Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Content Marketing and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for Alexandre Chritie Brand Watches (case study at the Tickclock Store in Bengkulu City), both partially and simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this research, including Content Marketing and Product Quality. The object of this research is consumers at the Tickclock watch shop, precisely located on Jl. Putri Gading Cempaka No. 6, Bawah, Ratu Samban District, Bengkulu City. The sampling method uses a non- probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this research was 140 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this research show that Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, then Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. So, from the results of the research that has been carried out it can be concluded that Content Marketing and Product Quality have a partial and simultaneous influence on the decision to purchase Alexandre Chritie brand watches at the Tickclock Store in Bengkulu City Keywords: Content Marketing, Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Anak-anak di Desa Pagar Besi perlu disosialisasikan tentang manfaat menabung semasa kecil. Disiplin keuangan sejak dini memberikan keuntungan baik bagi individu maupun kemajuan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Dalam situasi seperti ini, perlu adanya upaya untuk mendidik anak tentang pentingnya menabung sejak dini agar dapat memberikan mereka kesadaran akan kebiasaan baik dan manfaatnya di masa depan. Berikut beberapa ide kegiatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mensosialisasikan manfaat menabung bagi anak di Desa Pagar Besi, Kecamatan Meringi Sakti, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara: 1. Membuat Rencana Kegiatan 2. Pendekatan Partisipatif 3. Pelatihan dan Edukasi 4. Penggunaan Media Komunikasi 5. Role Model 6. Melakukan kegiatan menabung yang praktis sejak kecil 7. EvaluasiSebagai bentuk pengabdian saya dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yaitu saya membantu anak-anak untuk menambah wawasannya tentang Sosialisasi Menabung Sejak Dini kepada anak-anak disekitaran lokasi desa pagar besi. Materi yang saya berikan ini yaitu meliputi 3 nilai diantaranya yaitu bagaimana cara pengolahan uang dengan baik, bagaimana hidup sederhana, dan gunanya menabung.Anak-anak di Desa Pagar Besi, perlu disosialisasikan tentang manfaat menabung semasa kecil. Dalam situasi seperti ini, perlu adanya upaya untuk mendidik anak tentang pentingnya menabung sejak dini agar dapat memberikan mereka kesadaran akan kebiasaan baik dan manfaatnya di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Brand Image and Promotion on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Wardah Products at My Lova Store in Bengkulu City", both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study is consumers of Wardah products at the My Lova Store in Bengkulu City, using a non-probability sampling technique, which means that samples are taken randomly, namely consumers who visit the Wardah product stand at the My Lova Store in Bengkulu City. Based on the results of these tests, the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Promotional variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Brand image and promotion together have a positive and simultaneous effect on the purchase decision variable. Keyword: Brand Image, Promotions, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, soft skills, and hard skills on the work readiness of Faculty of Economics and Business students, Class of 2022, at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu as Generation Z in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with the research subjects being FEB students from the 2022 cohort at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The study population consists of 288 students, and the sample size is determined using Slovin’s formula, resulting in 74 respondents. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires using an ordinal scale as the measurement tool. The data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that self-efficacy and soft skills have a positive but not significant influence on work readiness, while hard skills have a positive and significant influence on work readiness. The F-test (simultaneous test) results show that self-efficacy, soft skills, and hard skills collectively have a significant influence on the work readiness of Faculty of Economics and Business students, Class of 2022, at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu as Generation Z in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.. Abstract

Marketers must create an effective marketing strategy, that is, they need to first understand what business they are running because service or goods businesses are different businesses. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of customer experience on interest in using Cleopatra salon services in Bengkulu City. To determine the influence of customer satisfaction on interest in using Cleopatra salon services in Bengkulu City. To determine the influence of customer experience and customer satisfaction on interest in using Cleopatra salon services in Bengkulu City. This type of research is correlational, namely research to determine the influence and level of influence between two or more variables without any attempt to influence these variables. Customer experience (X1) has a positive and significant effect on interest in using services (Y) at Salon Cleopatra Bengkulu. Customer satisfaction (X2) influences interest in using services (Y) at Salon Cleopatra Bengkulu. This research aims 1) To find out how leader behavior influences employee work performance at PT. Meta Tani Palma Abadi. 2) To find out how employee commitment influences employee work performance at PT. Meta Tani Palma Abadi. 3) To find out how leader behavior and employee commitment simultaneously influence employee work performance at PT. Meta Tani Palma Abadi. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is a descriptive method. The population of this research is the entire number of employees of PT. Meta Tani Palma Abadi, totaling 134 people. The sample consisted of 134 employees of PT. Meta Tani Palma Abadi. Based on the results of research regarding leader behavior (X1) which influences employee performance (Y) at PT Meta Tani Palma Abadi, this means that if work commitment increases, employee performance will also increase. Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of workload and time management on employee work effectiveness. The research was carried out at the Head Office of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City from November-December 2023. Respondents were 154 employees at the head office, it was found that 125 respondents participated after data collection via questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression models. The research results showed that workload and work effectiveness had a negative effect. This explains that an increase in load will be followed by a decrease in work effectiveness. Time management and work effectiveness have a positive effect. This explains that an increase in time management will be followed by an increase in work effectiveness. Workload and time management on work effectiveness are significant. This explains that an increase in workload and time management will also be accompanied by an increase or decrease in work effectiveness.

Abstract

Standar Operasional Prosedur, pengiriman, dan pengawasan kerja adalah faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Sicepat Ekspress Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan populasi 50 karyawan. Menggunakan teknik total sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil menunjukkan persamaan regresi: Y = 6,023 + 0,968 X1 + 0,216 X2 + 0,255 X3 + e, dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,903, yang berarti 90,3% variabilitas kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh SOP, pengiriman, dan pengawasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sicepat Ekspress Kota Bengkulu, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of the product quality of Pendap at Usaha Pendap & Palai Cik Sur in Bengkulu City, identify the quality aspects that most influence consumer evaluations, and understand their relationship with purchase intention and loyalty. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Primary data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with 10 consumers and the business owner, as well as documentation. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns in consumer perceptions. The results show that, in general, consumers have a positive perception of Pendap quality, particularly in terms of taste, texture, and cleanliness, which are considered distinctive, authentic, and consistent. However, there are critical notes regarding packaging and presentation aspects, which some consumers perceive as still simple, less informative, and less visually appealing. These findings align with consumer perception theory, which includes cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions, and emphasize the importance of packaging innovation and enhancing visual appeal without eliminating the product’s traditional values. This research is expected to contribute theoretically to the study of traditional culinary marketing and provide practical insights for MSME actors to improve competitiveness through product quality enhancement, particularly in visual and packaging aspects. Abstract

This study aims to determine the "Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance (Case Study at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Bengkulu", both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 55 people, using the total side technique, which means that all populations are used as research samples. Based on the t test (Partial) on the Compensation variable, it is known that the calculated t value is > t table (12.387 > 1.675) with a probability of t sig 0.000 < 0.05. On the Motivation variable, it is known that the calculated t value is > t table (15.636 > 1.675) with a probability of t sig 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that both X variables, namely Compensation and Motivation, partially influence employee performance. Based on the results of the f test, it is known that the calculated f value > f table (129,375 > 2.78) with a probability of f sig 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Compensation and Motivation together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on the performance variable. The R square value obtained is 83.3%, which means it has a strong influence. This figure shows that employee performance can be explained by Compensation and Motivation by 83.3%. The remaining 16.7% is influenced by other factors that are not examined or explained in this study. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation and Employee Performance
