Abstract

This study examines how adversity intelligence and digital literacy affect retail employee performance in Jakarta, using work satisfaction as a mediator. In the face of severe retail competition, organizations must guarantee that staff have technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technological adaptability. This quantitative study surveys 250 Jakarta shop workers. The study shows that adversity intelligence and digital literacy improve employee performance, and work happiness mediates the link. These results help HR managers build training programs that promote employee performance by improving adversity intelligence, digital literacy, and work happiness

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate how learning agility and organizational culture affect innovative work behavior among millennial employees, with work engagement serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative research design was employed, involving 150 participants selected using a quota sampling method. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The findings revealed that learning agility significantly contributes to innovative work behavior, both directly and indirectly through its influence on work engagement. Conversely, organizational culture does not directly impact innovative behavior, though it does influence employees' engagement at work. Furthermore, the study confirms that work engagement mediates the link between learning agility and innovative behavior, whereas no mediating effect was found between organizational culture and innovative behavior. In summary, these findings suggest that personal attributes, particularly learning capability and engagement level, play a more prominent role in shaping innovative behavior among millennials in the workplace.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat ekonomi nelayan pesisir Indramayu melalui digitalisasi pemasaran dan pengembangan rantai pasok hasil laut. Nelayan di wilayah ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi digital dan rantai pasok yang kurang efisien, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya daya saing serta ketidakstabilan pendapatan mereka. Oleh karena itu, program ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan nelayan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital guna memasarkan hasil tangkapan mereka secara lebih luas dan kompetitif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program ini mencakup pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran, optimalisasi rantai pasok, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. elatihan digitalisasi membantu nelayan mengakses pasar yang lebih luas melalui platform digital seperti media sosial dan e-commerce. Optimalisasi rantai pasok difokuskan pada efisiensi distribusi dan peningkatan kualitas hasil tangkapan melalui manajemen pasca panen. Kegiatan ini ditutup dengan pendampingan intensif dan evaluasi, yang menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas nelayan dalam memasarkan produk dan mengelola usaha secara lebih mandiri dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas kepemimpinan dan digitalisasi usaha bagi ketua kelompok nelayan pesisir sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan (SDG 8). Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan, pendampingan, serta penerapan teknologi digital yang terfokus pada kepemimpinan strategis, manajemen keuangan, dan pemasaran berbasis platform digital. Program ini diimplementasikan di Indramayu dengan melibatkan mitra dari Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan serta komunitas nelayan lokal. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi manajerial dan digital peserta, termasuk penggunaan aplikasi keuangan (BukuKas), platform pemasaran digital (Tokopedia, Instagram), serta pemanfaatan desain branding produk melalui Canva. IPTEKS yang diterapkan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, jejaring usaha, dan omzet nelayan secara nyata. Program ini turut mendorong pembentukan komunitas digital nelayan dan menyusun modul digital untuk replikasi mandiri, menjadikannya kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan UMKM pesisir.

Abstract

Tidung Island in the Kepulauan Seribu district is home to many micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that remain dependent on manual bookkeeping and traditional marketing practices. These limitations reduce operational efficiency and restrict their market reach. To address this, the Socialpreneurship 5.0 program was introduced, featuring SmartFlow dashboards designed on the Notion platform. The system combines three functions: digital financial records, structured social media content planning, and automated business content generation. The program progressed through five stages; socialization, training, application, mentoring, and sustainability, implemented through collaboration between universities, local government, and MSME partners. Outcomes indicate that more than 80% of daily transactions were digitally recorded, monthly financial reports became routine, and social media engagement rose by over 30%. Students also produced five digital business models, and a local MSME digital community was formed. By linking directly to SDGs 8, 9, and 17, the initiative demonstrates how digital inclusion and multi-stakeholder collaboration can strengthen creative economy actors in coastal communities.
