Abstract

ABSTRAK Selama pembatasan kegiatan sosial masyarakat karena pandemic Covid-19 yang berlangsung dua tahun, kegiatan posyandu lansia di desa Trangsan kecamatan Gatak kabupaten Sukoharjo berhenti aktivitas pelayanannya. Penyakit hipertensi merupakan penyakit terbanyak yang dihadapi kelompok lanjut usia di desa tersebut. Karena itu perlu dilakukan sebuah program pelatihan yang ditujukan kepada kader posyandu lansia di desa tersebut, untuk lebih meningkatkan kapabilitasnya sehingga mampu melakukan skrining dan mengupayakan lebih lanjut derajat kesehatan yang lebih baik bagi kelompok lanjut usia di desa tersebut. Hasil dari pelatihan ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif dari kader posyandu lansia desa Trangsan dalam upaya mereka untuk mengelola penyakit hipertensi di tingkat masyarakat. ABSTRACT During the restrictions on community social activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic that lasted for two years, the activities of the elderly posyandu in Trangsan village, Gatak district, Sukoharjo district, stopped their service activities. Hypertension is the most common disease faced by the elderly in the village. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a training program aimed at the elderly posyandu cadres in the village, to further improve their capabilities so that they are able to carry out screening and further seek better health status for the elderly group in the village. The results of this training showed an increase in knowledge and positive attitudes of the elderly posyandu cadres in Trangsan village in their efforts to manage hypertension at the community level.

Abstract

Purpose : Indonesia is the 5th country with the highest prevalence 34,11% from the population. Based on the health center report in 2020 cases of hypertension at sukoharjo, there were 110,116 cases (69.18%) consisting of 49,510 men, 60,606 women. Meanwhile, at the Gatak Health Center there were 8,041 people who experienced hypertension which were divided into two, namely, 2,932 men and 5,109 women. Methode : To analyze the relationship APGAR Family Score and Sleep Quality with Hypertension. Observational analytic research with cross-sectional research design on primary data. The research sample is elderly 40 - >60 years. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with a total sample of 86 elderly. Results : showed of the sample with elderly aged 40 - > 60 years old, male sex as many as 13 (18.6%), female sex as many as 57 (81.4%), dysfunctional family as much as 14 (20.0%), poor sleep quality as much as 66 (94.3 %). The results of the fisher test showed that there was a relationship between poor sleep quality and the incidence of hypertension with p 0.023 <0.05, but there is no relationship between APGAR family score and the incidence of hypertension with p 0.720 > 0.05. Value : Conclusion there is a relationship between poor sleep quality with hypertension, but there is no significant relationship between APGAR family score with hypertension.

Abstract

Desa Reuleut Timu Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara merupakan desa sekitar Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Malikussaleh yang mayoritas penduduknya bekerja sebagai petani sawah (Zahara et al., 2021). Budidaya padi di sawah bersifat musiman sehingga jika tidak musim tanam maka keluarga di daesa akan mengalami kesulitan ekonomi. Selanjutnya, para ibu rumah tangga selalu berada di rumah tanpa memiliki usaha sampingan (Mawardati et al., 2022). Hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan bagi ibu rumah tangga untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan mereka. Metode pelaksanaan dirancang untuk pedampingan berupa pendekatan partisipasif dan mangacu proses pembelajaran orang dewasa (adult-learning) yang terdiri dari: (1) Pemaparan materi yang dilengkapi dengan Power Point, (2) diskusi mendalam, (3) Praktik langsung, dan (4) Evaluasi dampak kegiatan. Jenis pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah: workshop pemilihan ide bisnis kreatif kerajinan bordir, pelatihan penyusunan rencana bisnis, teknik menjahit dan bordir, seminar motivasi dalam memulai bisnis kreatif kerajinan tangan bordir Aceh, pelatihan kerjasama untuk mendapatkan sistem permodalan, dan pelatihan menjahit dengan mesin jahit.

