Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan mengenai implementasi program kemitraan sekolah dengan dunia usaha, bentuk kemitraan sekolah, faktor pendukung dan penghambat kemitraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) dan Hubungan Industri (Hubin), guru jurusan Teknologi Komputer Jaringan (TKJ), siswa Teknologi Komputer Jaringan (TKJ) yang magang di PT. Gammatechno Indonesia. Objek penelitian adalah data implementasi kemitraan sekolah dengan dunia usaha khususnya Jurusan Teknologi Komputer Jaringan (TKJ) dengan PT. Gammatechno Indonesia. Data di peroleh dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian adalah pedoman wawancara dan pedoman dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan interactive model Miles dan Huberman yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian: 1) Proses kemitraan antara SMK Negeri 2 Depok dengan PT. Gamatechno Indonesia dapat dilihat dari partisipasi yang aktif siswa dalam mengikuti kemitraan dengan dunia usaha khususnya PT. Gamatechno Indonesia. 2) Kemitraan di SMK Negeri 2 Depok adalah bentuk kemitraan yang saling menguntungkan (mutualism partnership). 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat antara lain adalah teknologi, komunikasi, rekrutmen siswa, kepercayaan, dan fasilitas sekolah dan faktor-faktor penghambat diantaranya yaitu fasilitas yang ada dan komunikasi waktu.Kata kunci : Kemitraan Sekolah, Dunia usahaABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the implementation of the partnership program with the business school, school partnerships, enabling and inhibiting factors partnerships. Analysis of data using interactive model of Miles and Huberman ie, data reduction, presentation of data, drawing conclusions and verification of data. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources, and triangulation techniques. Results of the research: 1) The process of partnership between SMK Negeri 2 Depok with PT. Gamatechno Indonesia can be seen from the active participation of students in participating partnership with the business world, especially the PT. Gamatechno Indonesia. 2) Partnership at SMK Negeri 2 Depok is a form mutually beneficial partnerships (mutualism partnership). 3) supporting and inhibiting factors include technology, communications, recruitment of students, trust, and school facilities and inhibiting factors among which the existing facilities and the communication time.Keywords: Partnership Schools, Businesses

Abstract

The concept of wahdah al-wujud Ibn Arabi (1165-1240 AD) and the concept of Al-Hikmah Al-Muta'aliyah Mulla Sadra (1571-1640 AD) are the most important contributing concepts in metaphysical thought in Islam. Hence, it is also important to understand these two concepts to study both the concept of essence and existence as a basis for understanding. The purpose of this study has objectives, namely (1) to know the concept of essence and existence from the perspective of Ibn Arabi. (2) to know the concept of essence and existence of Mulla Sadra's perspective. (3) to know the meeting point and the point of difference in the concept of essence and existence of both. The method used to explore this literature study by examining the work of the two figures, namely Ibn Arabi's work entitled “Futûhât al-Makkiyah” with Mulla Sadra's work entitled “Al-Asfar al-Arbaà” as a primary source and several related articles relevant to the topic discussed with qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are three, namely (1) according to Ibn Arabi (1165-1240 AD), existence is the form of essence, so that existence precedes essence. So, if something has existence then something has essence. But the opposite also applies. (2) According to Mulla Sadra, essence is the overall picture of reality or objects that exist in the mind; and existence is the objective reality outside the mind. (3) The concepts of essence and existence according to Ibn Arabi and Mulla Sadra have common ground in defining the concepts of essence and existence and also in comparing the concepts of essence and existence.

