Abstract

Digital-based transformation of public services has become a necessity in the era of modernization, especially in the health sector. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital systems at the Probolinggo City Health Service and its impact on the quality of services to the community. The method used is a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques. The research results show that the application of information technology, such as online registration applications and health information systems, has increased the efficiency and transparency of services. However, challenges such as the digital divide and limited human resources still need to be overcome. In conclusion, although digital transformation brings many benefits, a comprehensive strategy is needed to ensure that all levels of society can access health services optimally.

Abstract

Street corridors in a historical area are vital in forming an element of the city's image. Dr Radjiman's corridor in Surakarta is part of a historical area containing residents' daily activities. Physically, humans can visually perceive colour, ornament and material elements as a building's facade on two sides of the corridor. This study aims to trace the visual elements in the corridor, which can be seen from the physical aspect. The method used in the research is mixed-methods based, and the respondent data sample obtained is probability sampling. This research can provide a physical description of what is found around the corridor. This research found that visually, the colour, material and ornamental aspects create a diverse mix and match the dominance of white, fabricated materials and cultural acculturation ornaments such as Dutch, Chinese Peranakan and Javanese heritage ornaments. The results of this research can become scientific findings to support efforts to revitalize street corridors in Surakarta.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the observations of researchers who found that there were students who had unfriendly parenting, such as parents who were too neglectful or tended to reject emotionally or ignore the physical needs of their children. One of them is that there are students who are doubtful in choosing theircareers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and career maturity in students at MAN 2 Bukittinggi. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach, the research design used in this study is the correlational method. Based on the research results obtainedr_hitung = 0.564, then the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant relationship between parenting and student career maturity, it means H_0 is rejected. This is because r_count = 0.564 which is in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599 so that the level of correlation between the two variables is included in the medium category. . With a positive r value, which means that if that parenting has increased or decreased, it will also be followed by an increase or decrease in career maturity. From the correlation value obtainedpreviously that parenting style contributed 31.8% to career maturity. This figure shows that 31.8% career maturity is determined by parents and the rest is determined by other factors.

Abstract

Pemilihan Umum (PEMILU) serentak pada tahun 2019 berbeda dengan pelaksanaan PEMILU 2014, dimana pada PEMILU tahun 2014 pemilihan anggota legisatif dan  eksekutif dilaksanakan secara terpisah namun, pada PEMILU tahun 2019 untuk pertama kalinya  pemilihan anggota legislatif dan eksekutif dilaksanakan secara serentak dalam sejarah demokrasi di Indonesia. Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) merupakan badan independen yang ditunjuk oleh negara untuk melaksanakan PEMILU dalam kurun waktu lima tahun sekali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sosialisasi KPU di Kabupaten Pasaman pada PEMILU tahun 2019 terhadap kaum difabel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah dari delapan informan yang telah di wawancarai oleh peneliti terdapat 6 orang yang sudah mengikuti sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh KPU di Kabupaten Pasaman pada tahun 2019, akan tetapi terdapat 2 orang pemilih difabel yang tidak mengikuti sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan KPU karena keterbatasan informasi. Dari 8 informan yang diwawancarai semuanya menyalurkan hak pilihnya di TPS tempat mereka berada, dalam penelitian ini KPU menggunakan dua pendekatan sosialisasi politik, yakni Teaching Perspektif dan Learning Perspektif. Sehingga, melalui dua perspektif ini diperoleh hasil yaitu terdapat upaya pemenuhan hak politik bagi penyandang disabilitas.Kata Kunci: Pemilih Disabilitas, Teaching Perspektif, Learning Perspektif.
