Abstract

Online learning is one of the innovations in education in respond to the development of technology nowadays that is to provide innovative learning source. It allows students to have more flexibility in learning since it can be done whenever and wherever they want it to be. They could interact with the lecturer through applications like e-classroom, video conference, zoom or even chat in whatsapp group. Online learning is also an innovation in education to imprve the literacy competence of students and encourages students to be able to do three critical analysis such as conducting interview, examining the environment, writing report, and doing observation well.This study aims at analyzing the proses of online learning conducted for the PGSD Unnes students and analyzing the influence of the learning on the improvement of their literacy competence throughout the pandemic crisis. The method implemented is mixed method that is conducting both parametric and non-parametric statistic analysis. It is started from quantitative data that is processed and tested using statistics test, continued by analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative method to portray the process and influence of online learning on the improvement of literacy competence of PGSD students during the pandemic. Based on the observation and questionnaire, it could be analyzed how much the students participate in the online larning process and literary activity during the pandemic. The samples in this research are the students of PGSD Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). The data collected from the samples then being analyzed using statistics and descriptive test, presented and concluded.

Abstract

Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukan bapak ibu guru di Gugus Srikandi Kecamatan Semarang Barat belum memahami dengan baik teknik membuat instrumen soal HOTS, sementara kebijakan terkait dengan soal HOTS sudah di instruksikan dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013. Dengan demikian guru memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada guru-guru di gugus Srikandi Kecamatan Semarang Barat Kota Semarang  adalah (1) meningkatkan pemahaman guru Sekolah Dasar (SD ) tentang konsep penyusunan soal HOTS, (2) meningkatkan keterampilan guru SD untuk menyusun RPP berorientasi HOTS dan; (3) mengembangkan soal online berbasis HOTS dengan aplikasi google form. Metode pelaksanaan  mengacu kepada analisis situasi program-program yang disepakati bersama dengan Kelompok Kerja Gugus Srikandi Kec Semarang Barat adalah  ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi dalam workshop daring penyusunan soal HOTS. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat peserta terampil menyusun soal HOTS, terampil menyusun RPP berorientasi HOTS dan terampil membuat soal online berbasis HOTS dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form. Hal itu terlihat dari 38 peserta nilai pretest rata-rata nilai 57 setelah mengikuti workshop daring nilai pos-test naik menjadi 81.  Selain itu dihasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP berorientasi HOTS, soal HOTS dan soal online berbasis HOTS menggunakan aplikasi googleform. Luarannya berupa artikel di proceeding nasional, artikel ilmiah pada media cetak/elektronik, dan buku panduan keterampilan penyusunan soal HOTS bagi guru-guru SD ber-ISBN.

Abstract

Some schools can make maximum use of technology. The lack of adapting learning media to technological developments impacts students who do not benefit from technology to the maximum. This research aims to develop Quizlet-based Flashcard electronic learning media for science and science learning for class V elementary school. Research and development were carried out using the ADDIE development model. Data collection methods through interviews, questionnaires and tests. Data collection instruments are in the form of questionnaires and test questions. The subjects of this research were 1 subject matter expert and 1 learning media expert. The product implementation or trial was carried out in two stages, namely a small-scale trial of 6 students and a large-scale trial of 27 students. The techniques used to analyze data are qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative and inferential statistics. The results of the research are that the media developed received very decent qualifications from material experts and learning media experts. The t-test results show a significant increase in the pre-test and post-test results. The N-Gain test results show an increase in the high category. It was concluded that Quizlet-based E-Flashcard learning media effectively improved student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that the E-Flashcard Quizlet-based Sound Picture Card media that has been developed can be used as a solution to help students learn science subjects and also make it easier for teachers in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The "Merdeka Curriculum" in Indonesia is designed to be implemented based on the unique needs and characteristics of each student, offering educational policies that provide greater freedom. Since 2021, this curriculum has been gradually introduced in elementary schools, supported by various learning resources and educator training. The Merdeka Curriculum at this level focuses on three key areas: innovation, independent learning, and creative learning, promoting an enjoyable and engaging educational experience. Indonesian elementary schools abroad adhere to both Indonesian government policies and the educational regulations of the host country. For instance, the Indonesian Elementary School in Jeddah continues to use the 2013 Curriculum and faces the challenge of integrating local and Indonesian cultures. Maintaining high educational quality is crucial for these schools, as it impacts the awareness and skills of their graduates. To support Indonesian students abroad in adapting to local culture, language, and traditions, it is proposed to assist teachers at the Indonesian Elementary School in Jeddah in developing learning tools based on Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum. The results show that mentoring activities are effective in increasing participants' understanding of the CRT teaching module with an n-gain of 0.32 in the medium category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the curriculum of Islamic religious education for Early Childhood. This study was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The articles used were sourced from the Sinta database assisted by Connected Papers with a span of 2015-2024. The results of the study indicate that the curriculum of Islamic religious education for early childhood in its concept emphasizes thematic, integral-holistic and oriented curriculum on daily life and is centered on students. The curriculum material includes an introduction to the Creator and His creation, ablution, reading Asma'ul Husna, reading daily prayers and morals. The learning method is based on science and thematics that unite beliefs, worship, and morals as well as the habituation of worship practices and the practice of reading the Qur'an through the Iqra' method.   ABSTRAK  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam untuk Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Artikel yang digunakan bersumber dari database Sinta yang dibantu oleh Connected Papers dengan rentang 2015-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum PAI anak usia dini dalam konsepnya menekankan kurikulum tematik, integral-holistik dan berorientasi pada kehidupan sehari-hari serta berpusat pada siswa. Materi kurikulum meliputi pengantar Sang Pencipta dan ciptaan-Nya, wudhu, membaca Asma'ul Husna, membaca doa sehari-hari dan akhlak. Metode pembelajaran berbasis ilmiah dan tematik yang menyatukan keyakinan, ibadah, dan moral serta pembiasaan praktik ibadah dan praktik membaca Al-Qur'an melalui metode Iqra'.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning media called JARIPO (Belajar Ide Pokok), assisted by Adobe Animate, which integrates the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model into Indonesian language learning for elementary school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), following a simplified Borg & Gall development procedure up to the expert validation stage. The validation results show that the developed media is feasible for use, with a feasibility percentage of 92.85% by language experts, 97.22% by media experts, and 94.44% by subject matter experts. The developed media is considered engaging, interactive, capable of increasing learning motivation, and suitable for the characteristics of elementary school students. This learning media can teach primary idea material in Indonesian language classes and assist teachers in enhancing students' reading skills and participation.