Abstract

The discourse of this research lies in the presence of calligraphy on the walls of the Raudhatul Mukhlisin mosque, Jember Regency with mosque congregations. The discourse of this research lies in the existence of calligraphy on the walls of the Raudhatul Mukhlisin mosque, Jember Regency, with the mosque's congregation. This paper aims to find out the existence of calligraphy in the spirituality of the congregation in the Raudhatul Mukhlisin mosque, Jember Regency. They were assisted by using the type of phenomenological research with data collection techniques with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that the existence of calligraphy, which can be said to be luxurious at the Raudhatul Mukhlisin mosque, not only gives a feeling of amazement, peace when looking at it and a calm heart when worshiping, but there are some jam'ah who feel disturbed when worshiping at the mosque because of its focus. Divided by calligraphy on the mosque walls has an attraction to be seen during worship. In conclusion, the existence of calligraphy on the walls of the Raudhatul Mukhlisin mosque seeks to introduce religion through calligraphy and aesthetics. Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to explore the relationship between philosophy and balaghah, as well as the mutual influence between the two, focusing on Amin al-Khuli's “Manahij Tajdid Fi al-Nahw Wa al-Balaghah Wa al-Tafsir Wa al-Adab.” The relationship between philosophy and balaghah is a rarely discussed topic, so this article offers a new perspective on the study of Arabic literature and philosophical thought. In this study, the main sources analyzed are al-Khuli's works as well as several relevant articles and books, both those that discuss al-Khuli's thoughts directly and those that highlight the historical development of philosophy and balaghah. The method used is descriptive-analytical, in which the research deeply examines primary and secondary literature related to the topic. The author attempts to identify the elements of philosophy in classical balaghah works, as well as to trace the traces of philosophical thought in the balaghah tradition. The research also examines the important role of the translation of Aristotle's works into Arabic, which enriched the development of both disciplines. The results show that philosophical thought has long been present in the works of balaghah figures. This influence can be seen in written works that combine elements of philosophy and balaghah. Furthermore, the translation of classical Greek philosophical texts by Arab scholars further reinforced the importance of understanding philosophy for balaghah scholars. In conclusion, the relationship between philosophy and balaghah is mutually influential. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara filsafat dan balaghah, serta pengaruh timbal balik antara keduanya, dengan fokus pada karya Amin al-Khuli yang berjudul Manahij Tajdid Fi al-Nahw Wa al-Balaghah Wa al-Tafsir Wa al-Adab. Hubungan antara filsafat dan balaghah merupakan topik yang jarang dibahas, sehingga artikel ini menawarkan perspektif baru dalam kajian sastra Arab dan pemikiran filosofis. Sumber utama yang dianalisis adalah karya-karya al-Khuli serta beberapa artikel dan buku relevan lainnya, baik yang membahas pemikiran al-Khuli secara langsung maupun yang menyoroti perkembangan historis filsafat dan balaghah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan menelaah secara mendalam literatur primer dan sekunder yang berkaitan dengan topik. Penulis berupaya mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen filsafat dalam karya-karya balaghah klasik, serta menelusuri jejak pemikiran filosofis dalam tradisi balaghah. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji peran penting penerjemahan karya-karya Aristoteles ke dalam bahasa Arab, yang memperkaya perkembangan kedua disiplin ilmu tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran filosofis telah lama hadir dalam karya-karya tokoh balaghah. Pengaruh ini dapat dilihat dalam karya-karya tertulis yang menggabungkan elemen-elemen filsafat dan balaghah. Lebih lanjut, penerjemahan teks-teks filosofis Yunani klasik oleh para sarjana Arab semakin memperkuat pentingnya pemahaman filsafat bagi para ahli balaghah. Kesimpulannya, hubungan antara filsafat dan balaghah saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain.

