Abstract

This study aimed to acknowledge the effect of linen management on the health and safety of laundry workers at ‘X’ Hospital in Bandung. The method of this research was a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by means of field observations, questionnaires, literature studies and internet browsing. The results showed that the effect of linen management on the safety and health of laundry workers was 37.5%, while 62.5% of the effect was influenced by other independent variables which were not included in this study. In the hypothesis test conducted by the author, the results of the t test were 3.549, which means t count > t table (3.549 > 2.776) so that there is a positive and significant influence between linen management and the health and safety of laundry workers at Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital. The research found the following problems: 1) poor coordination with the nursing department so that errors still often occur in sorting linen, 2) lack of adherence to procedures, especially personal protective equipment so that it can cause washing workers to be exposed to chemical fluids, and 3) the process of recording all incidents or potential accidents do not go well in the laundry unit. The suggestions given to fix the problem are: 1) to improve communication with other units, 2) to carry out a level of supervision regarding compliance with standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE), and 3) to record all things that may become potential accidents in the report.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kaitan Pandangan Perawat Terhadap Penerapan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan Profesi Perawat oleh Perawat Registrasi Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi perawat terhadap profesi keperawatan dengan penerapan standar asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit X. Korelasi deskriptif cross-sectional merupakan desain penelitian. Memanfaatkan kuesioner dengan skala Likert untuk memperoleh data. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dapat diambil sampel sebanyak 39 responden. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap profesi industri (58,9%) dan mayoritas perawat memiliki kinerja yang sangat baik (51,3%). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara persepsi perawat terhadap profesi industri dengan penerapan standar asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit X (p = 0,367). Dengan menggunakan sistem penghargaan dan hukuman, temuan penelitian ini mengusulkan peningkatan persepsi perawat tentang profesi keperawatan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan kenyamanan kerja bagi perawat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) work ethic, incentive and career development on employee performance, (2) work ethic on employee performance, (3) incentive on employee performance, (4) career development on employee performance. Research design used in this study is causal quantitative research. In this study, the subjects were employees at Malaka Bandung Hotel and the objects of research were work ethic, incentive, career development and employee performance. Total population for this study was all employees at Hotel Malaka Bandung totaling 35 employees. Data was collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) work ethic, incentive and career development have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) incentive has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) career development has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Petugas Diunit Filing Rekam Medis RSUD AL-IHSAN Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas data, analisis koefisien korelasi pearson product moment, analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Spss versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat hasil korelasi pearson product moment sebesar 0,760 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,011 yang berarti kuat dan berpengaruh positif, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,578. Yang berarti pengaruh Pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja sebesar 57,8%, sedangkan 42,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu : Ruang Filing yang belum sesuai dengan standar yang ada terutama pada tingkat luas ruangan yang sudah ditetapkan, Tidak adanya alat penyedot debu (vacuum cleaner) diruangan filing, dan Fasilitas seperti lemari penyimpanan yang kurang mecukupi dan kurang berkualitas untuk menunjang penyimpanan berkas dalam jangka waktu panjang. Saran yang diberikan penulis yaitu : Sebaiknya ruang penyimpanan segera dibenahi dan diperluas agar memberikan kenyamanan pada petugas saat bekerja., Meminta pengajuan anggaran pembelian alat penyedot debu untuk segera direalisasikan untuk mengurangi penumpukan debu di ruang penyimpanan, selalu memantau laporan penambahan kebutuhan lemari penyimpanan yang diajukan agar segera direalisasikan oleh pihak rumah sakit, dan mengadakan pelatihan atau pemberian motivasi kerja yang terkait dengan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Ruang Bagian Administrasi Umum Rumah Sakit Paru Dr. H. A. Rotinsulu Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas, Populasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 16 orang pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan perhitungan rank spearman sebesar 0,92 yang menunjukan hubungan sangat kuat antara tata ruang dengan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Jika dinyatakan dalam persentasi maka pengaruh tata ruang terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 86,64%, dengan demikian masih ada variabel lain yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 15,36%. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ternyata ditemukan beberapa permasalahan tata ruang terhadap produktivitas kerja, antara lain: 1. Tidak terlaksananya perencanaan sistem kerja yang sudah terencana sebelumnya, 2. Kurangnya tenaga kerja pada bagian Tata Usaha khususnya yang ditugaskan sebagai customer service ruang administrasi, 3. Pengaturan tata letak ruangan tidak sesuai dengan denah yang telah dibuat, 4. terlalu jauhnya jarak gedung administrasi umum dengan pimpinan. Adapun saran yang diberikan bagi rumah sakit dan khusunya Ruang Bagian Administrasi Umum Rumah Sakit Paru Dr. H. A. Rotinsulu Bandung adalah: 1. Segera merealisasikan upaya-upaya yang akan dilakukan untuk perbaikan tata ruang dan sistem kerja yang telah terencana, 2. Agar menugaskan satpam untuk menjaga di depan kantor, 3. Di dalam briefing harus selalu disampaikan mengenai prinsip 5 R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, dan Rajin) 4. Setiap karyawan harus patuh melakukan senam peregangan untuk kesehatan kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee work capacity on work stress. The method used is a quantitative method using the validity test, realibility test, spearman rank correlation data analysis and the coeficient of determination test. Based on the calculation of the rank-spearman variable X ( employee work capacity ) and variable Y (work stress ) of 0,577 which is interpreted to be moderate. Based on the coefficient of determination the effect of workload on employee work stress by 33,29% and the remaining 66,71%. As for the problems contained in the program room and marketing of public hospitals in the city of Bandung, some employees often work overtime to complete their work. The advice that will be given by the author for this problem is that the workload of employees needs to be optimally pursued by the working hours that have been set.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of hand washing on food quality in nutrition installations at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Majalaya. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the data collection techniques used are by observation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, sperman rank correlation coefficient and determination correlation coefficient. The results showed that the relationship of hand washing with food quality was at 0.96 or very strong relationship. the results of the analysis of the effect of with hand washing with food quality amounted to 92.16%, thus there are still other variables that affect food quality that is 7.84% From the research of that paper, theres a problems such as: (1) lack of with the proper hand washing rules, (2) the use of personal protective equipment (3) lack of labor in the nutrition installation so that an employee must carry out two jobs. The conclution to that problem are (1) increasing the supervision of hand washing (2) paying more attention to the human resources in the nutrition installation by adding several staff so that the food service process can be carried out effectively

