Abstract

This study's objective was to ascertain how competence and motivation affected the output of the artisans who make Mandar Silk Sarongs in Karama Village, Tinambung District, and Polewali Mandar Regency. The weavers of Karama Village were among the 40 respondents that were sampled for this study using the SPSS method. In this study, both primary and secondary data were utilised. The research sample was given questionnaires as part of the data collection process. In this study, the t test analysis was utilized to test. The findings of this study show that motivation and competence both have positive and significant effects on weavers' performance in Karama Village, Tinambung District, Polewali Mandar Regency.Keywords: Competence, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Cabang Majene yang berlokasi di Jl. Gatot Subroto No. 17, Majene, Sulawesi Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Cabang Majene yang berjumlah 58 Karyawan. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampel jenuh. Jumlah responden adalah 58. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi dan stres kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman auditor dan integritas terhadap kualitas APIP pada Inspketorat Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 157 auditor internal pemerintah daerah pada 24 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dari 267 populasi penelitian. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengalaman auditor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas APIP sebesar 4,029 dan (2) integritas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas APIP sebesar 4,178.

Abstract

Researchers believe that a leadership style that involves subordinates/employees in deciding things, is interactive with subordinates, has good closeness, and gives trust to employees can increase employee job satisfaction. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Participative Leadership Style on employee job satisfaction. Different from previous research, this research adds the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable as a moderating variable which researchers believe can strengthen the influence of the Participative Leadership Style variable on Job Satisfaction. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is classified as primary data because the data collection method uses a questionnaire method which is distributed online to 300 Bank Permata employees spread throughout Indonesia. These data are used using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that Participative Leadership Style variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on Job Satisfaction because the P-Values results are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.006. Apart from that, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable can moderate the influence of the Participative Leadership Style variable on job satisfaction because the positive p-values are below 0.05, namely 0.000. Even smaller than direct testing, 0.006. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ASN Pada Kantor Bupati Majene. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kantor Bupati Majene dengan jumlah sampel 72 Aparatur Sipil Negara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Bupati Majene, (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Bupati Majene, (3) Lingkungan kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Bupati Majene.

Abstract

The author conducted outreach for approximately twelve days in the villages of Ambulu, Bubun Batu, and Karang Agung, South Bengkulu. The four materials I explained at the beginning, before the two-way discussion, I hope the consultation participants will fully absorb them. Ultimately, I hope the use of GPT Chat in rural communities will improve their well-being. This includes workers who can improve their skills and thus increase their income, entrepreneurs who can increase their revenue, and even those who are unemployed who can improve their skills to find work or start a business. The author expresses his deepest gratitude to all those who contributed to the successful implementation of the consultation activities with rural communities throughout Indonesia, which are more specifically explained in the methods section. This article summarizes the findings of these consultations. The author sincerely hopes that these consultations will be beneficial in improving the welfare of rural communities.
