Abstract

Transaksi jual beli merupakan kegiatan yang sudah sering dijumpai. Alfazza adalah toko yang bergerak dalam penjualan cosmetic dan barang-barang kebutuhan sehari-hari. Dalam praktek pencatatan kegiatan penjualan dan stok sehari-harinya Al-Fazza masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan memanfaatkan buku catatan. Hal tersebut tidak terlalu efektif karena rentan terjadi kesalahan dan tidak efisien karena memakan banyak waktu. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi sistem penjualan dan pendataan stok barang dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman php dan database mysql. Dengan aplikasi ini diharapkan pencatatan data penjualan dan stok barang dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga laporan dapat diberikan dengan cepat dan akurat..

Abstract

Difa Perabot is a small industry engaged in furniture manufacturing, producing cabinets, sofas, and doors. This research aims to optimize the production line balance in the cabinet manufacturing process. The methods used are the Large Candidate Rule and the Regional Approach. Before optimization, the line efficiency was recorded at 47.23%, with a Balance Delay of 52.77% and a Smoothness Index of 21, involving 6 workstations. After applying the Large Candidate Rule, the efficiency increased to 79.60%, while the Balance Delay decreased to 20.40%. Idle Time was recorded at 98.99 minutes, with a Smoothness Index of 10, and the number of workstations reduced to 4. The Regional Approach showed the same line efficiency of 79.60%, a Balance Delay decrease to 20.40%, and Idle Time of 99.00 minutes, with a Smoothness Index remaining at 10 and 4 workstations. The research results indicate that the Large Candidate Rule method is more effective, reducing the number of workstations to 4 and significantly improving line efficiency while decreasing Balance Delay and Smoothness Index.

Abstract

Maintenance of production machinery is crucial for maintaining the quality of the production process. At PTPN VI Solok, there is a significant issue with the Close Roll Printing Machine, which plays a vital role in the tea pressing process. This study aims to understand the maintenance requirements of the Press Cap Roller Machine and provide maintenance recommendations using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methods. FMEA is utilized to examine and track potential failures, while RCM aims to select, develop, and create effective maintenance strategies. The FMEA analysis revealed that the crankshaft is the predominant cause of failure, with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) value of 17.07%. RCM analysis indicated that the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) for components ranges between 1433.4 and 1811 hours. Recommendations for improvements include checking the crankshaft rotation to ensure it runs smoothly and performing maintenance according to the schedule. Additionally, regular gearbox inspections are crucial, such as checking oil levels, oil circulation conditions, gearbox area leaks, and replacing the gearbox according to the component's lifespan to maintain optimal performance. Other maintenance suggestions involve direct prevention of failure sources and appropriate maintenance, regular bearing replacements and inspections as per the schedule, and routine checks of electrical current and temperature. The implementation of FMEA and RCM methods is expected to provide more structured and effective solutions for maintenance issues, thereby maintaining the quality of the tea production process. This approach also aims to extend the machine's lifespan and reduce unexpected maintenance costs, thus enhancing the company's operational productivity and efficiency.

Abstract

Pencemaran sampah yang mencemari sungai menjadi masalah serius di Kelurahan Pengambiran akibat penumpukan dan pengelolaan sampah yang buruk. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan Kelompok Peduli Sungai (KPS) Pelangi melalui pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan agar mampu mengelola sampah menjadi produk berguna dan bernilai ekonomi. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil yang diharapkan meliputi tersusunnya rencana pengelolaan sampah, peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, serta terciptanya produk kreatif dari limbah organik dan anorganik. Selain mengurangi pencemaran sungai, program ini juga bertujuan menciptakan peluang ekonomi baru bagi masyarakat. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini diharapkan memberi dampak positif terhadap lingkungan dan sosial ekonomi serta menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kampung Kerajinan Akrilik Gunung Pangilun Kota Padang atau yang kita disingkat dengan Kampung Akrilik adalah belum optimalnya pemasaran produk, terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi produk yang ditawarkan. Menghadapi permasalahan tersebut, tim kami merasa tertantang untuk berkontribusi dengan membantu mengidentifikasi potensi produk baru yang dapat dikembangkan di desa ini. Dengan pemahaman ini, kami membimbing para perajin untuk fokus mengembangkan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi calon pembeli. Selain itu, kami juga mengidentifikasi bahan baku dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk menciptakan produk baru yang telah diidentifikasi sebelumnya. Setelah produk baru teridentifikasi, langkah selanjutnya adalah menyelenggarakan proses sosialisasi. Sosialisasi ini mencakup teknik pembuatan produk baru, seperti 3D Printing. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk mengembangkan produk kerajinan akrilik baru yang inovatif dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Langkah pertama adalah mengidentifikasi potensi produk baru yang dapat dikembangkan. Tim telah mengidentifikasi bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah belum adanya pengembangan produk dengan desain baru. Dengan mempertimbangkan permasalahan tersebut, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memutuskan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi pencetakan 3 dimensi yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan 3D Printing. Dengan teknologi ini, produk plastik dapat dikembangkan sesuai permintaan pelanggan. Pelanggan yang disasar adalah remaja – dewasa. Kelompok ini mempunyai wawasan teknologi yang sangat tinggi. Dengan adanya kegiatan PkM ini, kami berharap dapat merevitalisasi produktivitas di Kampung Akrilik. Kami bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat lokal dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk mereka dan mencapai peningkatan volume penjualan. Hasil yang nyata telah dicapai yaitu perancangan dan pengembangan produk gantungan kunci yang dibuat melalui teknik 3D Printing.  Hasil ini menandakan bahwa para pengrajin sangat antusias untuk mengeksplorasi kemungkinan 3D Printing dalam kerajinan mereka. Mereka berbagi ide tentang penggunaan 3D Printing untuk membuat desain akrilik.

