Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and knowledge based on data or facts that are valid, correct and reliable about the role of reading volunteers in improving community literacy. This research was conducted from June 2020 to August 2020 in Lembang Lohe Village, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency. This research is a qualitative research. With data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. Researchers get research data from informants. The key informants of this research are the coordinator and facilitator who is also the manager of the Smart House. Meanwhile, the core informants were reading volunteers and community learning participants in Lembang Lohe Village, Kajang District, Bulukumba Regency. Based on the results of these field findings, reading volunteers have a series of programs to support their role in increasing the literacy of rural communities. The programs implemented in each activity have gradually increased interest in reading, writing and arithmetic. Starting from a sense of interest in books, a sense of pleasure in reading, a sense of need for reading, and an attitude of trying to find a reading. The programs that support the improvement of literacy in rural communities are studying every weekend, and a mobile library. Despite the many obstacles faced on their journey to improve the literacy of rural communities, reading volunteers are still active in carrying out their programs.

Abstract

Santri tahfidz menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti tekanan akademik, tuntutan menghafal Al-Qur'an, serta adaptasi sosial yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Resiliensi dan fungsi keluarga diyakini memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis santri tahfidz. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara resiliensi dan fungsi keluarga dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada santri tahfidz di di pondok pesantren Darul Falach Temanggung, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah santri tahfidz di pondok pesantren Darul Falach Temanggung, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Hasil penelitian secara simutan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel resiliensi dan fungsi keluarga dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (F=91,207 dan Sig. 0,000<0,05). Secara parsial terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel resiliensi dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (t= 7,315 dengan nilai Sig. 0,000<0,05) dan adanya hubungan antara variabel fungsi keluarga dengan kesejahteraan psikologis secara positif (t= 4,964 dengan nilai Sig. 0,000<0,05).

Abstract

Problems that occur in the field show that the performance of teachers in several Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency is still not optimal, which is reflected in the low discipline in the implementation of tasks, lack of innovation in learning methods, and the achievement of student learning outcomes that are not in accordance with the set educational quality standards. This condition indicates the existence of managerial and leadership factors of madrasah heads that need attention, considering the strategic role of madrasah heads as educational leaders in mobilizing all school resources to achieve educational goals, this study aims to analyze the contribution of leadership management to the governance of Islamic educational institutions by focusing on its influence on teacher performance and education quality. In the research conducted in this madrasah, a quantitative method was used with a survey research design on 85 teachers from three Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan ibadah kurban di masyarakat sering menghadapi kendala dalam penanganan hewan yang kurang aman, kurang efisien, dan berpotensi menimbulkan stres pada hewan. Inovasi alat penahan hewan (restraining box) menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk meningkatkan aspek kesejahteraan hewan dan keselamatan petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi aplikasi Alpen-HQ sebagai restraining box yang ramah hewan, aman, dan efisien untuk digunakan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan kurban. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan eksperimen lapangan dengan uji coba alat pada beberapa lokasi pemotongan hewan, serta pengukuran efisiensi waktu, tingkat stres hewan, dan keamanan operator. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Alpen-HQ mampu mengurangi waktu penanganan sebesar 35%, menurunkan tingkat stres hewan hingga 40%, serta meningkatkan keamanan operator hingga 50% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Disimpulkan bahwa Alpen-HQ efektif sebagai solusi inovatif yang meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan kesejahteraan hewan dalam pelaksanaan ibadah kurban di masyarakat hewan.

Abstract

Private schools managed by foundations often face challenges in human resource management, particularly when foundation leadership is less than optimal in providing organizational structures and work facilities for teachers. This study aims to analyse the influence of foundation leadership on school human resource management and its impact on teacher performance and the quality of educational services. Referring to the findings,(Hendra et al., nd)Emphasizing the importance of leadership and performance management in improving the quality of educational services, this study used a quantitative approach through a survey of teachers and education personnel. The results indicate that foundation leadership positively influences the effectiveness of human resource management, which in turn improves teacher performance and the quality of school services. These findings underscore the need for foundations to strengthen their support and human resource management systems to optimize the learning process.
