Abstract

In this study, a TPACK model was tested which describes the relationship between variables including Technological Knowledge (TK), Content Knowledge (CK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), and Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK). Tests were done that obtain results regarding to the variables influencing TPACK the most. Respondents in this study were 61 economics and accounting teachers in SMA, SMK and MA Negeri Banyumas Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire technique. PLS with Smartpla 3.0 software was used as a analysis tool in this study. Based at the results of studies and data analysis, we can conclude that the variable that had the finest effect on TPACK was Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), thus the economics and accounting teachers in SMA, MA and SMK must be able to improve their TPK abilities. This is carried out by integrating various appropriate technologies in learning approaches such as learning strategies and designs so it can be able to build new interactions in improving the learning process.

Abstract

Salah satu keberhasilan proses belajar dapat dilihat melalui hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw pada mata kuliah Akuntansi Keuangan II. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik Mata Kuliah Akuntansi Keuangan II Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang berjumlah 49 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar Akuntansi Keuangan II melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan: (1) rata-rata kelas dari awal pra siklus (68,05), siklus I (75,16) dan siklus II (88,43), serta (2) ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa dari awal pra siklus (73,47% atau 36 orang), siklus I (81,63% atau 40 orang) dan siklus II (93,88% atau 46 orang).

Abstract

Education plays a significant role in improving a person's cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor abilities. The importance of learning motivation can encourage students to maintain learning and achieve their goals. In achieving their goals, students need to be given a good character education to become a superior generation, have character, and have noble character. For this reason, efforts are required to strengthen learning motivation and character education, one of which is through community service activities. This service activity was carried out by socializing at SD Negeri Kepunduhan 01 Tegal with 30 grade five students. The methods used include (1) Identifying Needs (2) Preparation of Materials Facilities and Infrastructure (3) Submission of Materials (4) Discussions and Questions and Answers and (5) Closing. The students gain experience by writing down their goals and reasons so that they are more motivated to continue studying to accomplish their goals. The results of the service are expected to strengthen learning motivation and character education to create a superior generation in the globalization era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse: (1) The effect of self-confidence on learning motivation; (2) The effect of adversity quotient on learning motivation; and (3) The effect of self-regulated learning on learning motivation in economics subject for Class XI Social Sciences at Public High School 2 Purbalingga in the 2022 / 2023 academic year. The population in this study were all Class XI Social Sciences students at Public High School 2 Purbalingga for the 2022 / 2023 academic year. Sampling in this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique of 144 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. The data collection method used questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that self-confidence has a positive effect on learning motivation, adversity quotient has a positive effect on learning motivation, and self-regulated learning has a positive effect on learning motivation.

Abstract

Every company must be able to compete in facing the challenges of globalization. Increasing business actors' competence (knowledge, skills, abilities) and innovative products is a primary concern to win the competition and achieve business sustainability. Mainly if MSMEs can utilize social media strategically in developing their business. This research focuses on MSMEs in the Banyumas Regency area to examine increasing entrepreneurial competence, innovation and the use of social media towards achieving sustainable MSMEs. The sample obtained was 51 MSME respondents. The analysis method uses multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that knowledge and social media have a positive and significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. In contrast, skills, abilities and innovation do not affect the sustainability of MSMEs. Based on the research results, the implication is that MSME actors can pay more attention to skills, abilities, and innovation, which must continue to be improved to produce better patterns, motifs and product quality and will maintain the company's existence and compete sustainably.

Abstract

Mahasiswa freshman year mengalami masa peralihan dari sekolah ke dunia kampus, sehingga harus menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan sosial yang baru. Mahasiswa di tahun pertama yang mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan baik akan memiliki kemungkinan yang lebih besar untuk meraih performa akademik yang lebih baik. Coaching merupakan metode yang efektif untuk mengembangkan diri dan organisasi. Dalam bidang pendidikan, coaching akan memberikan dampak positif bagi proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa freshman year. Pengabdi melakukan pengabdian masyarakat melalui kegiatan coaching dengan metode IGROW, yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu (1) Pemusatan perhatian (Intention); (2) Penentuan tujuan (Goal); (3) Pemaparan kondisi atau realita (Reality); (4) Penyeleksian alternatif pilihan (Option); dan (5) Pengungkapan keinginan (Will). Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mahasiswa freshman year jurusan manajemen angkatan 2023 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa freshman year jurusan manajemen, yang timbul dari adanya keinginan-keinginan untuk melakukan perbaikan atas kondisi yang terjadi. Hal ini dituangkan dalam tahapan Will.

Abstract

Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dalam proses produksi dan perlunya visualisasi data yang efektif. Buku ini memperkenalkan metode pembuatan diagram berbasis peta interaktif sebagai cara yang menarik secara visual dan komprehensif untuk menyajikan data statistik, khususnya untuk analisis kebijakan. Proses pembuatan diagram ini melibatkan pengumpulan data, pemrosesan data statistik, persiapan data spasial, dan penggunaan perangkat lunak dan peralatan tertentu. Kegiatan ini memaparkan metode pembuatan diagram berbasis peta interaktif dan membahas penerapan metode tersebut dalam konteks usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah berupa diagram interaktif yang dibuaat untuk menunjukkan mapping data yang dimilki oleh CV Kinjeng.

Abstract

Government policies in an effort to transform higher education curriculum in Indonesia are implemented in the form of MBKM. One form of MBKM learning activities carried out by the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University is the MBKM Educational Internship. This study aimed to evaluate the MBKM Educational Internship program and the flipped classroom learning model oriented towards the CIPP model which consists of content, input, process, and product aspects through a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were all students of the Economics Education Study Program, who took part in the MBKM Educational Internship program for the 2021 / 2022 academic year as many as 33 students. The sampling technique used a saturated sample where all the population was the research sample. Based on the evaluation results of the CIPP model in the MBKM Educational Internship program and the application of the flipped classroom learning model, the results show that both of them have a high value category. It can be concluded that the implementation of the MBKM Educational Internship program and the application of the flipped classroom learning model are going well. Both of them had the highest scores in the product evaluation aspect, namely 90.66% in the MBKM Educational Internship and 84.55% in the application of the flipped classroom learning model. Meanwhile, the lowest score was in the context evaluation aspect, namely 83.52% in the MBKM Educational Internship and 73.77% in the application of the flipped classroom learning model.
