Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagaiman komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh ustad dan ustazah pada TPA Al-Mukhayyarah dalam hal membimbing santri dalam upaya memberikan pemahaman agama. Anak dalam hal ini adalah santri perlu dibimbing dan dibina agar pemahaman agamanya kuat. Sehingga anak-anak mempunyai pemahaman untuk melakukan ibadah dan mempunyai ketahan untuk membentengi diri dari pengaruh zaman yang semakin canggih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitati deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Model Miles dan Hubberman. Hasil peneelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada berapa proses yang dilakukan oleh ustad dan ustazah dalam membimbing santri seperti pembinaan akhlah, peningkatan prestasi anak, ajakan dan pendampingan, keteladanan, memberi peringatan, reward, dan punishment, Pemahaman bacaan Al-quran, kelancaran bacaan shalat fardhu. Dalam hal membimbing santri juga memiliki beberapa hambatan adalah anak-anak yang tidak tidur siang, atau tidak cukup tidur, sehingga mengantuk saat mengaji, anak yang murung karena sering dimarahi oleh orang tuanya, sehingga perlu bimbingan khusus untuk membangkitkan semangatnya kembali. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Membimbing, Santri, Pemahaman Agama.

Abstract

UNICEF in 2019 said there are around 115 million boys married under the age of 18. According to UNICEF in 2021, the most marriages of underage girls before the age of 18 in the world occurred in Nigeria, accounting for 76%. Chad and the Central African Republic rank next at 61% and Mali at 54%. Indonesia is ranked second with early childhood in ASEAN after Kambojo and ranked 8th in the world for child marriage cases. The impact of early marriage, maternal safety due to childbirth, and children born are also at risk of death in new babies, BBLR and stunting. Theresearch is to know theeffectiveness of education through leaflets to increase adolescent knowledge about the risks of early marriage. The research method uses experimental Quasi with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was all young women who lived in Saga Balaraja Village, Tangerang in December 2022, as many as 48 people. So the sampling in this study was total sampling. The results of the study onthe frequency of knowledge of respondents before being given education through leaflet media were mostly knowledgeable less than 75.0% and after being educated most young women were well informed 58.3%. There is an effectiveness of education through leaflets on increasing young women's knowledge about the risks of early marriage (p. value 0.000). Theconclusion of this study is ada effectiveness of education through leaflets on increasing the knowledge of young women about the risks of early marriage. It is hoped that there will be cooperation with health workers to provide health education about the risks of early marriage.

Abstract

Aims: Depo-Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (DMPA) is a contraceptive with a 150mg dose administered every three months by injection via intramuscular. The mechanism is to prevent ovulation by thickening the cervical mucus resulting in the endometrium being non-optimal for implantation and accelerating ovum transport inside the fallopian tube. One of The side effects of contraception using DMPA is the disruption of the menstrual cycle. Primary health data in 2018 shows that quarterly injected contraceptives as the most used contraception (42,2%). The research goal is to analyze the effects of DMPA on the instability of the menstrual cycle of KB acceptors by injection in the Cikulur public health center workspace year 2022. Methods: The research is a form of analytical approach using the cross-sectional research method done in November 2022. The population of this research consists of quarterly KB acceptors in the Cikulur public health center consisting of 1.646 people. The sampling method used is an accidental sampling technique of 94 people. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The data analytic used is chi-square. Result: This research shows there is a relationship between age and the instability of the menstrual cycle with a p-value of 0,000; occupation with the instability of the menstrual cycle with a p-value of 0,006; the duration of use with the instability of the menstrual cycle with a p-value 0,000; medical history with the instability of menstrual cycle with a p-value 0,000; and lastly re-injection compliance with the instability of menstrual cycle with a p-value 0,000. Conclusion: There is a relationship between age, occupation, duration of use, and re-injection compliance with the instability of the menstrual cycle. A piece of advice for acceptors, the result of this research could be regarded as informational material on the side effects that might occur under the usage of KB injection by DMPA.

