Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan dan gizi anak usia dini. Pembatasan sosial dan penutupan layanan kesehatan menyebabkan terganggunya pemantauan pertumbuhan, keterbatasan akses terhadap pangan bergizi, serta meningkatnya risiko malnutrisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemenuhan gizi anak usia 36–72 bulan selama masa pandemi di KB Kuncup Melati dan TK Pamardi Putra, Bantul. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 19 anak yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan pengukuran antropometri, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak memiliki status gizi normal (70%), dengan mayoritas orang tua memiliki pengetahuan gizi dalam kategori baik dan cukup (42,1%), serta pola pemenuhan gizi anak yang tergolong baik (52,6%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan gizi anak tetap harus menjadi prioritas meskipun dalam situasi krisis. Edukasi gizi berkelanjutan serta penguatan layanan kesehatan berbasis digital perlu dioptimalkan untuk mendukung ketahanan gizi anak usia prasekolah selama masa pandemi.

Abstract

Utama Aluminium is a business engaged in the sale of glass cabinets. The problem faced in the operational activities of this business is irregularity in the management of raw material supplies. This condition is caused by inconsistency in supply from suppliers, which results in stock shortages and delays in orders, and on the other hand, there have also been instances of excess raw materials. The purpose of this study is to design a raw material inventory management application system for the glass cabinet production process, in order to optimize the management of raw material inventory, which has been a challenge in production activities at Utama Aluminium. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, with a case study approach at the company concerned. The results of implementing a web-based supply chain management (SCM) system showed a significant increase in efficiency: process time decreased by up to 40% through system automation and integration, operational costs were reduced by up to 25% due to labor efficiency and a decrease in error rates, stock accuracy increased to 95% with supplies matching demand, lead time was reduced by an average of 2 days, and the number of product returns decreased by up to 30% thanks to more accurate data information. This research can help the MSME sector improve distribution efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Abstract

The use of digital services via the National Health Insurance (JKN) Mobile Application is an initiative to enhance the quality and efficiency of outpatient services. This study is to evaluate the efficacy of the JKN Mobile online service and its correlation with patient satisfaction at Malahayati Islamic Hospital, Medan. The study employed a cross-sectional design, utilizing accidental sampling to identify 60 respondents. The research instrument comprised a standardized questionnaire that evaluated service speed, convenience, internet network quality, and information. Univariate and bivariate analyses were conducted utilizing the Chi-Square test at a significance level of 0.05. The findings indicated that a significant proportion of respondents assessed the service as effective regarding speed (88.3%), convenience (85.0%), and information (80.0%), but 58.3% deemed the internet network inadequate. Patient satisfaction attained 80.0%. Bivariate analysis indicated a significant correlation between service speed and satisfaction (p=0.002; PR=16.429; 95% CI: 2.655–101.643). The ease of service was also significant (p=0.012; PR=7.857; 95% CI: 1.688–36.569). The information on health services exhibited the most significant impact (p=0.000; PR=22.000; 95% CI: 4.543–106.533). Simultaneously, the internet connection approached statistical significance (p=0.050; PR=4.600; 95% CI: 0.910–23.252) and exhibited a less persistent effect compared to the other factors. The findings affirm that process speed, application usability, and information clarity are pivotal in influencing patient happiness, whereas network quality necessitates focused attention to enhance digital service adoption. Hospitals must enhance the clarity of information and the efficiency of Mobile JKN services while improving network quality and internet availability to elevate patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan aplikasi Halodoc dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi kesehatan masyarakat di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring terhadap 45 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif (distribusi frekuensi dan persentase). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden (91,1%) berasal dari kalangan mahasiswa/pelajar dengan tingkat penggunaan aplikasi yang intensif. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa seluruh responden (100%) merasa terbantu oleh fitur konsultasi dan informasi kesehatan di Halodoc, serta menganggap aplikasi tersebut sangat mudah diakses dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Halodoc merupakan platform yang efektif bagi kelompok masyarakat berliterasi digital di Kota Medan dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan kesehatan secara cepat dan efisien.
