Abstract

Inventory management is one of the most important aspects in light steel construction business activities. The application of inventory management affects the continuity of the production process and improves the quality of service to consumers. Inventory is defined as an asset which includes goods owned by the company and has the potential to be sold within a certain business period in an effort to meet consumer needs at any time. Galvalume raw material inventory for the spandex roof production process often suffers from shortages due to immature planning. The shortage of inventory causes production not to run smoothly. The purpose of inventory management in this paper is to obtain an inventory policy to optimize the total inventory cost. The method used in this study is economic order quantity. Based on the results and discussion. Ordering raw materials will be made 6 times in a year with an order quantity of 116 with a safety stock of 12 units and will be ordered again when the raw materials are in 46 units. Total Inventory Cost (TIC) which was originally IDR 26.350.191,- can be saved to IDR 21.038.827,- so that the total savings that occurred amounted to IDR 5.311.364,- (20,15%).

Abstract

There are several factors that become obstacles to the sustainability of cultivation, one of which is the growth factor. Growth is closely related to spacing and methods. This study aims to determine the optimal Spacing for the Growth Rate of K. alvarezii Using the Off-bottom Method. This research was conducted on November 1, 2020 to December 16, 2020 for 45 days with an acclimatization period of 3 days in Berakit Village, Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The method used was experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. Where A: 10 cm spacing, B: 15 cm spacing, C: 20 cm spacing, D: 25 cm spacing and E: 30 cm spacing. Data analysis using ANOVA test of variance showed a specific growth rate of 6.36±0.006 %/day), the absolute weight of K. alvarezii was 267.83±0.25 g. and absolute growth of K. alvarezii 167.83±0.25 g. The results obtained indicate that treatment D is the best treatment for growth.

Abstract

Public space is a place that generally used by the community in order to meet their needs and where crowds are usually formed. In a crowd, the number of people can be the first indicator in an anomaly in where the more number of people exists in a crowd, the more supervision is needed on the crowd to prevent chaos or other things that are not desirable in public spaces. The need for a crowd-counting is certainly needed to facilitate supervision and also the awareness of people in crowds. This research meant to develop a system that can identifies a crowd based on the number of people that exist in the crowd and also give the number of people as an output. The system applied the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. The CNN model is trained using a labeled crowd dataset with a total of 4372 crowd photos. The CNN works as a regression model that will count the number of people from the feature extracted from the image. The evalution shows the Mean Absolute Error value achieved is 55.1176 in the test data.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, creativity on entrepreneurial intentions, and entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intentions for students of private universities in West Jakarta. The subjects included in this study were 100 respondents who were private university students in West Jakarta. This study uses a non-probability sampling method. The data analysis used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS), which is the SmartPLS 3.3.3 application. The findings of this study indicate that creativity has no effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while self-efficacy and entrepreneurial enthusiasm have an influence on entrepreneurial intentions in private university students in West Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha, kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha, dan gairah berwirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha bagi Mahasiswa Universitas swasta di Jakarta Barat. Subjek yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan Mahasiswa Universitas swasta di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) yang merupakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.3.3. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan efikasi diri dan gairah berwirausaha pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa universitas swasta di Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

Tugas akhir dengan judul “Perancangan Toko Baju Anak dengan Café Oleh F.Archin Di Bali Dengan Pendalaman Indoor Health And Comfort” berisikan tentang rancangan bisnis arsitektur interior yang berspesialisasi pada pendalaman indoor health and comfort. Hal tersebut didasarkan atas terdapatnya permasalahan ditengah masyarakat tentang minimnya kesadaraan tentang pentingnya kesehatan dan kenyamanan pada ruang yang akan menyebabkan sick building. Aspek kesehatan menjadi perhatian utama dalam perancangan ini. Interior toko baju anak dan cafe dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas udara dalam ruangan. Oleh karena itu, F.Archin akan menerapkan pendekatan tersebut pada bangunan yang di desain, sehingga dapat memberikan fasilitas bagi semua orang. Dengan value yang ditawarkan oleh F.Archin, pendiri toko baju anak dengan café di Bali melihat bahwa value tersebut akan sangat bermanfaat bagi seluruh pengunjung toko dan café untuk tidak perlu khawatir terhadap kesehatan dan kenyamanan pada bangunan. Indoor health and comfort akan diterapkan sesuai dengan parameter yang telah di tentukan oleh Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), salah satunya dengan penerapan konsep open space pada ruangan, penggunakan bukaan yang lebar pada bangunan serta penggunaan material yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan proyek ini adalah untuk menciptakan sebuah desain yang dapat dijadikan referensi kedepannya terkait sebuah desain bangunan yang memiliki pendekatan Indoor Health and Comfort pada bangunannya.

