Abstract

Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on Indonesian economy, corona impact is also experienced by people who work as shoes and sandal tailors around Mojokerto city. Their income has decreased because there are no buyers to buy their products. The purpose of this community service activity is to sharing knowledge to the community to be able to make 2 –layers fabric masks, drive the community's economy and support the demand of mask commodities in the prevention of Covid-19. The method is to provide education and training in sewing 2-layer fabric masks. Their sewing skills that they have before make education and training process getting easy, they are previously sewed shoes and sandals now turn to sew cloth masks, cloth masks made from cotton fabrics consists of 2 layers. The supply of medical masks is quite rare and is intended for medical personnel so 2-layers fabric masks are considered capable of suppressing the spread of corona virus. From the results of education and training in sewing and producing masks, data and information were obtained that the people of Mojokerto were able to produce 2-layer fabric masks and run of their economy so that they did not experience significant losses.

Abstract

One way that can be done to improve the quality of teachers is to carry out supervision properly. Supervision is not only carried out to improve teacher abilities, but also to increase teacher motivation, especially achievement motivation. This study aims to reveal supervision carried out through a reality approach to increase teacher achievement motivation. To achieve the research objectives, the research approach used is qualitative, with data analysis through condensation, data display, and verification / conclusion. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and document studies. Based on the results of the research obtained, the implementation of supervision through a reality approach is carried out through three stages, namely pre-conference, conference, and post-conference. At the pre-conference stage, the supervisor together with the supervise analyze the problems experienced and agree on the time for the implementation of supervision. The Conference stage is carried out by talking personally to increase teacher motivation. At the conference stage, the reality approach is used using WDEP (Wants, Direction, Evaluation, and Planning) techniques. At the Post Conference stage, follow up on the results of the supervision carried out.

Abstract

Bimbingan kelompok menjadi suatu strategi yang efektif dalam pengembangan individu dan kelompok, akan tetapi  masih kurang adanya pemahaman mengenai tahapan-tahapan yang diperlukan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendalami dan mengidentifikasi tahapan dalam bimbingan kelompok yang mendasar, baik secara teoritis maupun praktis, untuk memperkuat proses pengembangan individu dan kelompok. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui studi literatur atau studi pustaka guna menyusun landasan teoritis dan praktis dalam artikel ini. Tahapan bimbingan kelompok teridentifikasi melalui sintesis literatur meliputi tahap pembentukan, tahap transisi, tahap kegiatan, dan tahap pengakhiran. Hal demikian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tahapan-tahapan ini secara terintegrasi mendukung pengembangan individu dan kelompok, memperkukuh hubungan antaranggota, dan meningkatkan hasil secara berkesinambungan. Pelaksanaan tahapan bimbingan kelompok mendorong pertumbuhan individu melalui kegiatan terstruktur dan interaksi kelompok yang mendalam. Implementasi komprehensif dari tahapan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas interaksi kelompok, mendukung perkembangan individu, dan memperkuat solidaritas kelompok. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperkaya pemahaman praktisi dan akademisi terhadap tahapan bimbingan kelompok, memberikan landasan yang kokoh untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan individu dan kelompok dalam konteks berbagai setting

Abstract

Indonesia needs to re-actualize the values of Pancasila, which have proven to be an effective solution in dealing with various national problems, including the issue of intolerance. As the foundation of the state, Pancasila plays an essential role in shaping the attitudes and behavior of society. However, these values are increasingly being eroded, as seen from the weakening of Pancasila's knowledge and practice in everyday life, which triggers disputes and divisions. Pancasila has gone through various political dynamics, from parliamentary democracy to the reform era, and remains relevant as an ideology that unites Indonesia's diversity. With a foundation in ethnic, religious, and cultural diversity, Pancasila reflects harmonious national wealth and is a shared cultural heritage.

Abstract

Today's youth are still far from the teachings taught by Rasulullah SAW. This is due to progress and development in various fields, while the development of conscience or religious education has received less portion. At the same time, formal educational institutions give priority to general education. The consequence is that the culture that is spread is not only a culture that is in accordance with religious values, but also a culture that has the potential to damage the nation's morals. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School with the subjects asatidzah senior, teaching staff asatidzah, and senior santri/ORSADA. The research sample consisted of Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic boarding school students. Methods of data collection using interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this research is that the guidance of the Prophet's method at the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School Bangil Pasuruan produced good results. This can be seen from several alumni and senior students who are able to take part and interact with people around them. They become preachers in their respective areas and all of this is thanks to the coaching efforts carried out at Islamic boarding schools. Because the development of character and knowledge is able to raise the good name of each of them, so that they can enter any circle.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of Islamic guidance and counseling to foster gratitude among students at Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic senior high school) Syekh Abdul Qodir Al-Jailani, Probolinggo. Using a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, the study assessed gratitude levels before and after intervention. The gratitude scale, developed based on aspects of personal and transpersonal gratitude, was administered to a purposive sample of 229 students. Data analysis using a paired sample t-test revealed a significant increase in students' gratitude scores post-intervention (Sig. < 0.05). The intervention involved delivering materials on gratitude, positive perspective (khusnudzon), and appreciation, aligning with Islamic principles to promote emotional resilience, spiritual growth, and prosocial behavior. The findings suggest that integrating gratitude into Islamic counseling not only enhances emotional stability but also strengthens students' social relationships and spiritual well-being. For counselors, the study underscores the importance of culturally and spiritually sensitive approaches, particularly in Islamic settings, to address students' psychosocial and spiritual needs. The results imply that incorporating practices like reflection, prayer, and empathy into counseling can create a supportive framework for fostering gratitude as a sustainable habit, contributing to students' holistic development. This approach provides a model for counselors to align therapeutic interventions with clients' cultural and spiritual values, promoting resilience and overall mental health.