Abstract

Discussion on the tradition of Pesantren is critical and needs to be studied in more depth. This is because the study never ceases to be debated both from the historical side and its characteristics. This goal aims to understand three things: First, the existence of students viewed from the point of historicity through the study of the sociology of religion in Indonesia. Second, the paradigm of the concept of barakah is rooted in the world of Pesantren. Third, understanding the concept of barakah that internalizes students to take action in tabarruk or ngalap berkah social practices. The method used is through a literature study approach, examining the texts of articles with similar themes based on the theory of symbolic interactionism. Data collection is carried out by selection, classification, and categorization. The results found three things: First, in the study of the sociology of religion, Santri is an essential element in the Indonesian subculture called Pesantren. The existence of Santri is the typical determinant of a Pesantren. Second, the concept of barakah that students understand is very diverse; some call it ziyādatul khoīr, the Grace of God, miracles, benefits, and an amulet. In this case, the variety of meanings is adjusted to each insight and experience of Santri in Pesantren. Third, the concept of ngalap berkah becomes a tradition in Pesantren as a form of social practice of Santri which starts from the understanding of each Santri. The term tabarrukan is divided into two parts, namely in the form of ta’zīm and sam’an wa thā’atan. The conclusion of this paper shows that these three aspects (santri, barakah, and ngalap berkah) are a unity that cannot be validated in forming a pesantren.

Abstract

As a ruler who contributed to the revival of Javanese culture, especially in literature, Mangkunegara IV is mentioned as a ruler and a poet. One of the largest and most famous of his many literary works is "Serat Wedhatama". "Serat Wedhatama" is a manifestation of Mangkunegara IV's concern and sensitivity to the situation of the people at that time who experienced a moral crisis due to the influx of foreign cultures, he wrote many teachings on virtuousness that were by the personality of the Javanese people. This study seeks to identify the concept of Javanese Islamic Ethics in "Serat Wedhatama" and its construction according to Karl Mannheim's sociological theory of knowledge. This research is a type of qualitative research by applying the literature study method. The results of this study indicate that the concepts carried out in the teachings of Javanese Islamic Ethics in "Serat Wedhatama" are in the form of life guidelines that are tailored to the personality of "Javanese" as well as containing teachings of Islamic values. The teachings of ethics in "Serat Wedhatama" contain the teachings of human ethics towards others and human ethics towards God. The construction of Islamic Ethical values in "Serat Wedhatama" when viewed with the sociological theory of knowledge of Karl Mannheim refers to the historical social background of Mangkunegara IV when compiling "Serat Wedhatama". From a historical point of view, a very influential factor is heredity. Mangkunegara IV had close kinship with the previous three rulers who were religious circles. Born from a religious family supporting Mangkunegara IV grew up with a religious spirit. Embedding of a religious soul since childhood influences the output of his thoughts. It is natural when Mangkunegara IV through "Serat Wedhatama" expects Javanese to behave according to their personality, as well as act according to the actions taught in Islam.

Abstract

The concept of nusyuz in Islamic family law, particularly as outlined in QS. An-Nisa’: 34 and 128, remains a subject of debate, especially concerning power relations within the household and the potential justification of violence against women. A conservative textual reading tends to portray women as the primary perpetrators of nusyuz, subject to escalating sanctions up to physical punishment, while nusyuz by husbands receives minimal legal attention. This imbalance is reinforced by classical interpretations shaped by patriarchal paradigms. This study addresses an academic gap by comparing the contextual-normative interpretation of M. Quraish Shihab and the feminist-progressive interpretation of Siti Musdah Mulia regarding nusyuz. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach with literature review, content and discourse analysis, hermeneutic methodology, and critical engagement with global Muslim feminist literature, this research finds that Shihab seeks to reform classical views through a contextual lens that emphasizes harmony and shared responsibility, while maintaining male leadership. In contrast, Musdah Mulia deconstructs patriarchal interpretations and emphasizes spiritual and social equality between spouses. This study contributes to the development of a fair, inclusive, and contextual discourse on gender interpretation in Indonesia and enriches the dynamics of Islam Nusantara in addressing modern challenges, particularly in family law reform and gender justice.