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of completeness of admission requirement for BPJS (Social Insurance Administration Organization) for inpatients on to effectiveness of admission services in Sumedang General Hospital. Data collection method is by distributing questionnaires and interview which is equipped with literature review that have close relevance to the subject matter. The result showed Spearman rank correlation coefficient value 0.97 is in the interval from 0.8 to 1.000 which is categorized as very strong and it is known that the completeness of admission requirements for BPJS patients hospitalized affects the effectiveness of admission services by 94, 09%. As for the obstacles in completing BPJS patient admission requirements are, (1) NIK (Population Registration Number) BPJS is not in accordance with the NIK contained in the KTP / Family Card, (2) Patients with delinquent payments / late from the 10th to pay BPJS health insurance and (3) No BPJS center facilities in Sumedang General Hospital. The advice given are that the (1) Family / patient should not ignore the NIK contained on the BPJS card when they making the BPJS health insurance, (2) Family / patient must consider about the payment of BPJS insurance payment ant make it as priority, the payment not later than 10th in every month and (3) Sumedang General Hospital should have special facilities or rooms for BPJS centers, so that everything that is problematic with the health BPJS card will be quickly handled

Abstract

This study aims to determine the design of an outpatient registration information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at the Cijagra Lama Public Health Center, Bandung City. The research method used is a qualitative approach supported by data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, literature studies and internet studies. The development method used is the waterfall method which is assisted by the design of Data Flow Diagrams. This system is made on a desktop basis that uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a programming language and uses the Microsoft Office Access 2013 database. The problem that often occurs is the length of registration is closely related to the service process because the registration system is often problematic so that it hampers the registration process. design. ( 2 ) Integration of health information systems in order to obtain efficient and effective performance. Abstract

The community still uses clinics and health centers for inpatient medical care. The degree of discontent with therapeutic communication services in both public and private hospitals. The purpose of this study was to ascertain if patients levels of satisfaction in the inpatient room were correlated with nurses therapeutic communication. Chi square is the statistical test that is employed, the sample technique utilized is known as purposive sampling. A total of 42.8% of participants expressed satisfaction with the univariate analysis findings, while 57.2% expressed dissatisfaction with the outcomes. After doing bivariate analysis, it was discovered that the p value was 0.0001, signifying a substantial correlation between the therapeutic communication of nurses and the degree of pleasure that inpatients felt. Hospitals to provide monitoring or oversight regarding the application of communication. Nurses must focus more on therapeutic communication while providing patients with healthcare, with a focus on the initial stage of treatment.