Abstract

CV. Cahaya  Furniture is an industry engaged in  Furniture, which is located in Kampung Jua, Lubuk Begalung Nan XX District. In the teak cupboard production process, there is an imbalance in the teak cupboard production. This study aims to deterine the performance of the production line balance using the Ranked Positional Weight, Moodie Young, and J-Wagon methods. The results show that the current track efficiency is 76.83%, Balance Delay is 32.17%, Smoothness Index is 36.13 with 5 work stations, whereas after calculating with the Line Balancing method, the result is that using the Ranked Positional Weight method the increased efficiency value increased to 96.04%, the balance delay decreased to 3.96%, the smoothness index was 5.32 with withdrawals being 4 work stations. In the Moodie Young method, the recovery efficiency value is the same as the initial condition, which is 76.83%, the balance delay is 23.17%, the smoothness index is 14.39 with 5 work stations. In the J-Wagon method, the track efficiency value decreased to 64.03%, the balance delay increased to 35.97%, the smoothness index was 19.65 with 6 work stations. The results of this study indicate that the most effective method used is the Ranked Positional Weight method because there is a reduction in work stations to 4, and increases transfer efficiency to 96,04%, decreases balance delay from 3.96%, and smoothness index decreases to 5.32.

Abstract

The success of a project is uncertain. There is a possibility that the project was successful or failed. Some of the risks that may occur in the project include the arrival of goods or the completion of work late from the time set, design changes due to obstacles in the field, as well as other risks. It is therefore necessary to study the project risks to identify potential problems that may occur and make decisions to reduce risks and increase the likelihood of success of the project. In order for risk management to be performed, the owner must know the steps in evaluating the project and the steps in the implementation of risk management. This study discusses the development of algorithms for project evaluation and risk management. The resulting algorithm is then implemented to the CC-II civil construction project at Indarung VI Project. The results of the implementation show that the project is not running in accordance with the plan. The dominant factors causing delays include BOQ miscalculation by consultants, inadequate and slow decision-making mechanisms, and details of workmanship changes.

Abstract

Waste is one of the problems faced by many countries in the world, including Indonesia. Indonesia is one of the world's largest waste contributor developing countries. Waste can come from restaurants, factories, companies, schools, government agencies, households, etc. Domestic organic waste management is still a serious environmental problem, this is characterized by the high contribution of organic waste to national waste generation and limited capacity of landfills. Ecoenzymes are one of the alternative approaches developed in the use of organic waste. However, the development of ecoenzymes towards a wider production scale still faces the main challenge in the form of product quality variability, especially related to the stability of physico-chemical properties. This study aims to analyze the physico-chemical characteristics and variability of the quality of the eco-economy based on fruit, vegetable, and mixed waste materials as the basis for quality control and process stratification The study method used an experimental design with three treatments of 1:3:10 (sugar:waste:day) for 90 days under anaerobic conditions. The quality parameters analyzed included acidity (pH) and turbidity (NTU), which were measured using a digital pH meter and a calibrated turbidimeter. The data were analyzed statistically descriptively. The results showed that fruit-based ecoenzymes produced a lower and more stable pH (average 3.21 ± 0.15) compared to vegetable waste (average 3.9 ± 0.42). The turbidity level is low (<15 NTU), while vegetable waste produces a higher pH (3.95 ± 0.42) with high turbidity (< 50 NTU). From an industry perspective, vegetable-based ecoenzymes demonstrate the need for stricter process control and standardization to ensure product consistency in mass production.
