Abstract

Analisis Dampak Lalu lintas (ANDALALIN) merupakan salah satu kajian yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak lalu lintas akibat terjadinya perubahan guna lahan yang mengakibatkan timbulnya bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja lalu lintas pada jalan. Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran yang tepat dan jelas dalam meminimalisir dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh pengembangan SOMA CITY. Hasil yang didapat area parkir sudah memenuhi syarat berdasarkan SK Dirjen Darat No. 272/Hk.105/DJRD/96 dengan menyediakan fasilitas parkir parkir mobil 1048 SRP, parkir mobil box untuk loading unloading 2 SRP, parkir sepeda motor 488 SRP, parkir mobil untuk disabilitas 1 SRP. Penanganan dampak lalu lintas menggunakan pendekatan manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas.

Abstract

Pemilihan alat berat yang akan digunakan merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan suatu proyek kostruksi. Alat berat yang dipilih harus tepat sehingga proyek/pekerjaan berjalan lancar. Pada penelitian ini penulis membahas tentang waktu siklus dan produktifitas alat berat excavator backhoe. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada masalah produktivitas alat berat yang berkaitan dengan waktu dan produktivitas alat barat excavator Hitachi type ZX200-5G. Adapun Produktivitas dari alat berat excavator backhoe di pekerjaan galian perumahan Al Zafa yaitu P = 93,312 m3/jam dengan waktu siklus (CT) alat berat excavator backhoe yaitu 20 detik, sedangkan. Dengan jumlah alat sebanyak 1 unit dalam waktu 8 jam kerja per hari sehingga didapatkan produktivitas selama sehari adalah 746,496 m3/hari. Key Words : excavator backhoe, waktu siklus, produktivitas

Abstract

Tata kelola organisasi kemasyarakatan, cenderung berjalan apa adanya, sedangkan tuntutan masyarakat semakin meningkat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan terhadap tata kelola taman edukasi yang sudah berjalan, meliputi: penyusunan visi dan misi, penyusunan dokumen administrasi (kerangka hukum dan orientasi kepentingan masyarakat), struktur organisasi dan pembagian tugas (transparansi dan keadilan), serta pengelolaan keuangan (akuntabilitas, transparansi, efisiensi dan efektifitas). Metode pelaksanaan yang dipergunakan adalah melakukan observasi atas tata kelola yang dilakukan, melakukan diskusi tentang struktur organisasi, memberikan contoh dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana, serta evaluasi, peserta sebanyak 18 orang pengelola taman edukasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa taman edukasi sudah memiliki dokumen adminstrasi yang lengkap dan dijalankan secara bertahap, struktur organisasi sudah memiliki dan masing-masing mengetahui tugas pokoknya, dan laporan keuangan sudah disusun secara sederhana yang menggambarkan penerimaan dana dan pengeluaran dana, sehingga beberapa prinsip tata kelola terpenuhi.

Abstract

The existence of a mini library in Talang Putri Plaju Village, is very attractive, with a beautiful environment but very few visitors. This is because the administration and environmental conditions of the library are not well organized. The purpose of this service activity is to optimize the benefits of the Taman Edukasi mini library to increase public interest in reading in Talang Putri Village. The method used is counseling to the community and direct assistance to library managers. The time required to complete the activity is one month. The results of the activity show that to increase people's reading interest, it can be done through administrative arrangements, library layout arrangements, outdoor arrangements, and increasing the number of book collections. Some things that can be done are: 1) Make a list of book collections, guest lists, catalogs and visitor rules. 2) Arrange the layout (layout) of books and the correct placement of bookshelves. 3) Arrange a comfortable outdoor environment for readers, and 4) Collaborate with several parties to add to the book collection. The results of the evaluation after one month of service activities are the increasing number of visitors per week, reaching 31 people.

