Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine students' learning difficulties in social arithmetic material in terms of structured knowledge. The subjects of this study were two seventh grade students with the lowest scores at SMP Negeri 7 Sinjai. This research method is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, diagnostic tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are four types of learning difficulties, namely (1) students do not write down what is known and asked in the problem (2) students have difficulty identifying arithmetic operations according to what is asked; (3) reflected in the student's error in determining the formula; (4) students' difficulties in the calculation process. This shows that students cannot apply the formula correctly. Students also have no conclusions that can be drawn from the answers to the problems.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of using GPT Chat on students' self-confidence and confidence in solving mathematics problems. This research is quantitative research using multiple regression tests. Before the regression test is carried out, prerequisite tests are first carried out in the form of normality tests and linearity tests. This research was carried out at the Ahmad Dahlan Islamic University where the population was all students of the Tadris Mathematics Study Program. The sample in this study consisted of 20 people who were chosen randomly using a simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the use of Chat GPT has a positive and significant influence on students' self-confidence and confidence in solving mathematical problems. These results are supported by social cognitive theory, which states that interaction with technology such as Chat GPT can increase self-confidence through modeling, positive feedback, and increased self-efficacy. In addition, educational technology theory emphasizes that the use of technology in learning supports a constructivist approach, creates personalized learning experiences, and develops critical skills. Overall, the results of this analysis provide an in-depth understanding of how the use of Chat GPT can increase students' self-confidence and confidence in solving mathematical problems, as well as supporting theoretical implications from the perspective of social cognitive psychology and educational technology.

Abstract

Banyak siswa di SD Gugus II Sinjai Utara mengalami kesulitan belajar matematika, ditandai dengan rendahnya hasil belajar, motivasi, dan konsentrasi. Guru pun menghadapi tantangan dalam menyampaikan materi secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan teknik hypnolearning untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), program mencakup perencanaan, pelatihan, praktik, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Guru dibekali konsep dasar hypnolearning seperti relaksasi, visualisasi, dan sugesti positif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru dengan nilai post-test lebih tinggi dari pre-test, dan 83,16% peserta menilai pelatihan sangat relevan. Kendala yang dihadapi berupa keterbatasan waktu dan variasi pemahaman, sementara faktor pendukungnya adalah komitmen guru dan fasilitas yang memadai. Program ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan konsentrasi, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa dalam belajar matematika.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah semua guru SD Inpres 3/77 mampu menggunakan fitur-fitur Microsoft Microsoft Office 365 dalam membuat media pembelajaran dan dapat memanfaatkan media tersebut dalam pembelajaran di era digital tanpa batas dan tanpa kertas. Microsoft Microsoft Office 365 belum pernah digunakan oleh guru SD Inpres 3/77 dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan sampai guru-guru mahir dalam menggunakan fitur Microsoft Microsoft Office 365 dalam pembelajaran. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa implementasi penggunaan Microsoft Microsoft Office 365 dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilakan luaran berupa media pembelaran berbasis digital, jurnal, buku panduan penggunaan fitur Microsoft Microsoft Office 365 dalam pembelajaran serta hak cipta Intelektual.

Abstract

The aim of this research is how to design an e-learning application that can be used as a medium in solving mathematical problems for Mathematics Education students at the Islamic Institute of Muhammadiyah Sinjai. The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of an e-learning application Moodle as a medium in solving problems. This study was designed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. To get a valid and effective application, the validity of the research instrument was tested and the validity of the developed application was tested. Applications that have been implemented are then assessed by research subjects to determine their effectiveness. The research results obtained are: the application of e-learning Moodle as a medium in solving mathematical problems was declared to meet the validity and effectiveness. These results were obtained after being tested for validity by experts, which consisted of validating problem-solving instruments in the form of materials and problem-solving questions, all of which were in the valid category, namely 3.36, where the material aspect was 3.40 and the aspects of problem-solving questions problem is 3.33. Meanwhile, for application validation that is in the very valid category, the average validator value is 3.50. This application was effectively used based on student assessments of the efficiency of the application, display, and use of language which are in the very effective category with an average student assessment of 3.61 with a percentage of 90% so that this application was suitable for problem-solving for Mathematics Education students at the Islamic Institute of Muhammadiyah Sinjai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan arus globalisasi dan nilai sosial siswa, mengkaji hubungan linear keduanya, serta menganalisis pengaruh arus globalisasi terhadap nilai sosial dalam pembelajaran matematika di SD 286 Pasaka. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 48 siswa kelas IV sampai VI diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa arus globalisasi yang dialami siswa berada pada kategori sedang, sementara nilai sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika tergolong tinggi. Hubungan antara arus globalisasi dan nilai sosial bersifat linear dengan nilai signifikansi 0,973 (p > 0,05). Selain itu, arus globalisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai sosial siswa dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,277 dan nilai signifikansi 0,013 (p < 0,05), yang menjelaskan 14% variasi nilai sosial siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa globalisasi dapat memengaruhi nilai sosial siswa secara positif apabila diarahkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis nilai dan peran aktif guru. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran matematika yang mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif dan nilai karakter dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis Lumen5 dilaksanakan di SMP Trensaintek Al-Madani Sinjai dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan pendekatan hands-on training yang meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 13 orang guru. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan angket respon peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 84,6% peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pelatihan, serta 76,9% peserta mampu menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa video menggunakan Lumen5 secara mandiri. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan interaktif.
