Abstract

Through the results of observations and in-depth interviews, it is evident that most teachers (85%) who are school cooperative managers have never had the opportunity to attend training/workshops on the management of school cooperatives that are good and right. Most teachers who become school cooperative managers (90%) do not have an economic / accounting education background. Most school cooperatives in public vocational high schools majoring in technology and engineering are not legal entities. The solutions offered are training and mentoring as well as improving the legal status of school cooperatives to become cooperative legal entities. The method or approach offered to solve partner problems is training, mentoring, and supervision. At the time of the training, we provided material regarding Recognize Self Potency and also provided the SIKOP software and the guidebook.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa transformasi dunia bisnis dan kewirausahaan. Menjadikan strategi sebagai elemen krusial untuk meraih profit, pertumbuhan, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Banyak startup baru bermunculan, tetapi tidak sedikit wirausaha baru mengalami kegagalan akibat kurangnya kemampuan membuat perencanaan dan penciptaan nilai produk. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, Business Model Canvas (BMC) muncul sebagai alat bisnis yang efektif. Workshop dan kompetisi BMC dirancang khusus untuk mengajarkan mahasiswa mengenai pentingnya kewirausahaan serta penerapan BMC secara praktis. Dalam workshop ini, mahasiswa diperkenalkan dengan elemen-elemen kunci BMC, baik dari aspek internal maupun eksternal. Melalui metode klasikal dan presentasi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber berpengalaman, peserta kegiatan diberikan berbagai perencanaan pengembangan bisnis berbasis digital, peluang, serta pengembangan dan tantangannya. Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of industrial work practice experience on work readiness among students in vocational high schools, with self-efficacy as a moderating factor. This study focuses on 11th-grade students from the administration, accounting, and business programs at SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat during the 2023/2024 academic year. A quantitative methodology is employed, and the research encompasses 176 students as the sample size. For sample selection, the technique used is proportional stratified random sampling. The distribution of questionnaires employing a likert scale was selected as the method for data collection. The SmartPLS 3.0 software facilitated the analysis, including evaluations of both the Outer and Inner Model. This research's results substantiate that industrial work practice experience has a favorable and substantial effect on work readiness. On the other hand, self-efficacy is a moderating factor, significantly diminishing the positive connection between industrial work practice experience and students' work readiness.

Abstract

Motivation for students is certainly high and low with various factors that influence the motivation. For students who have high learning motivation, they will devote all their attention to the ongoing learning. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning facilities and learning environment on the learning motivation of students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The population used in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, class of 2020 with a population of 633 students. This study uses a quantitative method, and a sample of 245 students was determined. The sampling technique used Proportional Sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. This study uses an analysis technique using SmartPLS 3.0 with Outer Model and Inner Model analysis. The research results show that (1) there is a significant influence between learning facilities and learning motivation, (2) there is a significant influence between the learning environment and learning motivation, and (3) there is a significant influence between learning facilities and the learning environment and learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan sistem informasi administrasi pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer melalui metode pengumpulan data survei dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 169 dengan total 119 sampel dihitung sesuai rumus Taro Yamane. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji persyaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis yang dihitung menggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas pelayanan administrasi pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, (2) sistem informasi administrasi pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan (3) mutu pelayanan dan sistem informasi administrasi pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa positif dan signifikan. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kemudahan akses bahan bacaan digital dan kecepatan layanan administrasi perpustakaan digital terhadap minat baca siswa di wilayah Jabodetabek. Dengan menggunakan menggunakan survei kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data siswa di wilayah JABODETABEK. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kemudahan akses bahan bacaan digital dengan minat baca siswa, dengan skor tertinggi pada indikator media yang disajikan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, ditemukan pula hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecepatan layanan administrasi perpustakaan dengan minat baca siswa. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemudahan akses bahan bacaan digital dan peningkatan kecepatan serta kualitas layanan administrasi perpustakaan dapat memberikan dampak positif dan meningkatkan minat baca siswa di wilayah Jabodetabek. Akan tetapi, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan, antara lain pengumpulan data terbatas pada survei kuesioner, cakupan geografis terbatas sehingga tidak dapat digeneralisasikan ke wilayah yang lebih luas, dan pengujian hanya dilakukan pada dua variabel independen. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas cakupan dengan memasukkan faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi minat baca siswa dan menggunakan metode penelitian yang berbeda.Kata Kunci: Kemudahan Akses, Pelayanan, Minat Baca

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of motivation, self-efficacy and family environment to interest to become a teacher. This study applied a quantitative approach with a data collection method in the form of a survey with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The population in this study are the Economics and Administration Education Students of, Faculty of Economic and Business, Universitas Negeri Jakarta year 2022. The analysis techniques used in this study are statistical descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing analysis. The results of this research shows that: 1) motivation does not affect interest in becoming a teacher, 2) self-efficacy also does not affect interest in becoming a teacher, 3) family environment does affect interest in becoming a teacher by 29.30% and 4) motivation, self-efficacy, and family environment together influence interest in becoming a teacher by 7.10%. The results of this study is expected to contribute to developing knowledge about education, especially for researchers who are interested in analyzing the influence of motivation, self-efficacy, and family environment to interest in becoming a teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media pembelajaran e-learning, motivasi belajar, dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Media pembelajaran e-learning telah menjadi salah satu metode utama dalam pendidikan modern, terutama setelah transformasi teknologi yang semakin pesat. Motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar juga dianggap sebagai faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan siswa dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan sejumlah responden dari kalangan siswa yang telah menggunakan media pembelajaran e-learning dalam proses belajarnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diujii menggunakan software SPSS 23 dengan menggunakan uji persyaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis. Hasil yang didapat terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan pada media pembelajaran e-learning, dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar sedangkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pada motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

In this services trade cooperation, each country will commit to open cooperation in the twelve service sectors with different levels of openness in each country and stated in the Schedule of Specific Commitment. The level of openness is divided into three levels, namely: fully opened without any restrictions, none which means it is opened with restrictions, and unbound which means it has not been opened. This will have an impact on the choice of entry mode that business actors will make, but until now in Indonesia it has not been utilized, especially with the results of bilateral, regional and multilateral trade cooperation negotiations. For this reason, understanding the entry mode will determine the choice of type of entry mode that will be carried out by business actors, the support or facilities that will be provided by the Government, and what activities the Association can carry out so that the restaurant internationalization process can run well. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by understanding how to read the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services (AFAS) cooperation in the restaurant service industry sector. For this reason, the author explains how to understand the existing regulations AFAS countries in ASEAN, as well as investment options that comply with destination country regulations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatuhi pengaruh social support dan self awareness terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survey dan sebanyak 210 siswa menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 138 siswa yang didapat melalui rumus taro yamane. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 25 yang dilakukan dengan Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa social support memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap prorkastinasi akademik, bahwa self awareness berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik, dan social support dan self awareness berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademi
