Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the principal in implementing the values that contain Islamic education and to identify the supporting and inhibiting fastors experienced by the principal in implementing the values that contain Islamic education. This research is a qualitative research. This type of research is field research. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data is presented in an appropriate from so that it is read and understood, then the data is analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of this study state tha: 1) the role of the principal in implementing values that contain Islamic religious education to GUPPI SAlawati high school students is maxzimized, it can be seen from the role of the principal which is very important for the progress of the school and fostering students about religion, namely a) implement Dhuha prayer, b) implement reading surah yasin, c) implement Zduhur player, d) implement lectures/cultum, e) implement recitation once a month. 2) supporting and inhibiting factors for the principal, including: a) supporting factors:i) there is support from 100% of teachers, ii) the environment around the school, b) inhibiting factors: i) parental factors, ii) heandpone factors, ii) community environmental factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru kinerja guru dengan manajemen kinerja sebagai variabel mediasi di MadrasahAliyah Kabupaten Sorong. Melalui metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 46 guru dari 5 Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Sorong sebagai responden. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis melalui Partial Least Square (PLS). Least Square (PLS). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah kepala madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen kinerja, tetapi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Karena manajemen kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja guru, maka pengaruh kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah akan lebih signifikan melalui mediasi manajemen kinerja. melalui mediasi manajemen kinerja. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah penekanan pada model kinerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah kepala madrasah dengan manajemen kinerja sebagai mediator. Terlepas dari keterbatasan penelitian, penelitian ini membuktikan penguatan teori terkait dengan penerapan aspek kepemimpinan, supervisi, manajemen kinerja, dan kinerja individu di sektor nirlaba, seperti sektor Pendidikan khususnya madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis inovasi evaluasi yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Roudlotul Khuffadz Kabupaten Sorong. Melalui studi kasus dan wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penggunaan portofolio dan penilaian autentik telah berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan kemampuan mereka dalam menghubungkan nilai-nilai agama dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, implementasi inovasi ini masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti kurangnya pelatihan guru dalam menyusun rubrik penilaian yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya program pelatihan yang berkelanjutan bagi guru serta pengembangan sumber daya pembelajaran yang mendukung penerapan inovasi evaluasi.

Abstract

Educational marginalization remains a pressing issue affecting indigenous Muslim communities in Indonesia, particularly in remote and socioeconomically disadvantaged areas. This study investigates the contributions and challenges of the Emeyodere Islamic Educational Institution in supporting the Kokoda Victory Muslim community in Sorong City, West Papua. Using a qualitative research design, the study draws on field observations and in-depth interviews to examine how the institution fosters educational inclusion among the marginalized Kokoda Tribe. Findings reveal that the institution plays a pivotal role in transforming educational outcomes through a core ethos grounded in mutual encouragement, care, respect, and motivation. Emeyodere has significantly expanded access to education for Kokoda children, enabling some to pursue higher education and secure professional careers, including civil service. The institution also serves as a cultural and religious hub, reinforcing Islamic identity in the midst of social exclusion. Despite its success, the institution grapples with numerous challenges, such as limited parental awareness of Islamic education, inadequate infrastructure, and a shortage of trained educators. The study implies that community-based Islamic education, when rooted in strong local leadership and social capital, can serve as a powerful tool for empowering marginalized groups and advancing educational equity in Indonesia’s eastern peripheries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruksi gagasan pemikiran Al-Qabisi tentang kepeduliannya terhadap pendidikan anak. Al-Qabisi sendiri adalah salah seorang tokoh muslim klasik yang memiliki pengaruh besar dalam perubahan pendidikan dan pembelajaran khususnya dalam bidang agama Islam. Secara khusus, Al-Qabisi membicarakan terkait dengan pendidikan dan pembelajaran terhadap anak-anak, dengan berorientasi kepada lembaga pendidikan. Pemikiran atau hasil pandangannya adalah lebih menjurus kepada konsep pendidikan anak, maklumat pendidikan, objektif, amalan penilaian, pujian, denda, metode, model pembelajaran dan teknik pengajaran serta perbahasan tentang falsafah dalam pendidikan Islam. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, yaitu melalui penulisan ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, ensiklopedia dan lain-lain yang digunakan sebagai analisis dokumen bagi membantu melengkapi hasil kajian. Sedangkan hasil kajian ini, mendapati adanya dua bagian kurikulum yang dibawa oleh al-Qabisi yaitu kurikulum ijbari dan kurikulum ikhtiyari. Abstract

The landscape of Islamic education is undergoing significant transformations in response to the evolving demands of the modern world. This study delves into the trends and challenges facing Islamic education in 2024, focusing on the imperative of adapting traditional teachings to contemporary realities. Through a comprehensive analysis of current practices and emerging trends, this research seeks to elucidate the strategies employed by educational institutions to navigate the complexities of globalization, technology integration, and socio-cultural shifts while preserving the core tenets of Islamic pedagogy. Key themes explored include the integration of digital learning platforms, the cultivation of critical thinking skills within an Islamic framework, and the promotion of religious tolerance and interfaith dialogue. Additionally, the study examines efforts to enhance educational accessibility and inclusivity, particularly for marginalized groups such as women and minorities. Furthermore, this research investigates the role of Islamic education in fostering social cohesion, ethical leadership, and sustainable development in the face of contemporary challenges. By highlighting innovative approaches and best practices, this study aims to provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders invested in the advancement of Islamic education in the twenty-first century. Ultimately, the findings of this research contribute to the ongoing dialogue on the harmonization of tradition and modernity in Islamic pedagogy, with implications for fostering a more inclusive, dynamic, and relevant educational paradigm.
