Abstract

One of the famous tourist attractions in Jember and became the icon of the agritourism village since 2009 in Jember Regency is Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa subdistrict, Jember regency. This case makes the background of the research entitled the development of Agrowisata Village in Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa District, Jember Regency. The objectives of this research are: 1) to know the economic empowerment of the community in the village of agritourism; 2) to identify the impact of tourism village development on community income; 3) to identify regional cooperation in the management of agritourism areas; and 4) to analyze the appropriate policy to the development of agritourism areas. This research uses descriptive research type. Research results are (1) the empowerment that already exists in the village of agritourism for example economic learning through the formation of skill groups with training models, economic learning through the formation of art groups, empowerment models through agent of change ,; (2) The impact of tourism village development on community income does not affect the income of the community. The increase of community income that occurred at the time of the study was due to the outside income of the farm, not the existence of an agritourism village. (3) Local government cooperation in managing the agritourism area included aspects: 1) Human Resource; 2) capital; 3) production; 4) distribution; 5) marketing; 6) competitiveness; and (7) Analysis of development policy of agritourism village in Kemuning Lor in, Arjasa sub-district, Jember regency as follows: tourism development policies especially agritourism villages already exist but have not run optimally in accordance with the vision and mission of the Tourism Office.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor pakan, unit keramba, dan tenaga kerja terhadap penerimaan pembudidaya ikan, serta mengetahui faktor manakah yang paling dominan terhadap penerimaan pembudidaya ikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara langsung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pembudidaya ikan. Yang dirumuskan dalam fungsi sebagai berikut: Y = a+b1X1+b2X2+b3X3. Hasil uji-F menunjukkan bahwa variabel pakan, unit keramba, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pembudidaya ikan. Sedangkan hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa hanya satu variabel bebas yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pembudidaya ikan, yaitu variabel unit keramba.

Abstract

The service industry understands the needs and desires of consumers is an important point, especially in health clinics. In an increasingly competitive environment, the primary concern for practitioners is attracting new consumers through marketing and motivating them to make repeat purchases through service efforts/strategies. The characteristics of service quality at health clinics are different from other products/services, so they require specific measurements by distinguishing the perception of medical quality from the perception of service quality. This study aims to identify the relationship between perception of medical quality, perception of service quality, fairness of price, satisfaction, trust, and intention to revisit health clinics by proposing and testing theoretical models. This research was conducted at several health clinics in several cities in East Java. Data collection is carried out by providing questions through questionnaires given to respondents. A total of 220 valid data were collected and analyzed using Structural Equation Model analysis with Amos 24 software. The findings show that the perception of medical quality, perception of service quality, perception of price fairness have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and satisfaction and trust act as significant mediators of the returning visit intention the health clinic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kafakteristik fisiologis jagung manis pada kondisi kekurangan air dan aplikasi pupuk Kalium. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan RAL 2 faktor dengan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu kondisi optimum (kontrol) dan kondisi kekurangan air, sedangkan faktor kedua yaitu: 200 kg KCL/ha, 250 kg KCL/ha dan 300 kg KCL/ha. Parameter pengamatan terdiri dari laju fotosintesis, laju transpirasi, daya hantar stomata dan konsentrasi CO2 dalam sel yang dilakukan pada tanaman umur 30 HST dan 60 HST. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kekurangan air pada jagung manis menurunkan semua parameter fisiologis, aplikasi pupuk Kalium tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata pada setiap parameter dan interaksi perlakuan tidak meningkatkan karakter fisiologis tanaman jagung manis

Abstract

Sistem kemitraan pada peternakan telah menjadi pendekatan yang relevan dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan peternak plasma. Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis pendapatan dan persepsi peternak plasma yang terlibat dalam pola kemitraan dengan CV Gumukmas Multi Farm (GMF), Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana sistem kemitraan telah memengaruhi pendapatan peternak plasma dan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi mereka terhadap model bisnis ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran yang melibatkan data primer melalui wawancara langsung dengan peternak plasma serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari CV GMF. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sistem kemitraan memainkan peran penting dalam peningkatan pendapatan peternak plasma, dengan faktor-faktor seperti manajemen pakan, perawatan kesehatan ternak, dan infrastruktur yang disediakan oleh CV GMF berkontribusi signifikan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menggambarkan persepsi peternak plasma terhadap sistem kemitraan ini, termasuk kepuasan mereka terhadap perjanjian kontrak, pembagian keuntungan, dan dukungan yang diberikan oleh CV GMF. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan landasan bagi pemangku kepentingan, termasuk CV GMF, untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan sistem kemitraan yang lebih efektif dalam sektor peternakan.

