Abstract

TujuanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji fenomena keseimbangan kerja (work life balance) ditengah kondisi pandemi yang banyak membawa perubahan. Perubahan tersebut sedikit banyak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku individu di tempat kerja.MetodologiPenelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan 180 responden dari pegawai negeri sipil di Indonesia.TemuanHasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan individu di tempat kerja. Selain itu, persepsi dukungan organisasi memoderasi pengaruh keseimbangan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi, pengaruh keseimbangan kerja terhadap kepuasan individu semakin besar ketika persepsi dukungan organisasinya tinggi.OrisinilaitasPenelitian ini melihat fenomena keseimbangan kerja pada pegawai negeri sipil yang merupakan salah satu profesi yang mengalami banyak perubahan selama pandemi. Kebijakan work from home menjadikan individu dalam instansi negeri sipil mengalami perubahan banyak perubahan.Keterbatasan penelitianPenelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berasal dari satu jenis organisasi, penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran yang lebih luas terhadap fenomena yang diteliti dengan menggunakan sampel yang lebih beragam.Implikasi praktisKedepan akan semakin banyak organisasi yang menerapkan work from home sebagai dampak kemajuan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini relevan karena memberikan gambaran mengenai pengaruh keseimbangan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dukungan organisasi akan menjadi hal krusial di era tersebut.Kata kunci: keseimbangan kerja, persepsi dukungan organisasi, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is vital in the formation of organizational competitive advantage. This study examine the role of motivation in knowledge sharing. Motivation in this study is divided into two, namely intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Both mechanisms are explained through Self Determination Theory and Theory Reason Action . Knowledge sharing intention is used to explain the mechanism of motivational influence on knowledge sharing. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior mediated by knowledge sharing intentions, while extrinsic motivation has no effect on knowledge sharing behavior.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the main aspects of an organization. Having quality resources can affect the success of an organization. Therefore, companies need to improve employee performance, one of which is by making organizational changes. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational change on employee performance moderated by self-efficacy and affective commitment. This research applied a qualitative method, and the questionnaire data involved 155 respondents from an unlimited total population. The analysis used in this study is the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method based on variance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed a significant effect between organizational change and employee performance. The affective commitment variable was also able to moderate the effect of organizational change on employee performance, while self-efficacy was not able to moderate the effect of organizational change on employee performance.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into criminal procedure law has emerged as a significant development in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of judicial systems. However, the implementation of AI in Indonesia remains at an early stage, with challenges such as regulatory gaps, societal trust issues, and potential algorithmic biases. This study aims to explore the potential and challenges of utilizing AI within Indonesia’s criminal procedure framework, focusing on its legal and social implications. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study combines in-depth interviews with legal experts, practitioners, and AI developers, alongside a comprehensive literature review of existing laws and academic research. The findings reveal that AI has the potential to expedite case management, enhance evidence analysis, and reduce human biases in judicial decision-making. Nevertheless, the lack of specific regulations governing AI’s use in the judiciary and the limited public trust pose significant hurdles to its effective implementation. The study also highlights the importance of adaptive legal frameworks and public education to foster transparency and accountability in AI applications. These results contribute to the broader discourse on AI integration in legal systems, particularly in developing countries, by emphasizing the need for localized strategies that address unique social and legal contexts. The implications of this research extend to policymakers and technology developers, providing insights into the regulatory and ethical considerations required for sustainable AI adoption in judicial processes. Future research is recommended to expand the scope of empirical studies and include quantitative analyses to further substantiate the findings.

Abstract

Era pandemi saat ini mendorong perusahaan untuk berinovasi dalam menanggapi tuntutan dan gaya hidup pelanggan yang berubah dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi, struktur dan dinamika perubahan pasar. Inovasi telah terbukti penting dalam beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Salah satu faktor yang dianggap penting saat ini dalam kesuksesan inovasi adalah knowledge sharing. Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menguji kedua variabel di atas. Knowledge sharing diyakini akan meningkatakan inovasi di masa pandemi. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap inovasi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan hasil menarik diluar hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa semakin muda usia karyawan, akan semakin inovatif.
