Abstract

Kecemasan matematika merupakan kondisi mental siswa dalam kegiatan proses belajar matematika. Studi ini menganalisis kecemasan siswa terhadap matematika dalam pembelajaran online di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan 15 pernyataan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian adalah 323 siswa terdiri dari 153 siswa SMP dan 170 siswa SMA yang merupakan perwakilan siswa di Indonesia. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Winsteps. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan siswa belajar matematika dalam pembelajaran online terbagi menjadi kecemasan tinggi, kecemasan sedang, dan kecemasan rendah. Siswa SMP memiliki tingkat kecemasan belajar tinggi sebesar 3,92% dan Siswa SMA memiliki tingkat kecemasan belajar tinggi sebesar 1,17%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan belajar matematika lebih banyak dialami oleh siswa SMP daripada siswa SMA, khususnya pada Kelas 7 dan 8. Sedangkan berdasarkan gender, siswa Laki-laki memiliki kecemasan tinggi sebesar 4%, dan siswa perempuan 1,8%. Siswa yang memiliki kecemasan tinggi lebih cenderung tidak menyukai matematika dan menganggap matematika pelajaran yang sulit.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the country's most difficult economic problems. Poverty showed a significant number when the pandemic occurred at the end of 2020, and there were 27.55 million people who were below the poverty line. After the pandemic, economic activity gradually improved, so poverty in Indonesia declined. One of the steps to reduce poverty is to analyze which economic instruments can be optimized. This study aims to determine the effect of the distribution of zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) funds, inflation, and economic growth on poverty in Indonesia for the period 2012-2022.  This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The data processing tool used is SPSS. The T-test results show that the distribution of ZIS funds significantly affects the poverty rate. In contrast, inflation and economic growth do not have a significant effect on the poverty rate partially. The F-test shows that the distribution of ZIS funds, inflation, and GDP significantly affect the poverty rate simultaneously in the period 2012-2022. The limitation of this study is the use of variables that affect poverty rates, so future researchers should add or change these variables to other variables related to poverty. This research implies that BAZNAS, as a national amil zakat institution, can develop its program better so that through the distribution of ZIS, the poverty rate in Indonesia can be reduced.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how bilingual education can improve students' understanding of Aqidah learning through the Arabic language Ushul Tsalatsah book. This study uses a qualitative case study approach to explore bilingual education in Aqidah learning at the Imam Syafi'iy Islamic Boarding School (pesantren) in Bima City. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. Validity testing through triangulation of sources and techniques. The study results show that bilingual education uses the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach. Learning planning depends on the experience and understanding of the ustadz (teacher) without a formal learning plan. Core activities are carried out by students reading, analysing, and discussing Arabic-Indonesian texts alternately. Students receive explanations in two languages to facilitate understanding of Arabic vocabulary. This step effectively improves students' understanding of Aqidah and Arabic language skills. The ustadz, as a facilitator, provides feedback to create dynamic and responsive learning. The CLIL method in bilingual education has successfully improved understanding of religious material and language mastery. This study's novelty lies in applying the CLIL approach in bilingual education through dynamic and responsive bilingual education. The study's limitations were due to the selection of the research location of only one Islamic boarding school and using qualitative methods so that the findings could not be generalised to other Islamic boarding schools. Further research suggests exploring the impact of digital technology in supporting bilingual education in Salafi Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemikiran Fazlur Rahman tentang integrasi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan sains serta relevansinya dalam era Society 5.0. Tujuan utama adalah untuk memahami konsep-konsep yang diusulkan oleh Fazlur Rahman dalam mengatasi dikotomi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu sains, serta bagaimana konsep ini dapat menginformasikan praktik pendidikan dalam konteks era digital dan teknologi yang semakin maju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis dokumen. Sumber data utama adalah karya tulis, artikel, dan buku yang dihasilkan oleh Fazlur Rahman, serta literatur yang relevan dengan isu integrasi pendidikan dalam Islam dan sains. Data dianalisis melalui analisis teks untuk mengidentifikasi konsep, tema, dan gagasan yang muncul dalam pemikiran Fazlur Rahman. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Fazlur Rahman menekankan pentingnya integrasi antara Pendidikan Agama Islam dan sains sebagai langkah menuju pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang realitas. Konsep integrasi ini relevan dalam era Society 5.0, di mana teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan memiliki peran sentral. Integrasi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan sains dapat membantu mengatasi dikotomi dan mempromosikan pemahaman yang holistik tentang dunia. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana pemikiran Fazlur Rahman dapat memberikan panduan dalam mengembangkan pendidikan yang relevan dan inklusif di era teknologi dan informasi.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of the Qur'an and Sunnah as foundational sources of Islamic epistemology in addressing the challenges of Society 5.0. Through a qualitative library research approach, the research analyzes primary and secondary sources, including classical and contemporary Islamic texts, to explore the epistemological framework that harmonizes revelation, reason, and empirical knowledge. The findings reveal that the Qur'an, with its emphasis on 'ilm (knowledge) mentioned over 700 times, and the Sunnah, as the practical interpretation of the Qur'an, collectively form a holistic paradigm for scientific and technological development. The study highlights the concept of Tawhidic Science, which integrates spiritual values with modern advancements, offering ethical guidelines for emerging technologies like AI and big data. Additionally, the research demonstrates how Prophetic traditions provide solutions for contemporary issues such as mental health, environmental sustainability, and social justice. The study concludes that the Qur'an and Sunnah serve as dynamic, living traditions (living tradition) capable of guiding Muslim societies through digital transformation while maintaining moral and spiritual integrity. This integrative approach not only counters the materialistic tendencies of modern science but also fosters a balanced civilization rooted in Islamic values.

