Abstract

Tujuan Penelitan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitaf yaitu penelitian yang menekankan pada data – data numerikan ( angka ) yang diolah dengan metode statistika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mengarah pada studi yang bersifat korelasional. Studi korelasi ini merupakan hubungan antara dua variabel, tidak saja dalam bentuk  sebab akibat melainkan juga timbal balik antara dua variabel. Dengan metode ini akan mencari tentang hubungan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Lokasi Penelitian. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan ilir, (Indralaya Raya, Kec. Indralaya, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan 30862). Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai bulan Desember.Sumber Data. Adapun sumber data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang langsung diperoleh dari sumber data pertama dilokasi penelitian atau objek penelitian Adapun data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa hasil dari jawaban Kuesioner yang diberikan kepada para pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of environmentally friendlyrecruitment selection, environmentally friendly training, environmentallyfriendly performance management, environmentally friendly payments &rewards, and environmentally friendly involvement on employee green behavior.The method used is quantitative. The purpose of this study is to examine theimpact of gender differences on employees' green behavior at PT Dewa Patria.This research employs a quantitative method with descriptive analysistechniques. The sample consists of 88 employees from PT Dewa Patria. Datacollection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the employees. Dataanalysis involved normality tests and difference tests. The results indicate asignificant statistical difference in green behavior among employees based ongender. In other words, gender has a significant impact on employees' greenbehavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Unit Ilir Timur 2-2 Palembang to measure the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. The background of this study is based on the rapid economic development in Indonesia, which drives an increase in the financial needs of the community, making the role of financing institutions increasingly important. The purpose of this study is to explore how service quality, trust, and satisfaction affect customer loyalty. The method used is a quantitative method with a positivistic approach, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained from 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with a regression coefficient of 0.763 and a significance value of 0.000. However, customer trust and customer satisfaction do not show a significant effect on loyalty in this model. Therefore, it is recommended that PT. PNM focuses more on improving service quality to strengthen customer loyalty, while trust and satisfaction should still be considered through a more specific approach and measurement. The study concludes that although service quality is a major factor in building loyalty, it is important for companies not to ignore the role of trust and satisfaction in the long term

Abstract

Organizations face intensified competition in the era of globalization, making effective Human Resources (HR) management crucial for success. This study investigates the impact of education and field training on employee competency at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang, an enterprise aiming to enhance its railway services. The problem identified is the discrepancy between educational qualifications and practical competencies, exacerbated by insufficient training resources. This research aims to examine how education and field training influence employee competency and to provide recommendations for improving HR practices. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 122 employees through questionnaires and observations, supplemented by a literature review. Hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis and statistical tests. The findings reveal that education significantly and positively affects competency, which means that higher education levels necessarily equate to higher competency. Then, field training also significantly improves competency, highlighting its effectiveness in developing practical skills. The study also found that both education and field training, when considered together, significantly impact employee competency. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) should consider further evaluating job assignments, differentiating the training materials to meet the competency needs of each position better, and strengthening training programs that focus on developing critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of training on employee career development at PT. Sahabat Anugrah Sejati is a construction services company in South Sumatra. With a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results show that training significantly affects employee career development, with a contribution of 17.4%. Training improves employee competence, prepares them for greater responsibilities, and acts as a mediating variable in career development. Structured and ongoing training enhances technical and managerial skills and strengthens employee loyalty. This study concludes that PT. Sahabat Anugrah Sejati needs to improve training effectiveness to support sustainable career development and reduce employee turnover

Abstract

Karang Taruna memiliki peran strategis sebagai organisasi kepemudaan yang berada di garis depan pembangunan desa, Namun, tidak semua anggota Karang Taruna memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mengembangkan potensi diri, termasuk dalam hal penguasaan teknologi informasi dan soft skill. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai dasar komputer seperti Microsoft Word, Excel, dan Powerpoint kepada kelompok Karang Taruna di Desa Tanjung Tambak Baru. Metode Pelatihan ini berfokus pada identifikasi kebutuhan peserta melalui wawancara dan tes awal. Pelatihan ini bersifat interaktif, menggabungkan diskusi, tanya jawab, dan latihan praktik. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan ini terlihat bahwa anggota Karang Taruna dapat memahami secara mendalam mengenai keterampilan pengoperasian Microsoft Office. Dengan demikian kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan soft skills berbasis komputer di komunitas Karang Taruna di Desa Tanjung Tambak Baru.
