Abstract

The goal of this study was to assess how traders behaved during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of Islamic business ethics, using the Home Industry in Pamulang, South Tangerang as a case study. This is a qualitative method of research. The study will take place in Pamulang, South Tangerang, with a focus on the Home Industry. Observation, interview, and documentation procedures are used to collect data. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmatory data are used to determine the data's validity. Reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing are all steps in qualitative data analysis. The findings revealed that, from an Islamic Business Ethics perspective, the behavior of Home Industry traders, particularly in the Pamulang district of South Tangerang, was in line with Islamic Business Ethics. This is also reinforced by South Tangerang's regional motto, Smart, Modern, and Religious, which encourages individuals to trade in ways that are consistent with Islamic principles.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes in teaching activities in the school environment, as well as teaching and learning activities (KBM) within the SMAN 6 Tangerang Selatan which are carried out online at their respective homes. SMAN 6 Tangerang Selatan must given the best for teachers and students. Therefore, school must have feedback from students for learning activity which have been given by teachers. The covid 19 pandemic make teachers given lessons easier so the students can understand the theory of all lessons. Motivation is important to make creativation and innovation in learning so the students can accept all the lessons and it can help the parents to teach their children at home. The results from the Community Service Activity are make the students SMAN 6 Tangerang Selatan have motivation to be good human resources based on faith, morals and understand of knowledge so they can be individual that can be prepared to face Industrial Era 4.0 Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Motivation, Industrial Era 4.0   ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 membawa perubahan yang sangat besar dalam kegiatan mengajar di lingkungan sekolah, begitupun dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di lingkungan SMAN 6 Tangerang Selatan yang dilakukan secara online di rumah masing-masing. SMAN 6 Tangerang Selatan yang harus bisa memberikan yang terbaik kepada para tenaga pendidik dan murid serta. Oleh karena itu, sekolah harus mendapatkan umpan balik dari murid atas proses pembelajaran yang telah diberikan oleh para pendidik. Dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini membuat para tenaga pendidik memberikan pembelajaran yang bisa memudahkan para murid-muridnya mengerti, memahami dan menyenangkan di semua mata pelajaran. Pentingnya motivasi dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam mentransfer ilmu dari tenaga pendidik ke murid dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan tidak terlalu membebankan orang tua dalam membantu anak-anaknya di rumah. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah para murid SMAN 6 Tangerang Selatan dapat memahami dan termotivasi untuk menjadi sumber daya manusia yang unggul yang dilandasi oleh keimanan, ketakwaan, penguasaan Ilmu pengetahuan dan ahlak yang mulia dan bisa menjadi pribadi yang lebih siap lagi dalam menghadapi Era Industri 4.0. Kata Kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Motivasi, Era Industri 4.0

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the efforts made to improve work discipline and employee performance at the Nurul Hidayah Kalam Hikmah Foundation. One of the foundations that is experiencing challenges in improving employee discipline is the Nurul Hidayah Kalam Hikmah Foundation on Jln.H.Saenan Rt 04\09 Kel. District Surgery Sawangan, Depok City. This foundation operates in the social and educational sectors, with the aim of providing the best service to the community. However, in carrying out its activities, this foundation often faces obstacles in increasing employee discipline, which has an impact on overall organizational performance. This research method uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research emphasizes meaning rather than generalization. Data collection techniques are the most important step in research, because the main aim of research is to obtain data. Data collection can be done in various settings, various sources, and various ways. The results of interviews and observations can be concluded by the author that in any situation when the leader lacks approach to employees and lacks comfort in the work environment, this also influences efforts to improve work discipline. Discipline can be interpreted as a condition created by a series of behavior, obedience and order, one of the factors that influencing performance discipline at the Nurul Hidayah Kalam Hikmah Foundation is a lack of motivation from leadership, a lack of approach to employees, rules that do not comply with a lack of rewards for employees, sometimes inappropriate regulations are the cause of lack of employee discipline. In responding to these problems, management has carried out evaluations slowly by providing examples to employees, creating a good environmental atmosphere, making rules, providing motivation to employees and holding internal meetings between employees.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan Islami dalam pengelolaan tim pengurus Mushola Al-Muqorrobiin selama bulan Ramadhan. Kegiatan ini penting karena kepemimpinan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan Mushola kepada jamaah. Program ini dirancang berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang mencakup pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Islami dan penerapannya dalam konteks pengelolaan Mushola. Metode pelaksanaan PKM melibatkan beberapa tahapan, dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh tim pengurus Mushola. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pelatihan kepemimpinan Islami yang mencakup teori dan praktik, dengan fokus pada nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, keadilan, dan pelayanan. Sesi diskusi dan simulasi juga dilakukan untuk memperdalam pemahaman dan aplikasi nilai-nilai tersebut. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan evaluasi dan pendampingan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan penerapan kepemimpinan Islami di Mushola. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan pengurus Mushola, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja tim dan kualitas pelayanan kepada jamaah. Selain itu, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan dalam kerjasama dan keharmonisan antar pengurus, serta peningkatan kepercayaan jamaah terhadap pengelolaan Mushola. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang nyata dan berkelanjutan bagi Mushola dan jamaahnya. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan, Mushola

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at PT. Nusatrip South Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population becomes the sample in the study, which consists of 74 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is communication (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) obtained from the linear regression equation Y=5.807 + 0.464X1 + 0.291X2. The correlation value or the degree of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.812, indicating a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value or the contribution of its influence simultaneously is 65.9%. The partial hypothesis test obtained a communication value of tcount 10.472 > ttable 1.993, thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence of work communication on employee performance. The work environment value is tcount 9.828 > ttable 1.993, thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. The Fcount hypothesis test value is 68.531 > Ftable 3.12, thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of communication and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Nusatrip      Jakarta Selatan.
