Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workforce diversity on employee job satisfaction in South Tangerang, Banten. Conducted from September to October 2023, this research aims to test the proposed hypothesis through statistical analysis by using a quantitative approach. Data were collected using research instruments, and analysis was carried out to objectively assess the relationship between workforce diversity and job satisfaction. Non-probability sampling was conducted to ensure practical access to respondents. The sample size determined was 150 employees in South Tangerang. These findings reveal a positive and significant influence of workforce diversity on job satisfaction, challenging common assumptions regarding the acceptance of differences. Contrary to popular belief, research results show a high level of acceptance of workforce diversity, thereby contributing to increased job satisfaction among employees. This study offers a new perspective on the impact of workforce diversity on job satisfaction, and emphasizes its relevance in the specific context of South Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the vocational skills learning program at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) of Yogyakarta Special Region with components that include: (1) learning plans (antecedents); (2) Implementation of learning (transactions); and (3) Learning outcomes (outcomes). This study uses a quantitative approach and a Countenance Stake evaluation model. The evaluation was carried out at MAN 1 Sleman, MAN 2 Bantul, and MAN 2 Kulon Progo from February to June 2020. The data collection instruments in this study used observation sheets, document review sheets, and questionnaires. The validity used is in the form of content validity and construct validity, while for reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Intraclass Correlation Coefficient were used. The results show that: (1) planning (antecedents) of learning skills in MAN of Yogyakarta Special Region is in a good category with a percentage of 66.21%; (2) the implementation (transaction) of learning, the results using the observation technique reach excellent category (86.11%), and the questionnaire technique is in good category (78.49%). Meanwhile, in the implementation of the learning assessment, both document review and questionnaire techniques obtained good categories (68.35% and 75.05%); (3) the outcomes of students' final semester exams on skills learning in MAN of Yogyakarta Special Region reach 100% of passing the standard of each madrasah.

Abstract

AbstractYoutube users intending to utilize the platform for business purposes must adhere to specific rules, which vary based on YouTube's regulations and the prevailing laws of the respective country, particularly in the realm of copyright. The surge in Youtube channels re-uploading videos without the original owner's consent has prompted a need for stricter copyright protection measures. This article aims to safeguard the copyrights of Youtube content that has been illicitly re-uploaded and explores endeavors to secure copyright protection for Youtube content. The research employs a normative juridical method, analyzing laws based on regulatory texts and literature concerning copyright. The article concludes that the UUHC's moral rights, as outlined in its provisions, address the embedding of one's name on copies, the use of aliases or real names, title maintenance or modification, and actions potentially jeopardizing the copyright holder. Litigation claims, as per Article 95 Paragraph (2) of the UUHC, can be pursued in the Commercial Court, or alternative non-litigation channels can be explored.Keywords: copyright; reupload; youtubeAbstrakPengguna Youtube yang ingin memanfaatkannya sebagai media bisnis, ada beberapa aturan yang perlu dipatuhi. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan maraknya channel Youtube yang mere-upload video dari channel aslinya dengan tanpa izin pemilik video. Dengan maraknya kejadian tersebut maka tujuan pembuatan artikel ini adalah perlindungan Hak Cipta konten Youtube yang diunggah Kembali (reupload) secara illegal serta upaya memperoleh perlindungan Hak Cipta dalam karya konten Youtube. Metode penelitian yang digunakaniadalah yuridis normatif dengan menganaliss hukumiberdasarkanibahan yangiiberasal dari PeraturaniPerundang-Undanganidan bahan litelatur terkait Hak Cipta. Melalui hasil artikel dihasilkan kesimpulan bahwa hak moral pada pasal UUHC menyatakan untuk masih penyematan atau tidak penyematan namanya pada salinan terkait karyanya dipergunakan untuk sosial, memakai alias atau nama asli, mengubah, mempertahankan judul, modifikasi karya, ataupun suatu hal yang bisa membahayakan pemegang hak cipta karya itu. Pengajuan gugatan litigasi dapat dilakukan ke Pengadilan Niaga dengan mengacu dalam Pasal 95 ayat (2) UUHC. Serta juga bisa melalui jalur non-litigasi.Kata kunci: hak cipta; reupload; youtube

