Abstract

DKUPP (Department of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry of Probolinggo Regency), especially in the industrial sector, has a role in licensing IKM (Small and Medium Industries) for bread and cake products. The industrial sector is one of the fields that carries out production guidance and development, industrial business development, as well as licensing control and supervision. The industrial sector has a role in registering permits or legality and also helping entrepreneurs who experience difficulties in making product packaging. The aim of the research is to determine the role of DKUPP in licensing SMEs for bread and cake products, the role of packaging houses in SMEs, obstacles to registering permits, the development of SMEs after obtaining a permit or the legality of the business. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, using sampling techniques based on the characteristics of the research object. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation. The research results show that the role of DKUPP in IKM licensing helps entrepreneurs register business legality letters to facilitate product marketing and product safety. The role of packaging houses for SMEs or entrepreneurs is to assist in making packaging and assist with consultations regarding product packaging. Obstacles to licensing include a lack of understanding of licensing, the development of SMEs after having a permit or business legality, namely the large number of entrepreneurs, especially bread and cake products, who are able to market their products outside the city and reach large shops.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the optimization of RAG for a FAQ system in the field of information technology product security certification at BSSN. Although LLM generate reliable responses, they often lack up-to-date and domain-specific knowledge, which can be addressed through the RAG approach. This research aims to optimize a domain-specific RAG system by improving embedding performance, enhancing prompt robustness, and increasing retrieval accuracy. The research methods consist of three stages. The first stage involves fine-tuning the bge-m3 embedding model and evaluating its performance using MRR, Recall, and AUC. The second stage applies prompt engineering techniques, namely the SRSM and Autodefense, to mitigate direct-injection and escape-character prompt injection attacks. The third stage evaluates the proposed RAG system using Precision, Recall, and F1-Score metrics against four baseline models. The results of research show that the fine-tuned embedding model achieves higher performance than the original model, with MRR@1 and Recall@1 values of 0.80 and an AUC@100 of 0.7023. In addition, the proposed prompt engineering techniques demonstrate robustness against prompt injection attacks, while the overall RAG system attains a perfect Precision, Recall, and F1-Score of 1.00. In conclusion, the proposed approach effectively enhances retrieval accuracy, embedding quality, and system security, resulting in a more reliable RAG-based FAQ system for information technology product security certification. Keywords: embedding fine-tuning; large language model; prompt engineering; prompt injection mitigation; retrieval-augmented generation Abstrak: Studi ini membahas optimasi RAG untuk sistem FAQ di bidang sertifikasi keamanan produk teknologi informasi di BSSN. Meskipun LLM menghasilkan respons yang andal, mereka seringkali kurang memiliki pengetahuan terkini dan spesifik domain, yang dapat diatasi melalui pendekatan RAG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem RAG spesifik domain dengan meningkatkan kinerja embedding, meningkatkan ketahanan prompt dan meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan. Metode penelitian terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap pertama melibatkan fine-tuning model embedding bge-m3 dan mengevaluasi kinerjanya menggunakan Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR), Recall, dan AUC. Tahap kedua menerapkan teknik rekayasa prompt, yaitu Self- SRSM dan Autodefense, untuk mengurangi serangan direct-injection dan escape-character prompt injection. Tahap ketiga mengevaluasi sistem RAG yang diusulkan menggunakan metrik Presisi, Recall, dan F1-Score terhadap empat model dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model embedding yang disempurnakan mencapai kinerja yang lebih tinggi daripada model asli, dengan nilai MRR@1 dan Recall@1 sebesar 0,80 dan AUC@100 sebesar 0,7023. Selain itu, teknik rekayasa prompt yang diusulkan menunjukkan ketahanan terhadap serangan injeksi prompt, sementara sistem RAG secara keseluruhan mencapai Presisi, Recall, dan F1-Score sempurna sebesar 1,00. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan yang diusulkan secara efektif meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan, kualitas embedding dan keamanan sistem, menghasilkan sistem FAQ berbasis RAG yang lebih andal untuk sertifikasi keamanan produk teknologi informasi. Abstract

More optimal guidance and supervision in the management of village funds is an important agenda to carry out so that deviations and misuse can be avoided. The role of the Regional Inspectorate in supervising and guiding the management of Village Funds in Soppeng Regency is very important to ensure that the use of Village Funds is on target and can be accounted for. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research location was at the Inspectorate office in Soppeng district and samples were taken in three villages, namely Belo village, Mattabulu village and Rompegading village, Soppeng district. The research results show that the Regional Inspectorate has an important role in the development and supervision of village funds in Soppeng Regency. In coaching, the inspectorate functions as a facilitator who provides training and counseling, technical assistance, and follow-up on inspection results to village officials. Apart from that, the role of the Soppeng Regency Regional Inspectorate in carrying out supervision is through auditing and examining village financial reports as well as monitoring and evaluating the implementation of programs and activities funded by village funds. However, limited human resources and lack of APIP capacity are obstacles in providing optimal and comprehensive guidance and supervision of the management of the Soppeng Regency Village Fund. Apart from that, cooperation with related parties such as the Financial and Development Audit Agency (BPKP) and the Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) needs to be increased to strengthen supervision and guidance so that village fund management can be transparent and accountable.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the financial sector demands a transaction system that is not only fast and efficient but also secure and transparent. This study explores the application of blockchain technology as a solution to the problems found in centralized online financial transaction systems that are vulnerable to manipulation. The objective of this research is to design a blockchain-based financial transaction security system architecture that can be evaluated through a conceptual simulation approach. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with tools such as Ganache, MetaMask, and Remix IDE to simulate smart contract-based transactions within a local blockchain environment. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of a security system modeling approach with realistic scenario-based simulations, which is rarely discussed in previous studies. The research contributes by producing a modular system architecture that integrates key components—users, smart contracts, validators, and regulators—into a cohesive workflow applicable to various digital financial platforms. Simulation results show that the proposed system enhances security, accelerates transaction validation, strengthens auditability, and reduces operational costs compared to conventional transaction systems. This study provides a strong foundation for the broader development of blockchain-based financial systems that are more resistant to external attacks.Keywords: System Architecture, Blockchain, Transaction Security, Smart Contract, Simulation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik di DPMPTSP Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menggunakan metode SERVQUAL. Pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dilakukan berdasarkan data sekunder dari Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) Semester 1 Tahun 2024 yang mencakup penilaian 283 responden. Data dianalisis dengan memadankan unsur-unsur SKM pada lima dimensi SERVQUAL: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Hasil menunjukkan indeks kepuasan sebesar 92,38 (Sangat Baik), dengan dimensi assurance dan empathy memperoleh skor tertinggi, sedangkan dimensi responsiveness, khususnya waktu penyelesaian layanan, menjadi area yang perlu ditingkatkan. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa faktor humanis seperti keramahan dan transparansi berkontribusi besar pada kepuasan masyarakat. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa meskipun secara umum layanan DPMPTSP Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dinilai sangat baik, masih dibutuhkan peningkatan efisiensi waktu dan kelengkapan sarana pendukung untuk memaksimalkan kualitas layanan.
