Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digitalization in enhancing financial inclusion among customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research focuses on how perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of BSI Mobile’s digital banking services influence technology adoption, particularly at BSI Dumai Branch. This qualitative study employs a descriptive analysis method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the adoption of Islamic banking digitalization still faces several challenges, including low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and the need for improved cybersecurity measures. However, the increase in BSI Mobile users from 2021 to 2022 suggests that digitalization has successfully expanded financial access and enhanced financial inclusion among customers. This study highlights the importance of socialization efforts, enhanced security features, and the optimization of digital services to improve user experience and accelerate the digital transformation of Islamic banking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik di Pondok Darusy Syafi’iyah, sebuah lembaga pendidikan berbasis pesantren. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada perumusan, implementasi, dan dampak kebijakan terhadap lingkungan belajar dan hasil akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan kebijakan strategis seperti penguatan program belajar malam, pemberian penghargaan akademik, peningkatan kualitas guru melalui pelatihan, dan penataan jadwal belajar yang menyesuaikan nilai-nilai pesantren. Kebijakan tersebut berdampak positif terhadap motivasi, disiplin, dan capaian akademik peserta didik. Meskipun demikian, beberapa hambatan masih ditemukan, seperti keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan minimnya evaluasi kebijakan secara berkala. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai transformasional dan moral berperan penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di lembaga berbasis pesantren. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan evaluasi kebijakan dan kolaborasi lintas elemen sekolah guna menciptakan kebijakan yang lebih adaptif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising appeal via Instagram and purchase intention on purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop. This type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach will be used in this study. The population can consist of 377 consumers at the Outline coffee shop based on sales data in December 2022. The number of samples selected as respondents in this study was adjusted to 194 respondents from the calculation of the Slovin formula. The analytical method can be used to examine the relationship between these variables by testing data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the attractiveness of the advertisement contributed to an increase of 35.0% on the purchase decision. Buying interest contributes an increase of 41.9% to purchasing decisions. The analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) reveals that purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop can be explained by the attractiveness of advertisements via Instagram and buying interest at a percentage of 70.6%. The findings of hypothesis testing have shown that the attractiveness of advertising via Instagram and purchase intention have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has created new demands for engaging and interactive learning media and promotional materials. In the educational context, attractive and interactive learning media can help increase learners' interest and understanding of the subject matter. However, many community organizations, such as the youth at Vihara Sutra Maitreya Palembang, lack the skills to leverage digital tools for creating visually appealing content. This community service project aimed to address this issue by providing training on using the Canva application to 14 youth members of Vihara Sutra Maitreya Palembang for designing learning media and promotional materials. The training was conducted in-person and adopted a persuasive approach, combining theoretical sessions on graphic design concepts, demonstrations of Canva's features, hands-on practice, and discussions. Based on the evaluation of the training using the Likert scale, participants gave a very good rating with an overall average score of 86.23%. Quantitative targets were achieved, with 92.85% demonstrating a good understanding of the material, all participants producing at least one usable design, and 100% active participation. This initiative successfully enhanced the vihara youth's ability to create attractive visual content for educational and promotional purposes within their community while leveraging technological advancements.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the impact of the banking digitalization system on customer service performance in banking business activities. The data in this study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations to all Bank Negara Indonesia 46 customer service Palembang areas. The population used is the customer service of Bank Negara Indonesia 46 Palembang area, namely as many as 54 people and the sample taken from this study was taken using the saturated sampling method, namely as many as 54 people. Data analysis was carried out using the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using the t test technique. Result show that the impact of digitalization has a positive influence on customer service performance , so that it can take over some of the roles and tasks of customer service) because the digital technology services offered have the features needed for customers to transact simple services in the banking sector without having to go through the customer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of company reputation and service quality on purchasing decisions for headhunter services. This study is to determine the basis for consumer considerations in choosing a headhunter company, and for headhunter companies this research can be a reference in maintaining relationships with their customers. There are 3 hypotheses tested, and this study uses quantitative methods by conducting surveys. The sampling method is using probability sampling with a sample size of 115 respondents based on the hair formula. As for analyzing the data of this study using multiple linear regression analysis methods.The company's reputation and service quality both influence the decision to purchase headhunter services, with the main factor having higher relevance being the service quality variable. This study aims to determine the relationship of company reputation and service quality to purchasing decisions on professional recruitment services. Future research is expected to raise one case from a large headhunter company (local/international) regarding building the reputation of a headhunter service company. This is so that the headhunter Industry has a proven academic subject of what reputation looks like in the Headhunter Industry

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Website-Based Information Technology System and E-Complaint have a significant effect on Service Quality at the Murni Teguh Medan Hospital. This study uses quantitative data methods and the data source is primary data. The population in this study were patients at the Murni Teguh Medan Hospital totaling 53,800 patients. The sample of this study were patients of the Teguh Medan Pure Hospital totaling 100 respondents using purposive sampling data collection techniques. Data analysis and testing consists of validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial (T test) and simultaneous (F test) hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that the Website-Based Information Technology System had a partially significant effect on Service Quality with a t value of 13.515> t table 1.66055. E-Complaint has a partially significant effect on Service Quality with a t value of 4.599> t table 1.66055. Website-Based Information Technology Systems and E-Complaint simultaneously have a significant effect on Service Quality with a calculated F value of 100,129> F table 2.36 with a regression coefficient value of 67.4%.

Abstract

Deteksi objektif kecanduan pornografi masih menjadi tantangan signifikan, seringkali menghambat intervensi klinis yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model klasifikasi Deep Learning untuk mendeteksi kecanduan pornografi secara non-invasif berdasarkan sinyal Electroencephalography (EEG). Penelitian ini menerapkan arsitektur Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) untuk menganalisis data EEG yang diperoleh dari 14 responden menggunakan 19 channel. Data mentah diproses melalui tahapan filtering, Independent Component Analysis (ICA) untuk artifact removal, dan normalisasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan model GRU yang diusulkan berhasil mencapai akurasi 94,14%, dengan nilai precision dan recall seimbang (94%), serta F1-score 0,94 untuk kedua kelas (kecanduan dan non-kecanduan). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur GRU sangat efektif untuk membedakan pola aktivitas otak antara individu pecandu dan non-pecandu. Penelitian ini berkontribusi menyediakan landasan ilmiah bagi pengembangan alat bantu diagnosis otomatis yang lebih akurat untuk menunjang program diagnosis dan rehabilitasi.

Abstract

This community service program was implemented to enhance the ability of cassava farmers in Dumai Barat District to perform financial record-keeping through the application of simple accounting bookkeeping. The main issue identified is the farmers’ low financial literacy, which leads to irregular transaction records, difficulties in calculating production costs, and the inability to prepare basic financial statements. The activities were carried out through several stages, including field observation, introduction to basic accounting concepts, hands-on training in simple bookkeeping, and continuous mentoring using daily cash books. The results indicate a significant improvement in farmers’ understanding and skills in recording income, expenses, and calculating the cost of goods manufactured (COGM). Farmers have become more capable of managing and evaluating their agricultural activities systematically. This mentoring program is proven effective in improving financial management quality and encouraging farmers to develop their agricultural businesses in a more modern, independent, and sustainable manner.