Abstract

Students and residents who live in residential areas around the campus are one of the groups vulnerable to the spread of COVID-19. This study aims to analyze the level of anticipation of vulnerability and capacity in  Yogyakarta in facing the threat of COVID-19 This research is categorized as quantitative research, with a research sample of 395 students of Yogyakarta State University. The survey method through questionnaires was used to collect primary data in the form of community vulnerability and student capacity. The research sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique. The validity used is content validity and construct validity. The results of the reliability analysis of this study are 0.95 for Likert scale items (Cronbach Alpha), 0.708 for Guttman scale items (KR-20), and 0.575 for multiple choice items (Split-Half Coefficient). The results showed that in general the score of anticipating the vulnerability of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta to the threat of COVID-19 reached 69.98% (good category). The level of capacity of students in dealing with the threat of COVID-19 is also classified as good (90.76%).

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, harga, dan persepsi risiko terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan penerbangan berbiaya rendah melalui metode literature review. Kajian literatur menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, termasuk pelayanan awak kabin, kenyamanan, kebersihan, dan ketepatan waktu, serta harga tiket yang kompetitif, secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Berbagai sumber referensi utama untuk penelitian ini berasal dari perpustakaan online, Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan platform akademis lainnya. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan sumber daya seperti jurnal elektronik dan e-book yang tersedia secara terbuka. Penemuan utama dari artikel ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Layanan Penerbangan Berbiaya Rendah; 2) Pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Layanan Penerbangan Berbiaya Rendah; 3) Pengaruh Persepsi Risiko Bandara Soekarno Hatta terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

This community service program aims to implement a child-friendly sign system at SDS Sawitan PT. Bangkit Giat Usaha Mandiri (BUM) to support the Child-Friendly School concept in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) No. 8 of 2014. The activities were carried out using a participatory method, involving teachers, students, and the KKN team in four stages: planning, production and installation, socialization and education, and evaluation. The signs were designed with bright colors, simple illustrations, and easy-to-understand language, and were printed on safe and weather-resistant materials. As a result, students were able to understand the signs without additional explanations, showed improved orderly behavior and compliance with rules, and required fewer verbal instructions from teachers. Socialization efforts with students and parents extended the educational impact into the home environment. The evaluation indicated the need to adjust the position of several signs to enhance visibility. Overall, this program successfully created a safer, more informative, and conducive learning environment, while instilling values of discipline, cleanliness, and care from an early age. This success underscores the importance of cross-sector collaboration in producing sustainable educational visual solutions for elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what chisel is the best for cutting acrylic resin and evaluate which one is the best, which can be seen from the surface roughness value obtained through the cutting process. The workpiece materials used in this study are acrylic resins and various types of chisels, namely HSS, carbide and tungsten, Because the chisel has different characteristic properties, so it can be used as a comparison. For the next process, the workpiece is fed three times with a spindle kec of 1000 rpm and a cut kec of 400 mm / minute and a feeding depth of 0.5 mm. It can be concluded that the surface roughness data of the workpiece, the value of the surface roughness of the workpiece of acrylic resin is averaged from the smoothest to the roughest, namely HSS, tungsten chisel, and the roughest carbide. The average roughness value of the HSS chisel is 0.751 μm and the average roughness value of the tungsten chisel is 1.578 μm and the roughness value of the carbide chisel is 1.768 μm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pendorong behavioral intention di kalangan non-muslim terhadap halal kosmetik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori perilaku konsumen dan menguji pengaruh variabel Halal Logo, Halal Brand Image, Halal Awareness, dan Attitude terhadap Behavioral Intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS SEM dan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden non-muslim yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan kosmetik halal dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam profil responden, didominasi oleh perempuan, usia 17-24 tahun, dan mahasiswa/pelajar.