Abstract

Budaya patriarkhi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia memberikan previlage pada jenis kelamin laki-laki untuk mengakses material basic of power dari perempuan. Wacana perempuan sebagai makhluk yang lemah begitu dominan. Hal ini dialami oleh kaum perempuan berstatus janda karena mereka harus bertanggungjawab menghidupi anak-anaknya dan merasakan beban psikologis yang menganggap kehidupan menjanda sebagai hal negatif. Desa Reuleut Timu Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara merupakan desa sekitar Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Malikussaleh yang mayoritas penduduknya bekerja sebagai petani sawah. Jika tidak musim tanam, keluarga di desa ini mengalami kesulitan ekonomi terutama kaum perempuan janda yang tidak memiliki usaha sampingan padahal mereka memiliki kreatifitas tinggi dalam bisnis untuk menciptakan produk kerajinan tangan. Hal inilah yang menjadi alasan utama tim pengusul untuk menjadikan mereka mitra melalui program yang diusulkan. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat yang diambil adalah Desa Reuleut Timu Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Metode pelaksanaan berupa pendekatan partisipasif dan mangacu pada proses pembelajaran orang dewasa yang terdiri dari: (1) Pemaparan materi (2) diskusi mendalam (3) Praktik langsung, (4) Evaluasi dampak kegiatan pengabdian. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah: (1) Publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal pengabdian Internasional, (2) Publikasi kegiatan pada media cetak atau online, (3) Surat Perjanjian Kerja Sama dengan Mitra, dan (4) Poster Pengabdian.

Abstract

Bisnis ritel terus berkembang dan kini didominasi oleh peritel besar Alfamart dan Indomaret dengan cakupan cabang di seluruh wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap strategi bisnis Alfamart dan Indomaret dalam pasar persaingan Monopolistik, fokus pada kualitas pelayanan, promosi, lokasi cabang, dan perilaku perusahaan untuk menarik konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan lokasi persaingan Monopolistik antara Alfamart dan Indomaret. Hasil analisis menunjukkan persaingan Monopolistik antara Alfamart dan Indomaret, di mana variabel Pelayanan, Promosi, dan Lokasi signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di kedua toko.

Abstract

Terima Kasih Sudah Bertahan is a song by Ghea Indrawari that narrates an emotional journey and personal experiences in facing life’s challenges. This study aims to analyze the representation of personal resilience in the song through three aspects: commitment, control, and challenge, using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The research data includes verbal texts (song lyrics) and nonverbal texts (visuals from the music video) sourced from the YouTube channel HITS Records – Music Video Terima Kasih Sudah Bertahan. Data collection techniques involved listening, note-taking, and screenshot methods. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing more on meaning-making than generalization. The findings reveal that the representation of personal resilience in this song is portrayed through a strong commitment to endure and not give up, effective self-control in facing difficulties, and challenges faced with courage and determination.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has caused a decrease in transportation movement activities on the Z.A Pagar Alam road. Transportation movement activities due to the pandemic in which the government established a WFH (Work From Home) with this policy resulted in a reduction in the level of transportation modes so that it had a positive effect, namely reducing traffic congestion in the city center and also reducing air pollutants.In connection with the above problems, it is necessary to study the calculation of the emission load on the Z.A Pagar Alam road during the new normal period which can then be compared with the Z.A Pagar Alam emission load during the normal period, in order to find out how much the emission load changes on the R.A road. Kartini due to Covid-19.this study aims to determine the emission load of Pagar Alam Z.A during new normal conditions and during normal conditions. The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the emission load for each of the existing concentrates and the most significant is CO2 on the Z.A Pagar Alam road due to changes in vehicle volume that occur during normal and new normal conditions.

Abstract

D'primahotel Bandung is a 4-star hotel located in Sukajadi area, Bandung. It has a building of 6000 m2 with eightfloors, equipped with guest room facilities, swimming pool, playground, ballroom, and meeting room. Based onreviews from visitors on the website Traveloka.com there are negative review about the problems complained byconsumers. The negative assessment must certainly be handled, so that the company can defend against the emergenceof competitors in similar business fields. This study aims to determine the quality of service in which there aredimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to consumers from D'primahotel Bandung.The results of this research are expected to be used as input for companies when formulating strategies in competing.The method used in this research is a quantitative method, namely descriptive and causal research. The technique usedin sampling is Non-Probability Sampling with the type of Purposive Sampling using a questionnaire with 384respondents. This study used multiple linear regression data analysis techniques, using SPSS software. The hypothesisshows that the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significantrelationship with consumer satisfaction variables both partially and simultaneously.Keywords-service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The history of Islamic entrepreneurship demonstrates a dynamic evolution from the Prophetic era to the modern and post-modern periods. During the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), business practices emphasized honesty, trustworthiness, and fairness, which became the foundation of Islamic economics. The era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs and the Umayyad dynasty expanded trade routes and established fair economic regulations. Under the Abbasid dynasty, entrepreneurship flourished with financial innovations, industrial growth, and global trade networks. The medieval period reinforced the integration of Sharia values into business activities, while colonialism imposed monopolies and economic restrictions. In the modern and post modern eras, Islamic entrepreneurship adapts to globalization, digital technology, and the halal industry while upholding Sharia principles. This historical trajectory highlights that Islamic entrepreneurship is not solely profit-oriented but also rooted in spirituality, social justice, and sustainability.
