Abstract

Abstrak Kurangnya variasi pembelajaran yang diberikan pada suatu kelas menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik dan productive disposition siswa SD. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut diterpkan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan problem solving berbantuan microsoft mathematics pada materi pecahan kelas VI SD Negeri di kota Bandung dengan sampel sebanyak 2 kelas yang diteliti secara kuasi eksperimen. Tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik dan nontes skala sikap productive disposition menjadi instrumen dalam penelitian ini.  Dapat digeneralisir temuan dalam penelitian ini yakni pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik dan productive disposition siswa yang pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan problem solving berbantuan microsoft mathematics lebih baik secara signifikan dari siswa yang menerima pembelajaran secara biasa serta terdapat asosiasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik dan productive disposition pada siswa yang menemrima pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan problem solving berbantuan microsoft mathematics. Pembelajaran menjadi lebih variatif dengan fitur pada aplikasi sehingga siswa lebih antusias dan bermakna dalam belajar matematika pada siswa SD. Abstract The lack of variety in learning given to a class is one of the causes of the low of mathematical problem solving ability and the productive disposition of elementary school students. To improve this ability, learning using a problem solving approach assisted by microsoft mathematics is applied to the fractions material of 6th grade at elementary schools in Bandung city with a sample of 2 classes carried out in a quasi-experimental research. The mathematical problem-solving ability test and the non-test of the productive disposition attitude scale became the instruments in this study. It can be generalized the findings in this study, namely building and improving mathematical problem solving skills and productive dispositions of students who learn using a Microsoft mathematics-assisted problem solving approach significantly better than students who receive ordinary learning and there is a significant association between problem solving abilities and productive disposition in students who receive learning using a problem solving approach assisted by microsoft math. Learning becomes more varied with the features in the application so that students are more enthusiastic and meaningful in learning mathematics for elementary students.

Abstract

Keberadaan Covid-19 telah mempercepat proses transformasi digital dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan di PPSDM Geominerba. Namun pelaksanaan transformasi digital pada pendidikan dan pelatihan di Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral ini belum mencapai titik optimal. Transformasi dibutuhkan selain sebagai dasar untuk bisa bertahan juga untuk pengembangan proses bisnis selanjutnya. Tujuan studi ini adalah melakukan analisis proses transformasi digital dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan di KESDM dimana yang menjadi studi kasus adalah pelaksanaan diklat di PPSDM Geominerba. Metode utama dalam studi adalah penelusuran pustaka dan wawancara dengan pengajar dan peserta diklat. Dalam studi ini ada lima hal yang dicoba untuk digali sebagai dasar transformasi digital yang ada yaitu kebijakan dan kurikulum, sistem managemen pembelajaran, infrastruktur pembelajaran dan ICT literacy. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukan bahwa proses transformasi digital masih membutuhkan perbaikan-perbaikan agar mencapai hasil optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengembangan wisata dikawasan geopark terkait dengan kompetensi pengelola geopark. Tujuan studi ini adalah melakukan analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan wisata di kawasan geopark dan kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dengan menggunakan metode Social Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE). SMCE adalah suatu metode pengambilan keputusan berbasis multi kriteria analisis yang mempertimbangkan aspek sosial dari suatu masalah. 10 kriteria sosial yang dijadikan faktor analisis dan dikembangkan tiga skenario utama yaitu optimis, moderat, dan pesimis. AHP digunakan untuk pembobotan setiap kriteria yang ada. Aksesibilitas dan fasilitas/akomodasi mempunyai nilai tertinggi, kemudian keselamatan dan keamanan serta dukungan pemerintah, selanjutnya pengelola geopark, promosi, informasi, dan partisipasi masyarakat, dan terakhir adalah potensi wisatawan local dan mancanegara. Kesimpulannya adalah SMCE berbasis AHP dapat digunakan untuk penilaian pengembangan wisata berbasis geopark di Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose—Social media has become a powerful communication tool in promotion and marketing, particularly in the tourism industry. This study aims to identify the impact and effectiveness of using Instagram as a social media platform to promote the uniqueness, natural beauty, local culture, and environmental conservation efforts of Geopark Ijen, a UNESCO Global Geopark in East Java, Indonesia. The research addresses the problem of how social media can enhance the visibility and attractiveness of tourism destinations.Design/methods/approach–The research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology, presenting data clearly and comprehensively without conducting comparative analysis or examining relationships with other variables. Data is analyzed qualitatively, with findings presented in words and sentences.Findings–The research findings demonstrate that Instagram significantly contributes to promoting Geopark Ijen through attention-grabbing content that enhances its visibility as a prominent tourism destination in Indonesia. The study confirms that social media can effectively highlight the unique features and conservation efforts of Geopark Ijen, thereby attracting a wider audience.Research implications/limitations – The study's qualitative design limits the generalizability of the findings. The research does not compare the effectiveness of Instagram with other social media platforms or marketing strategies, which could be explored in future studies. Additionally, the study is constrained by the specific context of Geopark Ijen, and results may vary in different settings.Originality/value—This research provides valuable insights into Instagram's role in promoting tourism destinations and supporting sustainable development. It highlights effective strategies for leveraging social media to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of unique natural and cultural sites. Future research could explore comparative analyses with other platforms and broader applications in different tourism contexts.

