Abstract

Penyakit diare masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang penting, karena menyumbang sekitar 4.800 kematian anak-anak balita di seluruh dunia. Dengan incidence 11%, diare menjadi penyebab kematian kedua pada anak balita di Indonesia. Pencegahan dan pengendalian diare utamanya melalui intervensi air minum dan jamban sehat. Pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan melakukan perubahan perilaku BABS, dengan empat tahap: membangun kesepahaman, persamaan persepsi, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan rumah tangga sasaran. Pada akhir tahapan, dilakukan evaluasi untuk menilai keberhasilan, hambatan, dan rencana tindak lanjut. Dikembangkan juga konsep ”berbagi peran” terhadap seluruh mitra pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menghasilkan jamban sehat sebanyak 16 buah, dan diakses 21 rumah tangga. Hasil ini menandakan bahwa seluruh rumah tangga di Kelurahan Segala Mider telah terakses jamban sehat. Penerapan konsep “berbagi peran” mampu menghasilkan luaran sesuai target, membentuk sistem kerja gotong royong pada penerima manfaat, dan perbaikan tata nilai. Diperlukan komitmen bersama dalam melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan pelibatan pihak-pihak lain secara luas

Abstract

Keracunan menjadi risiko kesehatan pada petani hortikultura yang menggunakan pestisida secara terus-menerus selama musim tanam. Salah satu dampak kronis keracunan pestisida adalah anemia. Pada kehamilan, anemia akan mempengaruhi perkembangan janin, sehingga lahir BBLR dan pendek (stunting). Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang risiko paparan pestisida, serta penanganan pestisida yang aman. Sasaran pengabdian adalah ibu hamil yang bekerja pada pertanian hortikultura di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Liwa. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yaitu persiapan, pemeriksaan kesehatan, penyuluhan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan mendapatkan 30% peserta mengalami keracunan pestisida, dan 16% anemia. Peningkatan pengetahuan ditunjukkan oleh mayoritas peserta, ditandai dari hasil evaluasi pembelajaran. Dilakukan pembagian buku saku tentang penangan dan risiko pestisida untuk menjamin keberlanjutan pembelajaran. Perlu keberlanjutan kegiatan pengabdian dengan melibatkan pengabdi dan mitra yang lebih luas, terutama di luar bidang kesehatan.

Abstract

Market’s solid waste that has accumulated can cause air pollution in the form of an odor that disturbs market visitors, traders, and residents around the market. Solid waste that has accumulated is a breeding place for disease vectors, such as flies, cockroaches, and mosquitoes.This research aims to solve the problem of market waste management in the city of Bandar Lampung. Primary data obtained from survey results and direct measurements, namely the volume of waste generation, type of waste, and the composition of waste. Secondary data were obtained from market managers.Market waste management has not used the concept of waste reduction and waste management mandated in the Bandar Lampung City Laws and Regulations, the average amount of waste generation throughout the market is 46,747 kg/day, the average per day of each market ranges from 3,438 -11,703 kg/day. The type and composition of waste is an organic waste of 84.48% and inorganic waste of 15.52%. The economic potential of all market waste is Rp. 12,938,816/day or Rp. 388,164,480/month and Rp. 4,657,973,760/year. It is necessary to plan 3R TPS and socialize waste management following the mandate of Law No. 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, as well as the Regional Regulation of the City of Bandar Lampung No. 5 of 2015 concerning Waste Management in the City of Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The development priorities in Pujo Kerto village in 2023 are improving village roads, increasing agricultural activities and environmental sanitation, especially the use of cow dung waste. Currently in Pujo Kerto Village, the community has not utilized cow dung waste properly. The situation analysis above is the basis for Biodigester development activities in Pujo Kerto Village. The aim of the community service activities for the Tanjungkarang Ministry of Health's PPDM Health Polytechnic scheme in Pujo Kerto Village: Guiding the Pujo Kerto Village community in constructing Biogas buildings, monitoring biogas construction and the use of biogas for cooking, as well as liquid fertilizer used for watering plants. The methodology for community service activities is as follows: Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of the activities are as follows: 1) Construction of 1 unit of Cow Dung Biogas building 2) Availability of biogas fuel for cooking for 1 household 3) Availability of Liquid Fertilizer for watering plants.

Abstract

Background: Aerosols are solid or liquid suspensions that float in the atmosphere. Aerosol size is 0.001-100 µm. Aerosols <2.5 µm are fine particles, while >2.5 µm are coarse particles. The disease spreads through the air. Tuberculosis is still a major global health problem because it causes deaths from infectious diseases with a low ability to anticipate the incidence of BTA (+) Pulmonary TB in the city of Puskesmas working area in Bandar Lampung.Objective: To know the trend of BTA positive pulmonary TB disease in 2015-2021 based on time. Furthermore, it is predicted in 2021 until 2030. The type of research is descriptive study research using time series analysis. The population and sample in this study were all BTA (+) pulmonary TB case data.Methods: Time series analysis design based on time-based observation. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were cases of patients with BTA positive pulmonary TB sourced from the Health Office in Bandar Lampung in 2019-2022. The data was analyzed using Brown's double exponential smoothing forecasting method. R squat can be categorized as strong (>0.75), moderate (<0.5) and weak (<0.25). This means that the more R squat approaches the number one, the better the memorization.Results:  The results of this study indicate that the trend of BTA (+) Pulmonary TB cases is predicted to continue to increase.Conclusion: Time model with Brown's double exponential smoothing method. Able to forecast Pulmonary TB BTA (+) in 2015-2020, using the equation, the results of forecasting the number of Pulmonary TB cases in 2021-2030 with Brown's double exponential smoothing method obtained experience a linear trend. Keywords: Time Seriess, TB.Paru BTA(+), Tren kasus
