Abstract

This research was carried out during the Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities of the Syekh Manshur Islamic College for the 2023 Academic Year. Starting from July 25 to August 24 2023 at MA Darul Huda, Mandalawangi Center. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection tools in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. This research aims to analyze teachers' professional abilities in the context of teaching in the classroom, including mastery of material, structure, concepts and scientific thinking patterns, mastery of competency standards and basic competencies, as well as creative development of material. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The research results show that teachers' professional abilities in teaching sociology are not yet ideal. It can be seen from the three aspects of teacher assessment that only one aspect is met, namely material mastery ability, structural ability, conceptual ability and scientific thinking ability. Teachers' ability to master competency standards and basic competencies is not yet optimal. The teacher assesses whether students must master basic competency and ability standards, including cognitive, psychomotor or affective abilities, which have been implemented, but the teacher has not implemented them in the classroom teaching process. The teacher's ability to develop material creatively and innovatively has been implemented but is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the minimal use of teaching methods, learning resources and learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Friday Taklim Activities in improving the Social Piety of Students at MI Riyadul Fathonah. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) How is the Implementation of Friday Taklim activities at MI Riyadul Fathonah? 2) What are the efforts and obstacles faced in implementing Friday Taklim activities at MI Riyadul Fathonah? 3) How can the implementation of Friday Taklim activities improve students' social piety? This study uses a Qualitative research method with a descriptive nature. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, Data analysis techniques used in this study through three components, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be described that Friday Taklim contributes to increasing social piety in its students, these contributions are: acting as an addition to religious knowledge in its students, namely: As an enhancer of religious knowledge such as prayer, reciting the Koran, fasting, and others. Improving children's skills, such as, actively praying in congregation at the Mosque, becoming an MC, a preacher, reading daily prayers, reading Juz Amma, some also read the Quran. Abstract

Abstrak Layanan Administrasi merupakan pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan administrasi umum dan kepegawaian, pelayanan keuangan, serta pelayanan terkait evaluasi dan pelaporan, pelayanan terkait penyelenggaraan kearsipan, kerumahtanggaan, pengelolaan barang, kehumasan, kepustakaan dan pelayanan terkait efisiensi tatalaksana. Diskominfo Kota Tasikmalaya pelayanan administrasi mencakup 18 jenis administrasi antara lain yang menjadi fokus dalam Proyek Akhir ini adalah : Administrasi Surat menyurat, Administrasi Kepegawaian, dan Administrasi Pemberitaan. Dalam pelaksanaannya pengelolaan administrasi tersebut masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu menggunakan kertas. Dalam proyek Akhir ini dilakukan pembuatan web untuk ketiga layanan administrasi di atas menggunakan framework laravel sebagai sebuah kerangka kerja yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan website, MySql database sebagai pengatur data, javascript sebagai untuk login akun, dan PHP sebagai penghubung antara aplikasi laravel dengan database. Hasil pengujian menampilkan halaman web layanan memberikan hasil dapat menampilkan web layanan dengan baik, Selanjutnya dari pengujian login user dan Kasubag memberikan hasil bisa login sesuai hak akun user dan hak akun kasubag, Selanjutnya hasil uji fitur menunjukan bahwa fitur layanan dapat berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci: Administrasi, website