Abstract

Pendekatan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) menjadi semakin luas karena kinerja lingkungan (EP) terus menjadi aspek penting dalam mengembangkan kekayaan sosio-emosional perusahaan, seperti legitimasi, kepercayaan, dan citra. Kami menggunakan teori pandangan pemangku kepentingan dan sumber daya alam untuk menyelidiki bagaimana strategi CSR dapat meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan melalui mekanisme yang mendasari inovasi hijau (GI), terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Data yang dapat digunakan dikumpulkan dari 367 perusahaan jasa Maladewa dan Maroko dan dianalisis menggunakan metodologi Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan eksternal (Lingkungan dan Masyarakat) dan internal (Karyawan) terkait CSR secara signifikan berdampak terhadap kinerja lingkungan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan efek mediasi inovasi hijau pada kinerja lingkungan CSR. Akhirnya, makalah ini membuka arah yang signifikan, memperkaya teori yang ada, dan memberikan implikasi yang menarik bagi para profesional UKM.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu negara bergantung pada pengusaha yang memproduksi barang dan memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan kerja bagi para pengangguran. Oleh karena itu, kelangsungan hidup wirausaha penting bagi kelangsungan hidup bangsa. Saat ini, usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menempati posisi penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berupaya mengidentifikasi karakteristik yang dibutuhkan UMKM untuk keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dan pengambilan risiko, pengenalan peluang, toleransi, pengelolaan keuangan, dan efikasi diri manajerial merupakan karakteristik penting untuk kelangsungan hidup.

Abstract

Chemical fertilizers are increasingly rare and expensive, causing farmers (partners) to look for solutiosn by using organic fertilizer as a combination. However, a problem is currently being faced by partners, namely related to the production process of organic fertilizer made from goat manure. The characteristics of goat manure are hard, and it takes quite a long time to decompose, so farmers have to wait approximately one month before it can be applied as basic fertilizer on agricultural land. Efforts to speed up the decomposition process have been made by partners, namely by crushing or smoothing goat manure by pounding it manually. This stage requires quite a lot of time and energy, so it is felt to be less efficient. This is due to the lack of technology adopted in the partner environment. Based on the conditions and problems faced by partners, through this activity a solution will be offered in the form of technology for processing goat manure as raw material for organic fertilizer. This technology is in the form of a goat manure crushing machine to help speed up the decomposition process and provide nutrients, so that partners do not have to wait long for planting to start. This community service activity is carried out by providing counseling and training in making organic fertilizer from goat dung as raw material, accompanied by the use of a goat dung crushing machine. It is hoped that partners’ knowledge and skills can increase, especially in processing organic fertilizer made from goat manure.

Abstract

Tofu is a traditional food popular in Indonesia due to its delicious taste, affordability, and high nutritional content. However, tofu production in Indonesia is still dominated by simple technology, leading to low efficiency and less competitive selling prices. Product diversification efforts are needed to increase added value, such as processing raw tofu into tofu crackers. This Community Service activity aims to develop entrepreneurship among students of the Agribusiness Management Study Program at Jember State Polytechnic, particularly in the production of tofu crackers. The methods used include providing entrepreneurship materials, training in tofu cracker production, and conducting discussions and evaluations of the results. The activity outcomes indicated a shift in students' mindsets from job seekers to job creators, accompanied by high motivation for entrepreneurship. Students also learned tofu cracker production techniques, starting from material grinding, mixing, steaming, to frying, resulting in a nutritious, crispy product that meets consumer preferences. The feasibility analysis of the tofu cracker business showed profitable results, as seen from the indicators of BEP (unit), BEP (price), R/C Ratio, and ROI. This activity successfully enhanced students' skills, motivation, and knowledge while opening potential business opportunities for the surrounding community. It is hoped that the outcomes of this community service will benefit the community and MSME actors.

Abstract

Research to understand consumer needs and plan strategic service quality improvements. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires to 100 respondents who meet certain criteria. Data was analyzed based on five SERVQUAL dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The research results show that the average gap in the five SERVQUAL dimensions is positive, indicating a good level of customer satisfaction, but still requires improvement in several aspects, such as the number of employees, responses to complaints, and payment systems. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis identifies priority attributes that must be improved, while House of Quality (HOQ) analysis produces improvement strategies, including the implementation of a modern payment system, employee training, and the provision of supporting facilities. This research concludes that structured and continuous service improvements are needed to increase consumer satisfaction and business competitiveness. Strategic recommendations are provided to support the sustainability of Resto Kemuning Polije in facing competition in the service industry.