Abstract

PPSDM Geominerba Field Campus is a center for training practice activities located in Cipatat, Padalarang District, Kab. Bandung Barat. The existence of groundwater plays an important role in supporting training practices and daily needs for the surrounding community. The aim of this paper is to determine the facies of groundwater based on data on physical and chemical properties. Samples were taken from 5 spring locations to be analyzed in the laboratory and re-analyzed using the trilinear piper diagram. The acidity level of spring water is < 7, with values ​​varying between 4.99 – 6.31, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) is in the range of 0.12 – 0.37 mg/l, Electrical Conductivity value (EC) between 0.26 – 0.74 µS. Based on the plotting results from the piper diagram, it was found that the research area could be grouped into 2 groundwater facies: Facies Ca, HCO3- and Facies No Dominant, HCO3-

Abstract

The Banyuwangi area has special features in terms of geology and mineralization, this is proven by the designation as an Ijen geopark and the existence of a mining company. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the potential of the Ijen geopark in developing geotourism in the Banyuwangi area. Geoparks are understood as a combination of geological diversity, biodiversity and cultural diversity. Geopark management is managed for conservation, education and economic purposes in a sustainable manner, with active involvement from the community and local government, so that it can be used to increase people's understanding and concern for the earth and its surrounding environment. The result of this writing is a general description of the geotourism potential in the Banyuwangi area and its economic development.

Abstract

Digital maps are representations of geographic phenomena stored for display and analysis by computers. A digital map can also be interpreted as a digitally presented image of the earth's surface that is reduced to a certain scale through a projection system. Digital geological mapping using smartphones is increasingly popular because it provides many conveniences. The purpose of this paper is to discuss which smartphone (smart phone) based operating system is the best in terms of accuracy for digital geological mapping. The market share of smartphones is currently controlled by three big players, namely Android, Windows and IOS. The results of a literature search show that there are two most popular operating systems for digital geological mapping, namely Android and IOS. Based on the review results, even though Android has the largest market share, iOS-based smartphones have various advantages in terms of reliability and accuracy.

Abstract

The development of sustainable geotourism as a post-mining land use alternative has become a popular issue in Indonesia. The geological and mining heritage will attract people with different kinds of interests and encourage the development of tourism. The paper analyzed technical, economic, social, and mine site factors that contribute to the development of post-mining land use programs. The paper focuses on the developing criteria or aspects that should be taken into account for developing the geological and mining heritage to integrate the environment of geopark in the future. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to measure the importance of the aspect. The results show that the economic aspect is very important to generate sustainable economic development, followed by the environmental aspect and social aspects. The result of this paper is intended to increase awareness of people for geological and mining heritage as a valuable site for geotourism objects.

Abstract

The application of GeoGebra in teaching still faces challenges such as teacher readiness and the availability of technology in schools, especially in mathematics learning. This research examines the correlation of the GeoGebra application to the mathematics learning outcomes of students whose learning uses the Realistic Mathematic Education learning model. This research was conducted at SDN 074 Ayudia, Bandung City using quantitative methods with a non-experimental approach. The population in this study were all students at SDN 074 Ayudia with a sample of 27 students in class VI B and the instruments used were questionnaires and tests. The sampling technique was carried out using a probability sampling technique based on cluster sampling. Meanwhile, the swimmer test from the data analysis carried out was a normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov assisted by the SPSS application. In this research, it can be concluded that there is no significant correlation between the application of Geogebra to the mathematics learning outcomes of students whose learning uses the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) model, and the correlation is classified as very low. For further research, it is hoped that we can use other learning models to see the influence that occurs between the application of the Geogebra application in mathematics learning to see special equations in simple linear regression to be able to know the probability of the independent variable and the dependent variable.
