Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Efektivitas Program Ekstrakurikuler dalam Meningkatkan Soft Skill Peserta Didik di SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui program ekstrakurikuler di SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Timur; Untuk mengetahui kemampuan soft skill peserta didik di SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Timur; untuk mengetahui efektivitas program ekstrakurikuler dalam meningkatkan soft skill peserta didik di SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik yang mengikuti program ekstrakurikuler OSIS, Pramuka, dan PMR yaitu sebanyak 123 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk mengolah data hasil penelitian, yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji hipotesis (uji-t) dan koefisisen determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Office Excel dan Software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Program ekstrakurikuler di SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Timur sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat pada rata-rata persentase sebesar 91,8%. 2) Kemampuan soft skill peserta didik di SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Timur mengalami peningkatan, hal ini dapat dilihat pada rata-rata persentase nilai keseluruhan dari aspek soft skill yang memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 81,2%. 3) Program ekstrakurikuler efektif dalam meningkatkan soft skill peserta didik di SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Timur hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan R square yaitu sebesar 51% maka dapat dikatakan bahwa program ekstrakurikuler di SMA Negeri 6 Luwu Timur efektif dalam meningkatkan soft skill peserta didik sebesar 51,3%. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi guru dalam pembinaan salat berjamaah di SMPIT Insan Madani dan MTS DDI Palopo. Penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana strategi guru dalam pembinaan salat berjemaah yang diterapkan di SMPIT Insan Madani dan MTS DDI Palopo, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembinaan salat berjemaah di SMPIT Insan Madani dan MTS DDI Palopo, dan optimalisasi strategi guru dalam pembinaan salat berjamaah di SMPIT Insan Madani dan MTS DDI Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru PAI dan peserta didik SMPIT Insan Madani dan MTS DDI Kota Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu obeservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yaitu data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Strategi guru dalam pembinaan salat berjamaah di SMPIT Insan Madani yaitu dengan cara pembimbingan dan pembinaan, keteladanan dan pendekatan secara emosional. Sedangkan strategi guru dalam pembinaan salat berjamaah di MTS DDI Palopo yaitu dengan cara membiasakan kepada peserta didik untuk selalu melaksanakan salat lima waktu. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam pebinaan salat berjamaah di SMPIT Insan Madani yaitu tersedianya tempat wudhu, serta sekolah menyediakan perlengkapan salat seperti mukena, sarung, dan peci. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam pebinaan salat berjamaah di SMPIT Insan Madani yaitu terkendala air dan kesadaran dari sebagian peserta didik itu sendiri. Sedangkan Faktor pendukung dalam pembinaan salat berjamaah di MTS DDI Palopo yaitu antusias peserta didik mengikuti kegiatan. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam pebinaan salat berjamaah di MTS DDI Palopo yaitu perilaku peserta didik yang belum teratur. (3) Optimalisasi strategi guru dalam pembinaan salat berjamaah peserta didik di SMPIT Insan Madani yaitu dengan menjadi contoh teladan bagi peserta didik. Sedangkan optimalisasi strategi guru dalam pembinaan salat berjamaah peserta didik di MTS DDI Palopo yaitu dengan pemberian nasihat. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Salat Berjamaah, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the strategy of guidance and counseling services in dealing with bullying behavior of students at SMKN 10 Luwu. This research aims to determine the position of the counseling guidance service and the strategies used by the counseling guidance service in overcoming the bullying behavior of students at SMKN 10 Luwu. This research is qualitative research using interview, observation and documentation study methods. The first research focus is the bullying behavior of students at SMKN 10 Luwu. Second, the counseling guidance service strategy in overcoming bullying behavior of students at SMKN 10 Luwu. Through several stages, namely; (1) Identifying internal and external factors that contribute to overcoming bullying behavior; (2) Analyze the school's position in guidance and counseling services to overcome student bullying behavior; and (3) Formulation of guidance and counseling service strategies in overcoming student bullying behavior. The results of this analysis show that the guidance and counseling service strategy in dealing with student behavior is improving communication with perpetrators and victims, providing motivation to perpetrators and victims, providing advice to perpetrators and victims, providing sanctions in the form of punishment to perpetrators

Abstract

This journal discusses archival management in improving the quality of administrative services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. This study aims to determine how the implementation of archival management is carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu and what are the obstacles to archival management in improving the quality of administrative services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that archive creation uses a format that already exists in schools, archive management uses an alphabetical sistem and sequential numbers, uses a predetermined classification list from the school, and uses an agenda book to identify archives. Then the archive retrieval procedure uses a manual method, namely searching for the archive on the computer first, if the archive has been destroyed then looking for the archive in the archive storage cabinet by looking at the archive code in the agenda book. Finally, the archive shrinkage procedure is carried out when the archives have accumulated, the destroyed archives are archives that no longer have any use value, this archive shrinkage is carried out by burning. And the obstacles found include the lack of expert human resources in managing archives, the lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of services obtained from the administrative field.

Abstract

This journal discusses digital-based management in improving academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. This study aims to determine how academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu and the application of digital-based management in improving academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu have met the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of the national education sistem organizers of the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2003. In its implementation, academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu include managing facilities and infrastructure to support the teaching and learning process, managing activities in schools, procuring and managing all administration at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. Starting from the admission of new students, class / major division, teaching curriculum, attendance, facilitating the learning process, supporting teachers' needs for teaching needs both property and information. Academic services are also carried out for alumni in the form of diploma management both issuance, attestation, and other services. And the application of digital-based management in improving academic services at SMA Negeri 2 Luwu consists of: 1) One Stop Integrated Service, 2) PPDB (New Student Admission), 3) Online Learning. And 4) Digital report card. To accommodate the implementation of digital-based management in improving academic services, SMA Negeri 2 Luwu provides supporting facilities such as computers, wifi, giving permission for students to bring smartphones and leptops to school, providing Digital Smart Tvs, LCD Projectors, and other electronic devices..
