to obtain financial benefits from the health insurance program in the National Social Security System through fraudulent acts that are not in accordance with the provisions. Various forms of similar fraud will be able to color in health social insurance claims, which can be carried out by individuals or groups or by Health Service Providers at the first level or hospitals as referral recipients. This form of fraud can occur due to the incomprehension of the community of health service users or carried out by KDP because medical expenses are borne by the insurer. In addition to threatening the sustainability of the JKN program itself, fraud also harms many parties including the general public, patients, medical personnel, hospitals and the government. The general public also bears higher premiums and smaller benefits due to budget leaks. Patients may also be disadvantaged by substandard services and episode breakdown of services. To analyze the application of fraud prevention systems in the implementation of the National Health Insurance Program and to conduct a legal model analysis in preventing Deviation or Fraud in the Implementation of the National Health Insurance Program

Abstract

Profesi dokter ataupun tenaga medis memiliki risiko yang tinggi terkait dengan tuntutan hukum dan klaim ganti rugi dari pasien atau pihak terkait. Kecenderungan meningkatnya jumlah tuntutan hukum terhadap dokter dapat menciptakan beban finansial yang signifikan bagi para praktisi medis, terutama mereka yang mengikuti asuransi profesi. Asuransi profesi dapat didefinisikan dalam hukum sebagai kontrak antara Penanggung (perusahaan asuransi) dan Tertanggung (individu atau perusahaan) serta menjadi dasar bagi penerimaan premi dalam hal ini adalah perusahaan penyedia asuransi sebagai imbalan untuk memberikan penggantian kepada tertanggung dalam hal ini adalah pemegang polis karena suatu keadaan yang menyebabkan kerugian kepada pihak ketiga dalam hal ini adalah pasien.

Abstract

Development Area Unit A is one of the transmigration development areas which will be developed in South Solok Regency. To see the potential of agricultural land in this area, it is necessary to evaluate the suitability of the land. This study uses a survey method. Determination of sample points using purposive sampling method. The land suitability analysis used the matching method with the help of the SPKL V.2 application. 1. In Land Unit 1 (SL) which covers 18,378 ha, a very suitable commodity (S1) to be developed is Candlenut for a plantation commodity. Meanwhile, oil palm and rubber commodities that are widely planted by the community at this time are only quite suitable (S2) in land units 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7.Food commodities that can be developed in all land units are cassava, sweet potato and taro. at the marginally appropriate level (S3). Vegetable commodities that can be developed are spinach and eggplant at a marginal level (S3) in all land units except land units 4 and 8. Fruit commodities that can be developed are bananas, papaya, avocado, rambutan, guava, durian, star fruit. , melon, duku, cempedak, soursop, sugar apple, salak, sapodilla, longan and pineapple.

Abstract

Palm oil production in Indonesia must be optimized to meet world market demands. The steeper the slope of the land, the more erosion and weed growth will occur. This can result in disrupted oil palm growth due to erratic competition, air, and light between oil palm and weeds around the plant. This study aims to determine the relationship between the slope of the land with the production level of Fresh Fruit Bunches of oil palm in the PT. Bina Pratama Sakato Jaya Unit Kiliran Jao Sijunjung Regency. The research is in the form of a survey with a purposive random sampling method. Observation parameters consisted of the weight of fresh fruit bunches, the diameter of stem circumference, and plant height. Data processing using a simple linear regression method. The plantation area of ​​PT. Bina Pratama Sakato Jaya is currently 4,678.79 Ha. Slope significantly affects the production of oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB). The highest average production was obtained on flat (0-3%) and gentle slopes (3-8%), and the lowest average production on slopes (15-30%) and very steep (30-45%)

Abstract

Currently, the government continues to encourage the development of oil palm plantation areas with the aim of boosting domestic economic activity. Nagari Lubuk Karak has a large area of land and has the potential to be developed into plantations, especially oil palm plantations. This regency has a land area of 1056 ha. Therefore, an evaluation of land suitability needs to be carried out in order to know the actual and potential land suitability class recommendations for oil palm plantations in that village. The stages in the research included secondary data collection, pre-survey, main survey and soil analysis in the laboratory. Land suitability classification is done by matching method. From the research results it is known that the limiting factors in the actual land suitability class at the study site were temperature, water availability, nutrient retention, and erosion hazard. After improvements have been made with good land management, the land suitability class can be increased with a potential land suitability class, which was previously classified as S3, increased to S2, and previously classified as S2, can be increased to S1. Thus, to obtain good oil palm growth in this region, it is necessary to improve the limiting factors on each land.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the plantation commodities that has significant economic value. A factor that needs to be considered in coffee plant cultivation is good planting media composition. This study aims to determine the effect of planting media composition on the growth of robusta coffee seedlings. This study used a Completely Randomized Design with treatments M0= Soil: 100%, M1= Soil: 50% + Coffee Husk Compost: 25% + Rice Husk: 25%, M2= Soil: 25% + Coffee Husk Compost: 50% + Rice Husk: 25%, M3= Soil: 25% + Coffee Husk Compost: 25% + Rice Husk: 50%. The analyses conducted were compost analysis and initial and post-incubation soil analysis. Observation data were analyzed using the F test followed by DNMRT at the 5% level. The research results show that the provision of coffee husk compost and rice husks affects the chemical properties of the soil and the growth of coffee seedlings. The planting media composition of Soil: 25% + Coffee Husk Compost: 50% + Rice Husk: 25% proved to increase the pH of the planting media from 5.5 to 6.6, increase in total N-value from 0.2% to 0.5%, available P from 18.6 ppm to 38.5 ppm and the soil CEC from 7.6 me/100g to 36.6 me/100g. This planting media composition also makes it possible to enhance the growth of robusta coffee seedlings in plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf width, and root volume. Thus, this planting media composition is a suitable medium for the growth of robusta coffee seedlings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh solid decanter dan mikoriza arbuskula terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di pre nursery pada tanah bekas tambang biji besi. Tingkat kesuburan tanah sangat dipengaruhi oleh sifat kimia tanahnya. Sifat kimia tanah dapat diperbaiki dengan menambahkan solid decanter dan mikoriza arbuskula. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan interaksi anatara solid decanter dan mikoriza arbuskula serta mendapatkan dosis terbaik solid decanter dan mikoriza arbuskula terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di pre nursery. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan empat taraf perlakuan. Faktor pertama adalah solid decanter ( 0 g, 200 g, 300 g, dan 450 g) dan faktor kedua mikoriza arbuskula ( 0 g/polybag, 5 g/polybag, 10 g/polybag dan 15 g/polybag). Variabel yang diamati adalah analisis tanah awal, analisis solid decanter, analisis tanah akhir, tinggi bibit, diameter batang, jumlah daun, panjang helaian daun, bobot segar bibit, dan bobot kering bibit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi interaksi pemberian solid decanter dan mikoriza arbuskula terhadap panjang helaian daun, berat segar bibit, dan berat kering bibit. Dosis perlakuan dengan pemberian 450 g solid decanter dan 5 g/polybag mikoriza arbuskula menunjukan pertumbuhan terbaik pada setiap variabel.
