Abstract

The halal industry is overgrowing, including in Indonesia, with the largest Muslim population in the world. Indonesia is ranked 19th as a producer and ranked 3rd as a consumer in the global halal industry. Although one of the halal certifications for MSMEs is free, only 1% of MSMEs in Indonesia are already halal certified. This study aims to analyze empirically the factors that influence the intensity of MSMEs in Indonesia to register for halal certification. A quantitative approach is used in this research by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to MSMEs. A total of 122 valid data collected were analyzed by adopting SEM-PLS. The analysis found that external factors had a dominant influence on the intention of MSMEs to register their products in halal certification, consumer pressure with a t-statistic of 4.328, and government policies with a t-statistic of 2.976. Moreover, one of the internal factors, awareness, is accepted with a t-statistic of 2.065. Meanwhile, benefits, competitors, and religiosity are not proven to affect halal certification. The data will help plan interventions from the government to encourage MSMEs to register their products in halal certification. The government should focus on assisting halal certification for MSMEs intensively.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki peluang besar dalam pengembangan produk halal dan merupakan negara dengan konsumsi online terbesar di Asia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengobservasi perilaku konsumsi generasi muda muslim Indonesia pada platform digital. Penelitian berkaitan dengan perilaku konsumsi pada platform digital telah menunjukkan hasil yang cukup signifikan, namun akademisi dan praktisi yang peduli dalam pengembangan produk halal masih sedikit. Sehingga penting untuk memahami perilaku konsumen agar dapat menyasar konsumen yang tepat. Penelitian ini dikembangkan berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior serta memanfaatkan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner.  Sebanyak 155 responden generasi muda muslim dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumen pada platform digital dipengaruhi oleh Attitude, Perceived behavior control, Recreation orientation, dan Promotion. Sementara itu, subjective norm, Religiosity dan Perceived Benefit merupakan alasan sekunder yang membuat mereka memilih platform digital. Hasil statistik ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen di era digital sangat sensitif terhadap harga yang lebih murah. Selain itu, berbagai layanan tambahan yang disediakan oleh platform digital seperti pembayaran di tempat (COD) memudahkan mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsinya. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penting bagi produk halal untuk mengembangkan platform digital yang mampu memberikan layanan tambahan yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.Indonesia have great opportunity for halal product developments and the largest online consumption in asia. This study aims to observe the consumption behavior of young muslim through digital platforms. Research related to consumer behavior has revealed a significant result on digital platform, however the academics and practitioners who are concerned in the halal product development are few. Therefore, it is important to understand consumer behavior in targeting the right consumers. This research is developed based on theory of planned behavior and used primary data obtained through questionnaire. 155 young muslim respondents selected with accidental sampling techniques and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling as the data processing tools. The results show that consumer behavior in  digital platforms is influenced by Attitude, Perceived behavior control, Recreation orientation, and Promotion. Meanwhile, subjective norm, Religiosity and Perceived Benefit are secondary reasons they choose digital platforms. This statistical results explain that the consumers in the digital era are sensitive to lower price. In addition, various supplementary services provided by digital platforms such as paylater payments make it easy for them to satisfy their consumption. Therefore, based on the findings, it is important for halal products to develop a digital platform that is able to provide useful supplementary services to increase customer convenience and satisfaction.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang upaya digitalisasi register jaminan lama pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Kantor Cabang Kraksaan. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses penelusuran kembali serta pelacakan arsip penting. Metode yang digunakan adalah digitalisasi manual dengan mengetik ulang data register lama ke dalam basis data digital menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini dilakukan karena kondisi fisik register yang sudah rapuh. Hasilnya adalah tersusunnya database register digital RC Umum dan KPR yang memudahkan akses informasi. Digitalisasi ini sesuai prinsip aksesibilitas arsip jangka panjang. Dengan demikian, digitalisasi register berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi akses data meskipun memakan waktu dalam prosesnya.

Abstract

Implementing students' entrepreneurial spirit still faces challenges, especially in product innovation and utilizing local potential. This community service presents an innovative moringa leaf candy product based on local wisdom to improve entrepreneurial skills and strengthen the santripreneur program at Al Husna Islamic Boarding School in Jember. This community service activity aims to enhance students' entrepreneurial skills and economic independence through training them to make moringa leaf candy an innovative product based on local wisdom. This community service uses an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach that emphasizes optimizing local assets owned by the Islamic boarding school, such as students' potential, and moringa plants as natural resources with economic value. The activity involves participatory training for Al Husna Islamic Boarding School students. The training material includes practical practice in making moringa leaf candy and simple marketing strategies. The community service activities included outreach on santripreneurship and the development of a santripreneur program with the innovation of moringa leaf candy. The activities ranged from briefing the students on the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit among Al Husna students to teaching them how to make moringa leaf candy as an innovation. The outreach resulted in the Al Husna Islamic Boarding School students understanding the innovation concept presented by the researcher. Keywords: Santripreneur, Innovation, Moringa Leaf Candy  Abstrak: Pelaksanaan program pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan santri masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam inovasi produk dan pemanfaatan potensi lokal. Pengabdian ini menghadirkan inovasi produk permen daun kelor berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai upaya peningkatan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan penguatan program santripreneur di Pondok Pesantren Al Husna Jember. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan kemandirian ekonomi santri melalui pelatihan pembuatan permen daun kelor sebagai produk inovatif berbasis kearifan lokal. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang menitikberatkan pada optimalisasi aset-aset lokal yang dimiliki pesantren, seperti potensi santri, dan tanaman kelor sebagai sumber daya alam yang bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan partisipatif yang santri Pondok Pesantren Al Husna. Materi pelatihan mencakup praktik pembuatan permen daun kelor dan strategi pemasaran secara sederhana. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi penyuluhan mengenai santripreneur dan pengembangan program santripreneur dengan inovasi permen daun kelor. Kegiatan dilakukan mulai dari pengarahan kepada para santri mengenai pentingnya penanaman jiwa santripreneur pada para santri Al Husna sampai cara pembuatan permen daun kelor sebagai inovasi. Dan dari hasil penyuluan tersebut para santri pondok pesantren Al Husna dapat memahami konsep inovasi yang telah peneliti berikan. Kata kunci: Santripreneur, Inovasi, Permen Daun Kelor
