Abstract

Kebudayaan tradisional dapat tetap bertahan dan bersaing dengan kebudayaan modern. Salah satu faktor pendukung yang dapat mempertahankannya yakni partisipasi masyarakat melalui organisasi pelestari budaya dan seni seperti halnya sanggar. Sanggar merupakan tempat bernaungnya kebudayaan yang ada di masyarakat. Aceh Tamiang memiliki sanggar “RAMPAI” yang merupakan akronim dari Riset Adat Melayu Peradaban Tamiang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah berdirinya Organisasi Sanggar Seni Rampai Tamiang dan peran Organisasi Sanggar Seni Rampai Tamiang dalam pelestarian kebudayaan masyarakat Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian historis terdiri dari 4 langkah yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Sumber yang digunakan adalah sumber primer berupa tuturan lisan para pelaku dan saksi sejarah yang terkait tema dan dokumen-dokumen serta dibantu dengan sumber sekunder lainnya yang berasal dari buku, jurnal dan bahan lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sejarah Organisasi Sanggar Seni Rampai berawal dari perkumpulan remaja mesjid yang dulunya mengikuti pekan remaja mesjid se-Aceh di Banda Aceh. Membawa nama Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dari Kecamatan Seruway, remaja mesjid ini menampilkan adat yang berbentuk teater. Peristiwa tersebut merupakan toggak awal munculnya ide pendirian sanggar. Setelah berjalannya waktu tepatnya tanggal 22 Agustus 2003 perkumpulan remaja mesjid ini berkembang dan menjadi Organisasi Sanggar Seni yang bernama “Rampai Tamiang” merupakan singkatan dari Riset Adat Melayu Peradaban Budaya Tamiang dan sudah dilegalkan pada tanggal 14 Juli 2014. Peranan yang dilakukan Organisasi Sanggar Seni Rampai Tamiang dalam Pelestarian Kebudayaan Masyarakat Aceh Tamiang adalah dengan menjaga, merawat, mengembangkan dan menyebarkan kepada masyarakat Aceh Tamiang melalui pelatihan, pementasan, ajang perlombaan, riset kebudayaan, dan program edukasi.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). prove the characteristics of Generation Z as the subject of character education, between theory and facts in the field, 2). find the possibility to reduce the gap between generations and unify the vision of character education, 3). formulate solutions and methods that can be applied so that the implementation of character education in schools can be more effectiveThe research method used is qualitative with phenomenology type. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The subjects of your research were junior high school students from several schools in Langsa City, Aceh and the border areas of North Sumatra. The informants who participated in this study were 44 students. Coming from 3 schools namely SMPN 2 Langsa, SMPN 3 Langsa and SMPN 1 Babalan, North Sumatra. The research was conducted in May 2021. The data validity technique used source triangulation and interactive analysis was used as a data analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of Generation Z are not fully owned by children in their early teens in research settings. In some cases, differences in character and values between teachers and students become obstacles to strengthening character education. Integrity character is the weakest character. Barriers to social relations in the development of Generation Z are caused by the fact that they are in the stage of finding their own identity and characteristics. In this situation, the teacher can take the role of guiding and providing support so that there is no gap between generations which results in culture shock between the teacher and student relationship. The initial conditions of the Z generation can be used as a reference for determining teacher efforts in obtaining keys in interpersonal relations with students and building an atmosphere that supports strengthening character education

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology in the era of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution has been a major challenge for the timing of historians. Historians are required to be increasingly cosmopolitan in the approach used. Research methods including data search and historical sources and dissemination models are expected to adapt or discover new ways. The purpose of this research is to produce a digital model with two main objectives, first allowing the availability of data banks in the form of information sources that are scientifically related to the historical motif of coastal ornaments in the eastern Aceh region. Secondly, it became a contemporary historical dissemination media. This research is based on historical studies with archaeological and anthropological approaches through the search of various decorative media. As a form of applied research, the next stage continues to develop the historical motif into a digital model that can be utilized as an alternative study of history.  Keywords: Cultural Artifacts, Digitization, Dissemination, Historical Motives, East       Aceh
