<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the potential of wellness tourism in Bali, identify the involvement of stakeholders in the development of wellness tourism, and find forms of wellness tourism development in Bali as part of adaptation to the dynamics of tourism in the new normal era. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were collected using in-depth interviews with stakeholders/policymakers and academics in the tourism sector. The theories used in this research are adaptation theory, participation theory, and community-based tourism theory. This study found that the potential for wellness tourism in Bali is more focused on natural resources, culture, spirituality, and local wisdom. The involvement of stakeholders in the development of wellness tourism is more about the implementation of their respective duties and functions, including in terms of regulations/policies; provision of clean, healthy, safe, and environment (CHSE) facilities; as well as the role of the community in realizing sustainable tourism. This study also found that the form of wellness tourism that needs to be developed is wellness tourism which is characteristic of Bali, involves the local community more thoroughly, and prioritizes the principles of sustainable tourism.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi wellness tourism di Bali, mengidentifikasi keterlibatan stakeholder dalam pengembangan wellness tourism, dan menemukan bentuk-bentuk pengembangan wellness tourism di Bali sebagai bagian dari adaptasi terhadap dinamika pariwisata di era new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan/pengambil kebijakan dan akademisi di sektor pariwisata. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori adaptasi, teori partisipasi, dan teori pariwisata berbasis masyarakat. Studi ini menemukan bahwa potensi wellness tourism di Bali lebih terfokus pada sumber daya alam, budaya, spiritualitas, dan kearifan lokal. Keterlibatan stakeholder dalam pengembangan wellness tourism lebih pada pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing, termasuk dalam hal regulasi/kebijakan; penyediaan fasilitas bersih, sehat, aman, dan lingkungan (CHSE); serta peran masyarakat dalam mewujudkan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa bentuk wellness tourism yang perlu dikembangkan adalah wellness tourism yang menjadi ciri khas Bali, melibatkan masyarakat setempat secara lebih menyeluruh, dan mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan.]]>