Abstract

Enhancing Biodiversity Learning Outcomes of Fifth-Grade Students through PBL-Integrated Flashcards Media: A Development and Evaluation Study. Objectives: This study aims to improve learning outcomes on biodiversity and non-biodiversity material in grade V students using flashcard media development integrated with the Project Learning model. Flashcard media is developed based on biodiversity and non-biodiversity material by the curriculum and by PBL learning steps that encourage student involvement in learning. Methods: This research is a type of research and development (R&D) by Borg and Gall. Data was collected using non-test techniques in the form of observation, interviews, needs questionnaires, validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, and test techniques in the form of student learning outcomes tests in the form of pretests and posttests. The data analysis used was qualitative and quantitative. The product development validation test was carried out by material expert validators and media experts. The subjects of this study were students of class V B SD Negeri Wates 01, Semarang City, who were selected by purposive sampling. Findings: This study's results showed that the material experts' product feasibility test scored 86.66%, and from media experts scored 95%, including in the “very feasible” category, to be tested. The t-test results (2-tailed) show the sig value. 0.00 <0.05 with an N-Gain score of 0.77, including in the “high” category. There is a significant difference and increase in the average learning outcomes of students before and after using flashcards. Conclusion: The use of flashcard media development integrated with the PBL model on biodiversity and non-biodiversity material can improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of SD Negeri Wates 01, Semarang City. This research can be a reference for teachers to innovate and create interesting learning media. Keywords: learning outcomes, flashcard, problem-based learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video animasi interaktif berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) guna meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Tugurejo 01 Semarang pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS), khususnya materi Manfaat Keberagaman dan Melestarikan Keberagaman Budaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji N-Gain. Media dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan CapCut, kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi dengan hasil “sangat layak” (skor masing-masing 93,75% dan 91,66%). Uji coba skala kecil dan besar menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 53,91 menjadi 87,45 dengan nilai N-Gain 0,7034 (kategori tinggi). Evaluasi juga dilakukan terhadap soal pretest dan posttest yang menghasilkan 21 soal valid dan reliabel. Respon guru dan peserta didik terhadap media sangat positif dengan skor masing-masing 93,33% dan 92,26%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video animasi interaktif berbasis PBL terbukti layak secara teoritis dan efektif secara praktis dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Researchers developed augmented reality-based learning media for social studies subjects on cultural diversity in Indonesia. This diversity includes food, clothing, traditional houses, factors that influence cultural diversity in Indonesia, and attitudes towards cultural diversity. Because the material is so extensive, students find it difficult to understand the lesson. In addition, because the teacher only uses the textbook and the lecture or one-way method, the learners' learning outcomes become worse. Analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation are included in the type of development research (R&D) in this study with the ADDIE model. With media that has been validated by material experts with a value of 93.33% and media experts 95.65%, then from the results of students' responses of 90.60% and the results of the evaluation of class IV teachers of 96%, therefore showing that the learning media developed is very feasible to be applied in the learning process. In addition, the results of the T test and N-gain with sig. (2-tailed) of 0.0008 in the T-test and 73.46% in the N-gain test indicate that the learning tools made are effective and can help students improve their learning outcomes about cultural diversity.

Abstract

Implementasi Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) di Sekolah Dasar (SD) menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama di sekolah dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital. Pelaksanaan ANBK di SDN Tegowanu 4 menjadi contoh nyata dari fenomena ini, di mana meskipun telah dilakukan simulasi dan gladi bersih, hambatan seperti ketersediaan perangkat, konektivitas internet, dan beban administratif guru masih mengganggu optimalisasi asesmen. Selain itu, pemanfaatan hasil ANBK untuk perbaikan pembelajaran belum berjalan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan ANBK di SDN Tegowanu 4 serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis hasil asesmen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ANBK telah dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan guru dan siswa, tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan perangkat teknologi, konektivitas internet, dan beban kerja guru. Di sisi lain, pemanfaatan hasil asesmen untuk perencanaan pembelajaran belum optimal. Strategi yang direkomendasikan mencakup pelatihan guru dalam analisis hasil ANBK, integrasi data asesmen ke dalam Modul Ajar dan asesmen formatif, serta penguatan peran kepala sekolah dalam manajemen mutu berbasis data. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan ANBK dan kualitas pembelajaran.