Abstract

The veiled student is still debatable and faces negative stigma from society, such as Islamic fundamentalist groups, radicalists, terrorists, exclusive groups, and adherents of deviating ideologies. This research aims to find out the veiled student responses to that negative stigma and give prophetic education by transforming prophetic values so that they understand and implement them in their life as individuals and social humans. This qualitative research used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, observation, and focus group discussion. Data analysis used NVivo 14 software, which serves as an analytical tool that clarifies and strengthens the interpretation of qualitative data by visualization of data coding results. The results show that the veiled student has been aware of negative stigma from society. Their responses are positive and negative, with internal and external strategies. The prophetic education and veiled law by focus group discussion indicated that the informant shows an open attitude, accepts the understanding of prophetic values, and all of the subject matter about veiled law in Islam and radicalism. That understanding of prophetic education can be based on their implementation in their life as individuals and social humans, until the efforts to prevent Islamic radicalism based on Islamic institutions can be achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between the historical-hermeneutic approach, Karl Polanyi's dual-movement theory, and the relevance of moral philosophy and Islamic law in responding to the challenges of modernity, with a special focus on the reformist thought of Fazlur Rahman. The problems raised are the stagnation of Islamic thought due to the dominance of taqlid, the lack of a contextual approach, and the disconnection of the ethical dimension in the application of Islamic law in the era of globalization. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach and library research, to explore the main concepts and thoughts of the characters through text analysis and synthesis of ideas. The results of the study show that the historical-hermeneutic approach is able to open up the space for understanding religious texts in a contextual and reflective manner, the theory of dual movements provides a framework for analysis of socio-economic dynamics in Islamic history, and Islamic moral philosophy is an important foundation in maintaining the relevance of Islamic law. Meanwhile, Fazlur Rahman's thinking offers solutions through the renewal of ijtihad, a holistic understanding of the Qur'an, and the strengthening of the ethical dimension in Islamic law. These findings affirm the importance of integration between historical contexts, ethics, and rationality in building responsive and transformative Islamic thought in the modern era.

Abstract

Abstract. This research analyzes the role of career women in exclusive breastfeeding from an Islamic perspective and its relevance to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA protocol, this study reviewed 10 selected articles from 309 articles identified from various scientific databases. The analysis results show a harmonization between Islamic teachings on exclusive breastfeeding and SDGs related to maternal and child health. Integration of health technology, development of supportive infrastructure in the workplace, and the maqasid sharia approach are key aspects in facilitating Muslim career women to provide exclusive breastfeeding. This research recommends the development of integrated policies that consider the perspectives of fiqh schools and the socio-economic context of career women to achieve a balance between professional demands and the obligation to provide exclusive breastfeeding within the sustainable development framework. Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran wanita karier dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif dari perspektif Islam dan relevansinya dengan program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, penelitian ini mengkaji 10 artikel terpilih dari 309 artikel yang diidentifikasi dari berbagai database ilmiah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya harmonisasi antara ajaran Islam tentang ASI eksklusif dan tujuan SDGs terkait kesehatan ibu dan anak. Integrasi teknologi kesehatan, pengembangan infrastruktur pendukung di tempat kerja, dan pendekatan maqasid syariah menjadi aspek kunci dalam memfasilitasi wanita karier Muslim untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kebijakan terintegrasi yang mempertimbangkan perspektif madzhab fiqh dan konteks sosio-ekonomi wanita karier untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara tuntutan profesional dan kewajiban memberikan ASI eksklusif dalam kerangka pembangunan berkelanjutan.
