Abstract

AbstrakPT Platinum Mandiri Sejahtera merupakan sub dealer Honda yang berlokasi di Karawang dan bergerak dalam bidang penjualan motor Honda. Sistem informasi data stok barang di PT Platinum Mandiri Sejahtera masih belum terintegrasi dan terdokumentasi dengan baik, sehingga data yang dihasilkan menjadi kurang akurat serta menghambat pelayanan terhadap customer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pada sistem persedian motor di PT. Platinum Mandiri Sejahtera sebagai bahan acuan dalam merancang sistem informasi persedian motor yang terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan melakukan wawancara serta mengumpulkan data berupa dokumen guna membuat gambaran secara sistematis dan akurat mengenai sistem persediaan motor di PT Platinum Mandiri Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem komputerisasi yang terintegrasi untuk membantu efisiensi kegiatan operasional persediaan perusahaan. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan vb .net yang mampu memberikan laporan dengan cepat dan akurat dan mendokumentasikan data dengan baik.Kata Kunci: persediaan barang, sistem informasi, vb.netAbstractPT Platinum Mandiri Sejahtera is a Honda sub dealer located in Karawang and is engaged in the sale of Honda motorcycles. The inventory data information system at PT Platinum Mandiri Sejahtera is still not integrated and well documented, so the resulting data becomes less accurate and hampers service to customers. This research aims to find out the needs of the motor supply system at PT. Platinum Mandiri Sejahtera as a reference material in designing an integrated motor supply information system. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method  by conducting direct observations and conducting interviews and also collecting data in the form of documents in order to make a systematic and accurate description of the motor cycle inventory system at PT Platinum Mandiri Sejahtera. This research resulted in an integrated computerized system to assist the efficiency of the company's inventory operations. The application is built using vb .net which is able to provide reports quickly and accurately and document data well.Keywords: information systems, inventory, vb .net

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and develop a web-based accounting information system for Klinik Andina Karawang to improve the process of recording cash inflows and outflows. The system is intended to enable a more structured and efficient financial documentation process. It was developed to replace the previously utilized manual recording methods, which were prone to errors, data loss, delays, and inconsistencies in financial reporting. This research adopts the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM), which comprises six stages: problem identification, objective definition, system design and development, demonstration, evaluation, and communication. The outcome of this research is a fully implemented system, as verified through functional testing and user validation. These evaluations indicate that the system’s features functioned as expected and contributed positively to improving operational efficiency.

Abstract

SMK Jayabeka 02 is a private school located in the Karawang area, which has 4 expertise programs, namely mechanical engineering, light vehicle automotive engineering, office administration and computer network engineering. School financial management still uses Microsoft Excel which requires accuracy in managing and recording, then the data processing process requires a lot of time and energy if the data is already queuing a lot. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the administrative transactions of school payments and expenses as well as to produce accurate data and increase the confidence of parents in students and schools. The method used is observation, interviews and literature study to obtain the required data and use SDLC for the system development model described by the waterfall. With the creation of the system, it is hoped that it can further facilitate every existing process and can improve the quality and trust of parents of students towards students and the school.