Abstract

Application of a feeder transportation system that connects direct access to the LRT to provide convenience for people who use private vehicles to switch to using public transportation modes. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the need for LRT feeder transport on the Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani section to support ease of access using the LRT service. The analysis in this study used descriptive statistical methods obtained from survey data which were grouped based on movement characteristics, opinions on LRT modes of transportation and the level of need for feeder transport on Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani. survey method by way of direct interviews (face to face) using questionnaires to obtain primary data which will later be processed to obtain the desired data. Based on the data obtained, the results of the analysis show that the characteristics of movement in the study area are studying and working. Perceptions of the LRT mode of transportation found that the LRT mode of transportation has not become the main choice as transportation for carrying out daily activities

Abstract

To improve the safety, security and comfort of pedestrians when crossing the street, the government ofPrabumulih City has built a Pedestrian Crossing Bridge located at the Traditional- Modern Market inPrabumulih City. Pedestrian crossing bridges are pedestrian bridges that are located across the road orrailroad tracks and are only intended for pedestrians who want to cross the highway or railroad tracks.The pedestrian crossing bridge is a crossing facility that is needed by the community to pass through trafficlanes and is very necessary in order to reduce the possibility of accidents and for the safety of pedestrianswho pass through it. The results of the survey on the volume of pedestrians crossing, the highest volume ofpedestrians using pedestrian crossing bridges was 186 people and 586 people not using pedestrian crossingbridges. Based on the results of the calculation of the effectiveness of the pedestrian crossing bridge, it wasfound that it was 26.14%, so the effectiveness of the pedestrian crossing bridge was included in theineffective category. For the feasibility of the Pedestrian Crossing Bridge based on the component of thefeasibility standard, it has met the eligibility standard. Meanwhile, the characteristics of pedestriancrossings that were most responded to by respondents who used pedestrian crossing bridges were that theyfelt the glass design on the bridge disturbed the view when crossing the bridge with a percentage of 76%,while for respondents who crossed not using pedestrian crossing bridges but through the road medianbecause faster than using a pedestrian bridge by 76.8%.

Abstract

There will undoubtedly be heavy traffic in this location, especially at the intersection of Jalan Padat Karya, as Prabumulih is one of the cross-Sumatra cities with heavy traffic. The second economic hub of Prabumulih City is the Karya Intensive Road. When primary data collecting takes place in the field, descriptive and quantitative research methodology is employed. 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 07.00 to 18.00. Road width measurements are made on the spot at each approach using a measuring tool. Following the collection of all primary and secondary data, analysis will be conducted utilizing PTV Vissim Version Student for traffic modeling and the 2023 PKJI Book. Intersection performance analysis using PKJI 2023 produces results traffic flow is 836.2 pcu/hour, free flow speed is 43.70 km/hour, capacity of 1468 pcu/hour, degree of saturation of 0.85. Based on the results above, the service level flow section is D. The intersection model after being given a signal changes if using APILL with 2 phases because of the level of service that occurs changed to level A.

Abstract

This study focuses on survey studies on the analysis of the causes of congestion on the km15-km18 road sections. To find out the analysis of the causes of congestion, road capacity, vehicle volume, level of service, determine resolution of problems, and analyze average daily traffic by conducting field surveys for seven days. This research was conducted in 1 research segment, namely: on the Sumatran crossroads at Pangkalan Balai Km15-km18 "Analysis Of The Causes Of Congestion On Traffic Flow Of The Sumatra Traffic Road Pangkalan Balai". The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of narrowing on traffic performance on the Sumatra Highway Km 15 – Km 18. The research implementation method used is by means of an Average Daily Traffic (LHR) survey, namely collecting data directly at the research location.  Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the side barriers included high, the volume of vehicles with inadequate road capacity.

Abstract

Inspector Yazid Road is one of the important routes often used by vehicles in Lahat District, Lahat Regency. Especially in the lower market area of Lahat, various problems often arise in traffic conditions. Activities in the market have a major impact on the increasing number of daily activities and are one of the main factors causing high traffic volumes. Various side obstacles also worsen the performance of the road section. Referring to the problems that have been mentioned, the author tried to conduct a study to assess and analyze the performance of the Inspector Yazid road section using the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI). The data collected included road geometry, vehicle flow, side obstacles, and population in Lahat Regency. The data was then analyzed based on the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines. The results of the study showed that peak times occurred on Monday to Friday between 16.00 and 17.00 WIB, with a vehicle volume reaching 1537 smp/hour, side obstacles 1122 kej/hour, and a capacity of 1837 smp/hour. The free flow speed was recorded at 49.92 km/h, travel speed at 13.64 km/h, and the degree of saturation at 0.84, which indicates that traffic on Jalan Inspector Yazid is in an unstable condition and is almost approaching the maximum capacity limit.