Abstract

Aims: Dysmenorrhea is pain or cramps in the lower abdomen that appear before or during menstruation. The problem of menstrual pain in young women if not addressed immediately can have a bad impact on adolescent productivity including learning activities. Data from the Lebak Regency Health Office in 2021 reported dysmenorrhea cases in adolescents by 62.4% of the 5,000 adolescents surveyed and 35% of them complained that their activity was limited due to dysmenorrhea. Method: The research method uses quasi-experiments with a pre-posttest two group design. Sample of this study was 30 young women in grades X, XI, XII who experienced dysmenorrhea with sampling technique uses total sampling. Instruments use questionnaires. Bivariate analysis uses the paired t-test and independent t-test. Results: The average dysmenorrhea intensity of young women in the intervention group before being given acupressure massage was 6.60 and after being given acupressure massage decreased to 2.80, while in the control group before being given physical movement william's flexion exercise was 6.53 and after being given acupressure massage decreased to 3.87. The results of statistical tests showed that there was an effectiveness of acupressure and william flexion exercise against reducing the intensity of dysmenorrhea in young women (p = 0.000). Conclusion : Acupressure massage is more effective at reducing the intensity of dysmenorrhea compared to giving William's flexion exercise. It is hoped that young women will treat dysmenorrhea in a non-pharmacological way, namely by acupressure massage or doing physical movements in William's flexion exercise.

Abstract

Child health issues are one of the government's priorities in creating a quality generation. One effort for this purpose, all children under five are immunized. The challenge of implementing the immunization program that causes the target of immunization coverage not to be achieved is the lack of knowledge. In an effort to increase knowledge, the role of health workers, especially midwives, is to provide information through health education using both the demonstration method and the discovery learning method. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Warunggunung - Lebak Banten 2023. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. One-group pre-post test design to obtain knowledge data before and after the intervention. The number of samples in this study were 66 mothers who had babies who met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used for data collection used a questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using a paired test and an independent sample T test. The results of the research produced in this study were that the mother's knowledge before the intervention was included as lacking and after being given the intervention with demonstration and discovery was sufficient. There is an influence of health education demonstration and discovery methods on mother's knowledge about completeness of basic immunization (p value 0.000). There is no difference in the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants with a p value of 0.068.

Abstract

The first stage process is accompanied by pain which is a physiological process, a subjective experience of physical sensations associated with uterine contractions, dilatation and effacement of the cervix. Primiparous mothers often worry because they don't understand how to deal with childbirth. Primiparas tend to experience more anxiety, causing tension and fear so that they cannot endure the pain. The aim of this study was to find out the effect of the upright position on pain during the first stage of the active phase of labor for primiparous mothers at the Jumpandang Baru Health Center, Makassar. This type of research is quantitative experimental with a Post Test Only One Group Design approach. The population in this study were all mothers giving birth at the Jumpandang Baru Makassar Community Health Center from April to June 2023. The sample in this study was part of the population of mothers giving birth at the Jumpandang Baru Makassar Community Health Center from April to June 2023, totaling 15 people. with Purposive Sampling sampling technique.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find how to prepare a report on the cost of production at KUB Rumah Jahit Lestari, in addition to how to report the cost of production at KUB Rumah Jahit Lestari if it is prepared using the full costing method. This study is qualitative and employs a quantitative descriptive method. In-depth interviews and observation were used as data collection techniques. The results revealed that the cost of production per unit was not accurate because it did not account for fixed overhead costs. This research can help MSME actors determine the right selling price for business continuity by transferring knowledge about calculating the cost of production per unit.