Abstract

Seorang tokoh hermeneutika bernama Muhammad Shahrour menggagas sebuah penafsiran al-Qur’an yang harus disesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman melalui metode tradisi dan modernitas. Dengan latar belakang yang ia miliki, ia membuat teori hudu>d sebagai acuan dalam sebuah penafsiran dan penetapan hukum. sebuah persoalan yang cukup ramai diperbincangkan adalah batasan aurat bagi seorang wanita. Beberapa kalangan berpendapat bahwa pakaian yang menutup seluruh tubuh selain wajah dan kedua telapak tangan bukanlah sebuah syari’at melainkan hanya sebuah tradisi yang diklaim sebagai pakaian syar’i. Muhammad Shahrour memetakan batasan aurat wanita ini dengan teori hudu>d yang ia buat. Untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang sistematik, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan analisis wacana. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pada konsep Muhammad Shahrour tentang batas aurat wanita ini adalah konsep dan teori yang ia gunakan tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan karena teori yang digunakan adalah teori yang matematis yang digagas oleh seorang ilmuan non-muslim bernama Newton. Sebab lainnya adalah ia mengabaikan beberapa syarat penafsiran al-Qur’an seperti asba>b al-nuzu>l dan pemahamannya terkait kaidah kebahasaan juga sangat minim.

Abstract

This research discusses the re-actualization of Islamic teachings in Indonesia as proposed by Munawir Sjadzali. Munawir Sjadzali was an Indonesian Islamic intellectual and bureaucrat who served as the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia for two terms, from 1983 to 1993. The re-actualization of Islamic teachings conducted by Munawir Sjadzali was inspired by the Islamic reform movement previously championed by thinkers and reformers such as Muhammad Abduh and Rasyid Ridho. This study is a type of library research using descriptive-analytical methods. The results of the study reveal that the re-actualization of Islamic teachings from Munawir Sjadzali's perspective does not mean moving Islam away from the axis of classical ijtihad, but rather an effort to ensure that Islamic teachings are always contextual with the conditions of Muslims in Indonesia (shalih likulli zaman wa makan). Specifically, Munawir Sjadzali offers three methods of ijtihad in the reform of Islamic law: first, 'adat, used in issues of inheritance distribution by considering the socio-economic conditions of Indonesian society and the roles of men and women; second, nasakh (abrogation) on issues of slavery that are inconsistent or contradictory to human rights; and third, mashlahah (public interest) on the issue of bank interest. In this regard, Munawir Sjadzali accepts bank interest on the grounds of mashlahah, but he remains accommodative towards the establishment of Bank Mu'amalah and Sharia Rural Banks (BPR Syariah) with the principle of trade partnership while adhering to prevailing banking regulations. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang reaktualisasi ajaran Islam di Indonesia yang dikemukakan oleh Munawir Sjadzali. Munawir Sjadzali merupakan seorang intelektual Islam Indonesia sekaligus birokrat yang pernah menjabat sebagai Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia selama dua periode, yaitu tahun 1983 – 1993. Reaktualisasi ajaran Islam yang dilakukan oleh Munawir Sjadzali terinspirasi dari gerakan pembaharuan Islam yang sudah digaungkan oleh pemikir dan pembaharu Islam sebelumnya seperti Muhammad Abduh dan Rasyid Ridho. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa reaktualisasi ajaran Islam perspektif Munawir Sjadzali bukan berarti menjadikan Islam keluar dari poros ijtihad klasik, namun upaya agar ajaran Islam selalu kontekstual dengan kondisi umat Islam di Indonesia (shalih likulli zaman wa makan). Secara spesifik Munawir Sjadzali menawarkan tiga metode ijtihad dalam pembaharuan hukum Islam, yaitu; pertama, adat, digunakan pada masalah pembagian harta warisan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia serta peran laki-laki dan perempuan; kedua, nasakh pada isu-isu tentang perbudakan yang tidak sesuai atau bertentangan dengan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM); dan ketiga, mashlahah pada isu bunga bank. Dalam hal ini Munawir Sjadzali menerima bunga bank dengan alasan mashlahah, namun ia tetap akomodatif terhadap pembentukan Bank Mu'amalah dan bank BPR Syariah dengan prinsip kemitraan perdagangan dengan tetap mengindahkan peraturan perbankan yang berlaku.
