Abstract

ABSTRAKListrik adalah energi yang sangat berguna bagi masyarakat dijaman ini,dikarnakan dalam penggunaannya dapat di konversikan dengan mudah ke bentuk energi lainnya.Sistem akuisisi data dilakukan dengan pengambilan data oleh sistem monitoring daya listrik berbasis power meter digital dimana data pemakaian listrik secara realtime dapat disimpan. Sistem ini menggunakan power meter digital sebagai pembaca penggunaan listrik pada Gedung. Data yang dibaca lalu dikirimkan melalui IoT gateway ke software XAMPP yang bertugas sebagai penyimpanan data yang bisa secara langsung ditampilkan atau disimpan sementara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data konsumsi daya listrik pada Panel Sub-Distribusi, sehingga pengelola gedung dapat mengetahui penggunaan energi listrik pada setiap kelompok beban. Pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan sistem akuisisi data merekam penggunaan listrik pada panel sub-distribusi dengan indikasi pemborosan karena dioperasikan bukan pada jam operasional. Dengan memberlakukan pembatasan jam operasional, maka dapat diproyeksikan penghematan energi listrik sebesar 4898 kWh/tahun atau setara dengan Rp. 4.882.000,-. Kata Kunci :Akuisisi data, power meter digital, iot gateway, modbus rs485 ABSTRACTElectricity is energy that is very useful for society today, because when used it can be easily converted into other forms of energy. The data acquisition system is carried out by retrieving data by a digital power meter-based electric power monitoring system where real-time electricity usage data can be stored. This system uses a digital power meter as a reader of electricity usage in the building. The data that is read is then sent via the IoT gateway to the XAMPP software which functions as data storage which can be directly displayed or temporarily stored. This research aims to obtain data on electrical power consumption in the Sub-Distribution Panel, so that building managers can determine the use of electrical energy in each load group. The tests carried out showed that the data acquisition system recorded electricity usage on the sub-distribution panel with indications of waste because it was not operated during operational hours. By imposing restrictions on operational hours, it is projected that electrical energy savings will be 4898 kWh/year or the equivalent of Rp. 4,882,000,-. Keywords : Data Acquisition, digital power meter, iot gateway, modbus RS485

Abstract

Handwriting patterns are unique to each individual and can offer valuable insights into their mental health conditions, personality traits, behavioral tendencies, mindsets, and more. To effectively analyze someone's personality or solve a problem using their handwriting, it is crucial to employ suitable descriptors that accurately represent the essential information it contains. Therefore, this study aims to explore the application of invariant moments as descriptors to map personality types using the psychological technique of enneagrams in conjunction with handwriting patterns. The main procedures in this research involve pre-processing, texture-based feature extraction utilizing seven invariant moment values, and applying the chi-square similarity measure. Through testing with 49 handwriting samples and 120 reference data points, it was discovered that 42 writings were successfully and accurately mapped to their corresponding personalities, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of 85.7%. This research also reaffirms the validity of personality analysis through a system that utilizes graphological techniques, as demonstrated by a 4.1% increase in accuracy through the inclusion of invariant moment descriptors when compared to psychologist analysis.

Abstract

The period between 2004 and 2009 saw a lot of work from the office in charge of making laws (the Position Establishment Act) which produced a number of non-partisan laws for the general public. Therefore, it is detrimental to the community because it is not in line with what is generally agreed upon by the community, as stated in the Basic Regulations (1945 Constitution), which are the source and basis for the formulation of the law in question. As a result, the Constitutional Court has conducted many judicial reviews based on citizen requests. In this regard, the authors conducted a normative review and concluded that certain laws conflicted with the Uniform Unified Development Act of 1945. The Prolegnas list compiled by the DPR and the President did not always use clear, precise and consistent criteria for laws. This means that several laws enacted in the DPR for the 2004–2009 period did not meet the standards for good lawmaking set forth in Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning Establishment of Accounting Principles. Abstract

One of the subsectors of the creative economy is the culinary sector. The growth of the culinary business has a positive effect on Indonesia's economic development because it is one of the creative economy's greatest contributors to GDP. The Indonesian economy includes MSMEs, particularly those in the food industry, which are the primary players in the sector. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant influence on the Indonesian economy, notably on the MSMEs in the food industry. One of the food-related MSMEs hit by the COVID-19 epidemic is Mie Baraccung Makassar. The promotion strategy used to improve the state of MSMEs is a social media advertising strategy. Due to the widespread use of social media among internet users, it is a very successful promotional tool. Mie Baraccung Makassar uses Instagram as one of their social media platforms; however, they do not yet have a plan for developing promotional content, and their Instagram feeds are not displayed in a clean and structured manner. The purpose of this study is to develop a promotion plan for Mie Baraccung Makassar's social media material in the form of promotional content employing graphic design. The objective of this study's qualitative technique, which is detailed descriptively, is to provide a thorough description of the circumstances and events. The result of this research is graphically designed promotional content for social media. This advertising content also doubles as informational material regarding Mie Baracung Makassar's goods and services.

Abstract

Visual and speech impairment is a condition in which an individual is unable to communicate with family or society due to the inability to see and speak. The objective of this study is to develop a Braille-Mobile device that assists individuals with visual and speech disabilities in communicating remotely with family members or society using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. In this study, the method used to generate messages from the Braille-Mobile device is based on the combination of six buttons pressed on the device, which are translated into letters using the Braille code concept. The messages are then transmitted via the Blynk IoT platform from the Braille-Mobile device to the mobile devices of family members or society through the Internet network. The results of this study show that the developed Braille-Mobile device can be used to send messages in the form of the words HELP, EAT, DRINK, and DRUG to family smartphones using IoT technology with a success rate of up to 76.25% and a message transmission time ranging from 4 to 8 seconds. Furthermore, the Braille-Mobile device is also capable of receiving confirmation from family smartphones in the form of voice responses.