Abstract

Peran sumber daya manusia adalah untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya secara efektif dan efisien. Pendidikan adalah berbagai upaya dan usaha yang dilakukan orang dewasa untuk mendidik nalar peserta didik dan mengatur moral mereka. Untuk mewujudkan itu semua, tak terlepas dari Kinerja seorang Tenaga Pendidik dalam suatu satuan Pendidikan. Hard-Soft Skill, dan Disiplin Kerja bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik di SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman. Jenis kausalitas digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan pendeketan analisis kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Tenaga Pendidik SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman. Pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik sampel sensus yaitu melibatkan keseluruhan populasi lima puluh tenaga pendidik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan atas variabel Hard-Soft Skill terhadap variabel Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh atas variabel Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. 3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan atas variabel Hard-Soft Skill dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan terhadap variabel Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. 4) Koefisien determinasi menghasilkan skor 0,902, artinya, besarnya kontribusi faktor Hard-Soft Skill dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik sangat kuat yaitu 90,2 persen. Kata kunci: Hard-Soft Skill, Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik. The role of human resources is to effectively and efficiently achieve predetermined corporate goals. Education is the efforts and efforts made by adults to educate students' reasoning and regulate their morals. To make it all happen, it cannot be separated from an Teacher's Performance in an education unit. Hard-Soft Skills and Work Discipline aim to empirically prove the Teacher's Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman. This type of causality is used in this study with a quantitative analysis approach. The population of this study was all teaching staff at SMK Negeri 1 Pasaman. Sampling used a census sampling technique that involves fifty educators' entire population—data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The research found that: 1). There is a significant influence on the Hard-Soft Skill variable on the Teacher's Performance variable. 2) There is no influence on the Work Discipline variable on the Teacher's Performance. 3) There is a significant influence on the variable Hard-Soft Skill and Work Discipline simultaneously on the Teacher's Performance variable. 4) The coefficient of determination produces a score of 0.902, which means that the Hard-Soft Skill Skill and Work Discipline factors to the Teacher's Performance are powerful, namely 90.2 percent. Abstract

Introduction: Pregnancy risk has a dynamic nature, because suddenly pregnant women who are initially normal can become high risk. Meanwhile, high risk pregnancy is a pregnancy with a greater risk than usual and can cause illness or death before or after childbirth, both for the mother or baby. Objective: Increase public knowledge, especially pregnant women, about risk factors that can affect pregnancy. Method: This community service activity was carried out on Wednesday-Thursday, December 18-19, 2024 starting at 09.00 WITA. Community service activities have been carried out at the Mosso village office hall. As the implementing staff are 4 people consisting of 2 midwifery lecturers and 2 students. The number of pregnant women who attended was 22 people, the number of cadres was 10 people. Result: The results of the Pregnancy Risk Level Examination conducted on 22 pregnant women were 5 (23%) pregnant women who were in the Low Risk Pregnancy category, 11 (59%) pregnant women in the High Risk category, 6 (27%) pregnant women in the Very High category. the results of measuring knowledge about Poedji Rochjati screening, namely Pre-post results show that 100% of cadre mothers do not know about Poedji Rochjati screening and after counseling or socialization obtained Post test results 80% of cadre mothers know about Poedji Rochjati screening and apply it. Conclusion: Useful in increasing the knowledge and ability of cadres in screening risk factors for pregnant women and increasing public knowledge about the importance of early detection of pregnancy risk factors and routine health checks.

Abstract

Family Planning (KB) is one way to reduce the number of children towards a happy and prosperous family. Long-Term Contraceptive Method (LTM) is a contraceptive that can be used for a long period of time, more than two years, effective and efficient for the purpose of spacing births for more than three years or ending pregnancy in couples who no longer want to have more children. To determine the analysis of factors that influence mothers' interest in long-term family planning methods in Sukatani Village, Karawang Regency in 2023. The type of research used in this study is analytical with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were mothers aged 35-49 years as many as 115 respondents, the technique used was accidental sampling. The sample in this study was 90 people. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. respondents had low interest in using long-term birth control methods, as many as 50 people (64.4%), most respondents had less knowledge about long-term birth control methods, as many as 48 people (53.3%), most respondents received support from their husbands, but did not support long-term birth control methods, as many as 52 people (57.8%). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between husband's knowledge and support and mothers' interest in long-term family planning methods in Sukatani Village, Karawang Regency in 2023.
