Abstract

Abstract

Marketing is one of the most important instruments in doing business, because marketing is the cornerstone of buying and selling transactions. Meanwhile, in the digital era, there have been several adjustments to marketing strategies according to market needs and behavior. Snell X is a company engaged in ERP system implementation services in companies. In developing its business, Snell X needs to do digital marketing. The method that is used on this research is the analysis of the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), this analysis includes internal and external factors which then to be examined by numbers and ratings. The other tool that will be used is QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) instruments which then examined based on what is found on SWOT matrix. Through these instruments, Snell X can determine their digital marketing strategies precisely and accurately. This research helps companies to develop digital marketing that will be carried out to build a brand image for customers. This research shows the significance of product and service development in Snell X’s advertising is rather important compared to market development.

Abstract

In the midst of the growing awareness of the Indonesian people to use skincare products from various manufacturers, Company X is one of the SMEs involved in it. Skincare products are sensitive products that can have a direct impact on the wearer. The risk in the skincare business is that Company X must ensure that all materials and production processes are carried out safely and according to procedures. Meanwhile, Company X must also pay attention to maximizing existing resources, including time efficiency. Through this problem, Company X decided to implement an ERP system in its manufacturing process. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process takes place on the production side if it is implemented into the ERP system, as well as observe the benefits and challenges that will be faced by Company X. The method used in this research is qualitative with systematic review which will be described descriptively by conducting direct observations. As a result, the manufacturing process runs normally with the use of several new terms in the system, besides that several advantages are found such as cutting time and costs, however, regarding the limitation, this research only mentions time efficiency advantage. Due to the new system, the adaptation of employees and the high cost of maintaining the system will be the challenges for Company X.

Abstract

This research examines the integration of robotic C-arm technology in angiography, a critical tool for treating cardiac conditions. The robotic C-arm, which includes an X-ray tube, is essential for scanning patients during procedures. The study also investigates the associated risks, specifically in Indonesian hospitals with cardiac facilities. Angiography is used to diagnose and treat heart disease by visualizing blood vessels and facilitating catheterization procedures. However, its mobility poses hazards and can impact the process. To address potential risks, failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is utilized. Traditionally, risk assessment using risk priority numbers (RPN) is conducted, but these may not accurately reflect failures due to complex evaluating processes. To overcome this limitation, fuzzy logic is employed, enhancing risk assessment accuracy. Through this approach, twenty-seven failure modes are identified across two brands, with ten major ones prioritized using fuzzy logic. These findings facilitate the development of preventive measures to mitigate future failures and enhance patient safety during angiography in hospitals. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of robust risk management in medical equipment, particularly in dynamic environments. By integrating fuzzy logic into risk assessment, the study improves prioritization accuracy, enabling effective allocation of resources for preventive actions.

Abstract

Abstract

Employee performance represents the achievements, work capabilities, and outcomes produced by individuals in an organization. It plays a crucial role in helping companies reach their strategic goals by leveraging high-quality human resources. Performance is measured by the quality and quantity of work accomplished in alignment with an employee's responsibilities. To enhance performance, organizations require skilled and talented employees who are driven to contribute effectively. Work motivation serves as a key factor in enabling employees to perform at their best. This study explores the relationship between talent management, work motivation, on employee performance through a systematic literature review. The article aims to develop a hypothesis on the influence of these variables, providing a foundation for future research. Data sources include online academic libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other open-access research platforms. The study adopts a library research method, utilizing e-books and peer-reviewed journal articles to examine existing findings. The results indicate that both talent management and work motivation significantly impact employee performance. Effective talent management strategies contribute to better performance outcomes, while work motivation serves as a crucial driver in enhancing employee productivity and engagement.
