Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of services provided through the implementation of the Management Information System (SIM) at PT. PLN (Persero) SoppengRegency. The focus of the research is to evaluate how the implementation of SIM affects operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and the quality of services provided by PT. PLN (Persero) Soppeng Regency to customers. The methods used in this study are surveys and interviews with users and related stakeholders. The results of the study show that the implementation of a good Management Information System (SIM) can increase responsiveness, accuracy, and transparency in services. However, there are some challenges in user training and system integration that still need to be addressed to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) around Lejja Hot Springs in Soppeng Regency, South Sulawesi. The main focus of this research is to explore the role of local government and the community in managing the tourism destination and to assess the economic, social, and environmental impacts of community-based tourism development in the area. A qualitative approach was used in this research, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with government officials, tourism operators, and local community members, along with direct observation at the site. The findings show that active community participation in tourism planning and management has led to positive impacts on economic empowerment and the preservation of local culture. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, lack of training for the community, and environmental management issues still pose significant barriers to further development. This study is expected to provide recommendations for stakeholders to enhance the sustainability of community-based tourism at Lejja.

Abstract

This study examines strategies for building national integrity among Indonesian youth as a countermeasure against radicalism. Radicalism, defined as ideological movements seeking drastic social and political change through extreme means, poses significant threats to Indonesia's national unity. Youth, as the nation's assets and future leaders, are particularly vulnerable to radical recruitment due to their idealism and energy. National integrity encompasses qualities of wholeness, honesty, and consistency toward truth that manifest in dignified behavior. The research identifies that radical movements in Indonesia, including terrorism and separatist activities, frequently involve youth participation, making it crucial to strengthen their nationalist and patriotic values. The study proposes nine strategic approaches: (1) instilling nationalism through the four pillars of nationhood (Pancasila, 1945 Constitution, NKRI, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika); (2) developing patriotism through family, educational, and institutional environments; (3) cultivating the spirit and values of 1945 struggle; (4) implementing character education through formal, informal, and non-formal channels; (5) enhancing positive youth roles through empowerment programs; (6) educating about Indonesia's unity history; (7) forming attitudes embracing diversity; (8) exploring and implementing nationalist values; and (9) fostering brotherhood through youth organizations. This comprehensive approach aims to equip Indonesian youth with strong national identity and critical thinking to resist radical ideologies while maintaining their role as agents of positive change.

Abstract

Pengembangan E-Government di Kabupaten Belitung sudah berjalan 12 tahun dari tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2023. Pengembangan E-Government Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung perlu dilaksanakan hinnga ke pemerintahan desa karena pemerintahan desa adalah ujung tombak pelayanan publik dalam sistem pemerintahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mendeskripsikan pengembangan e-Government pada pemerintahan desa di Kecamatan Tanjungpandan, dan 2) mendeskripsikan implementasi E-Government dalam layanan publik pada website pemerintahan desa di Kecamatan Tanjungpandan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 33.33% website desa yang cukup lengkap dalam menyajikan informasi umum dan kepemerintahan. Pengembangan e-Government pada pemerintahan desa di Kecamatan Tanjungpandan secara keseluruhan berada pada tahap persiapan. Oleh sebab itu, implementasi E-Government dalam pelayanan publik pada pemerintahan desa di Kecamatan Tanjungpandan belum terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lelang jabatan, kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah di kota Makassar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data pimer dan sekeunder, dengan jumlah responden 81 yang menggunakan metode sampel dari keseluruhan populasi yakni 434 kepala sekolah negeri yang ada di kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumen. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) lelang jabatan secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah di kota Makassar dengan F-hitung 1136.200 > Ftabel 3.723 dengan nilai sifnifikansi 0,000 (2) Kepemimpinan menunjukkan pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah di kota Makassar dengan F-hitung < F-tabel yaitu , (3) kompetensi menunjukkan pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah di kota Makassar. dengan t-hitung variabel lelang jabatan yakni 23.883, kepemimpinan -1.801, sedangkan kompetensi -5.042 dengan t-tabel 1.999 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Variabel lelang jabatan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah di kota Makassar dengan koefisien regresi (b1) sebesar 1.501.

Abstract

SMP N 1 Tanasitolo uses inventory data processing which is still manual, where the recording of goods is still done on paper and data storage media is stored in archives. Supporting employee performance and goods inventory activities requires the application of an inventory information system as a means for the needs of employees within the scope of SMP N 1 Tanasitolo in their activities by looking at the development of information technology and the increasingly complex demands of employees, the development and utilization of information technology is very important. This study aims to design an inventory information system based on Visual Basic 6.0. The system is designed in several parts: recording incoming and outgoing goods, recording inventory data, transferring goods and preparing inventory reports. Using the Visual Basic programming language and MySQL as the database. The system development method uses the waterfall method. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and literature studies. The result of the implementation of this inventory information system is that recording inventory data and making inventory reports are easier to do. With this inventory information system, inventory data collection work at SMP Negeri 1 Tanasitolo can be done more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Business and digital are interrelated, as is the use of existing technology to run and develop a business. In this digital era, marketing is not only done offline but is starting to switch to digital marketing. Doing digital marketing by utilizing social media and the marketplace. This training program aims to assist businessmen in the regions and districts in utilizing digital technology. The method of implementing this activity includes coordination of activities, preparation of tools, implementation, and evaluation. This training activity was held on the STMIK AMIKA Soppeng campus with speakers by M. Adnan Aries, CEO and Founder of Start Up KEDIP, with the target audience of students who want to increase their knowledge and quality of human resources. The conclusion obtained from the survey results of training activities is that the training has been carried out properly.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian dilakukan di Stmik Amika Soppeng dengan tujuan (1) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Informatika mata kuliah jaringan Komputer (2). Untuk melihat tingkat kelayakan penerapan media pembelajaran cisco packet tracer pada prodi manajemen informatika. (3) untuk melihat tingkat kepraktisan penerapan media pembelajaran cisco packet tracer pada prodi manajemen informatika. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari 12 mahasiswa yang menjadi peserta, diperoleh  Hasil belajar mahasiswa meningkat 51 % kategori cukup efektif, kemudian penilaian hasil respon mahasiswa adalah 87% kategori sangat  layak, dan penilaian kepraktisan media pembelajaran adalah 87% kategori sangat praktis

Abstract

With regard to the Covid-19 pandemic, Nabigh Akademik PAUD teachers must change their teaching methods and strategies. This study aims to examine how the strategies of Nabigh Akademik PAUD teachers in increasing students' learning motivation, especially during the pandemic. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where the research subjects are all PAUD Nabigh Akademik teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study were the following methods: (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) documentation, and (4) literature study. The results of this study are the PAILKEM strategy is a strategy that can be relied on by teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The government seeks to improve the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the policy of the Joint Decree (SKB) of the Four Ministers concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Face-to-face Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic as an effort to save the nation's generation from loss of learning due to online learning which is considered ineffective. The Wajo Regency Education and Culture Office has held face-to-face learning starting on September 6, 2021. Based on verification according to the results of checking from the Covid-19 task force. In fact, the Dikbud of Wajo Regency can be quickly confirmed on the target object of the policy well, the policy implementing resources utilize the authority, facilities and infrastructure including budgeting in helping the community obtain basic rights through learning practices and health services. Through disposition, the involvement of all structural and functional bureaucrats as well as stakeholders has been running in a conducive manner. The result of this research is the implementation of the Face-to-Face Learning Policy during the Covid-19 Pandemic by the Dikbud of Wajo Regency, although it still requires continuous evaluation and supervision so that the policy continues until it enters a full transition period.