Abstract

Manusia selain sebagai makhluk rasional juga merupakan makhluk spiritual. Spiritualitas seseorang erat kaitannya dengan kinerja otaknya. Penelitian ilmu saraf yang dikembangkan lebih lanjut oleh para peneliti di bidang neuroteologi. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara prefrontal cortex dengan makna hidup yang memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar -0,388 (0,034<0,05). Selanjutnya hubungan ganglia basalis dengan pengalaman spiritual memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar -0,367 (0,046<0,05. Hubungan berbanding terbalik ini disebabkan oleh usia responden yang masih muda sehingga menyebabkan prefrontal cortex belum matang sempurna dan hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh berhubungan dengan rendahnya kadar neurotransmiter serotonin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of advertising appeal via Instagram and purchase intention on purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop. This type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach will be used in this study. The population can consist of 377 consumers at the Outline coffee shop based on sales data in December 2022. The number of samples selected as respondents in this study was adjusted to 194 respondents from the calculation of the Slovin formula. The analytical method can be used to examine the relationship between these variables by testing data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the attractiveness of the advertisement contributed to an increase of 35.0% on the purchase decision. Buying interest contributes an increase of 41.9% to purchasing decisions. The analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) reveals that purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop can be explained by the attractiveness of advertisements via Instagram and buying interest at a percentage of 70.6%. The findings of hypothesis testing have shown that the attractiveness of advertising via Instagram and purchase intention have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Outline coffee shop

Abstract

As a consequence of the violation of the Police code of ethics by members of the National Police, there is ethical responsibility in the session of the National Police Professional Code of Ethics Commission. Legal assistance in the form of assistance is the constitutional right of every citizen, including members of the National Police. The issuance of the Regulation of the Head of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Providing Legal Aid within the Police, should be a tangible manifestation of the responsibility of the National Police for legal rights and justice for members of the Indonesian National Police. This type of research is carried out using a normative juridical method, which is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data as a basis for research by conducting a search on regulations and literature related to the problems studied. That the enforcement of the Police Professional Code of Ethics must be carried out in an objective, accountable manner, upholding legal certainty and a sense of justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi kepegawaian pada PT Musi Energi Sukses Indah guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data karyawan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data secara real-time. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode iterasi, yang menggabungkan model air terjun (waterfall) dan iterasi pada prototipe. Proses pengembangan mencakup empat tahapan: requirement, analysis, design, dan implementation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis menggunakan metode PIECES dan sebab-akibat berhasil mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan, seperti kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data karyawan, pemborosan biaya administrasi, serta penurunan kualitas layanan. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan berbagai fitur, termasuk menu profil pengguna, manajemen user, karyawan, pelamar, sanksi, reward, PHK, penugasan, izin, cuti, absensi, dan laporan. Implementasi sistem ini mampu mempercepat proses pengajuan izin/cuti, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data oleh admin, dan menyediakan laporan real-time untuk direktur. Simpulan, sistem informasi kepegawaian yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan solusi komprehensif terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan. Pemeliharaan aplikasi secara berkala direkomendasikan untuk memastikan kinerja optimal dan mencegah terjadinya error atau bug di masa mendatang. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kepegawaian, Iteratif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digitalization in enhancing financial inclusion among customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research focuses on how perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of BSI Mobile’s digital banking services influence technology adoption, particularly at BSI Dumai Branch. This qualitative study employs a descriptive analysis method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the adoption of Islamic banking digitalization still faces several challenges, including low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and the need for improved cybersecurity measures. However, the increase in BSI Mobile users from 2021 to 2022 suggests that digitalization has successfully expanded financial access and enhanced financial inclusion among customers. This study highlights the importance of socialization efforts, enhanced security features, and the optimization of digital services to improve user experience and accelerate the digital transformation of Islamic banking.
