Abstract

[Bahasa]: Desa Pademawu Timur terletak di Kecamatan Pademawu dan dihuni oleh 6.720 jiwa pada tahun 2023. Namun, layanan informasi di Desa Pademawu Timur yang masih bersifat konvensional menghambat upaya pembangunan desa. Transformasi layanan informasi desa dari metode konvensional ke digital dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan perangkat desa melalui pelatihan desain grafis, yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari perangkat desa dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, mulai dari observasi, pengumpulan data, hingga pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi. Sebanyak 7 peserta dari perangkat desa mengikuti pelatihan ini, yang mencakup materi dasar dan lanjutan dalam desain grafis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 9 pertanyaan indikator, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam rentang 44-100%. Rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman berada pada indeks 83%, yang menandakan peningkatan kemampuan yang cukup tinggi. Tindak lanjut dari hasil pengabdian ini adalah memaksimalkan penggunaan keterampilan desain grafis oleh perangkat desa untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan perangkat desa dapat secara mandiri mengelola dan menyebarkan informasi penting melalui berbagai media digital, sehingga informasi dapat lebih cepat, akurat, dan mudah diakses oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, transformasi layanan informasi ini diharapkan dapat membawa dampak positif bagi perkembangan Desa Pademawu Timur secara keseluruhan. However, conventional information services in Pademawu Timur Village become one of the obstacles to village development. Transformation of village information services from conventional to digital is required to improve the effectiveness of information delivery to the community. This service activity aims to improve the skills and knowledge of village officials through graphic design training, which is expected to speed up and simplify the delivery of information to village communities. This program employed Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves active participation from village officials in every stage of the program (observation, data collection, to implementing training and evaluation). Seven participants from village officials were involved in this training, which focused on basic and advanced graphic design. The results show a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills. Based on the evaluation results through the pretest and post-test consisting of 9 indicator questions, there was an increase in participants' understanding and skills in the range of 44-100%. The average increase in understanding is at an index of 83%, which indicates a fairly high increase in ability. The follow-up to the results of this service is to maximise the use of graphic design by skilled village officials to increase the effectiveness of conveying information to the community. It is suggested that village officials can independently manage and disseminate important information through various digital media so that information can be faster, more accurate, and easily accessible to all levels of society. Thus, the transformation of information services is expected to impact the development of Pademawu Timur Village positively. Abstract

This study aims to uncover the meaning behind the tradition of émbu in buying and selling transactions in Madura. The study employs a phenomenological approach focusing on the understanding and meanings attributed by the individuals involved. Data were gathered through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with émbu practitioners in several traditional markets in Madura. Émbu refers to the additional gift given by sellers to buyers after a transaction. The émbu tradition reflects trading ethics and strengthens social relationships among the Madurese community. The study findings indicate that the émbu tradition holds several significant meanings for the Madurese people. Émbu is seen as a symbol of appreciation, gratitude, efforts to maintain social harmony, and a marketing method. It helps foster customer loyalty and builds trust between sellers and buyers. Émbu enhances cultural solidarity and reinforces Madurese identity amidst economic globalization. This study contributes to strengthening the role of local wisdom in social and cultural values that influence economic practices in society. It underscores the importance of preserving local wisdom in the era of globalization as a form of cultural wealth worth preserving. The uniqueness of this research lies in uncovering the various complex dimensions of the émbu tradition, which have been underexplored in previous literature.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of Islamic values and local wisdom in the Émbu tradition in Madura which is applied in trade practices. The Émbu tradition is a manifestation of cultural locality that reflects the values of honesty, trust, and togetherness, which are in line with Islamic teachings. The study used a qualitative approach with field study methods and in-depth interviews with traders in Madura who still practice this tradition. The results of the study show that the Émbu tradition not only strengthens social relations among trading communities, but also creates an ethical and harmonious trading atmosphere, which contributes to consumer trust. The integration of this tradition with Islamic values enriches trade practices, while maintaining the cultural identity of Madura. The impact of this study is to provide insight into how local traditions can support economic development based on spiritual values, while also being a model for other regions with similar traditions

Abstract

Productivity as a determining factor in achieving organizational goals, such as the batik industry to achieve goals must spur work productivity so that the performance of the batik industry increases indirectly. This study aims to determine the effect of work productivity on the industrial performance of the Klampar batik center. This research includes quantitative research. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique with sampling criteria, namely respondents who became owners and batik craftsmen, aged over 35 years with the number of batik produced in 1 month above 100 pieces of batik. The questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the ability variable on industrial performance and the morale variable on industrial performance also had a significant effect, while the self-development variable had no effect on industrial performance. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic does not reduce the ability and work spirit of batik craftsmen.

Abstract

This socialization and mentoring activity was carried out as a form of community service to increase the income of batik craftsmen in Klampar Village during the pandemic. The main objective of this activity is to provide knowledge transfer and practices related to the use of markets in marketing batik products. This is very important considering that most batik sales in Klampar Village still use traditional methods, coupled with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which requires craftsmen to avoid crowds. This community service activity was carried out through several stages, namely: supervision, preparation, implementation, evaluation, and preparation of reports. The results achieved showed a significant change in sales methods, with 93% of participants who previously made face-to-face sales in traditional markets, now switching to digital online marketing without having to meet buyers directly. In addition, 90% of participants succeeded in creating social media and marketplace accounts to market their products. Based on these results, it can be concluded that batik craftsmen feel great benefits from this community service program, because the use of digital marketing has proven to be easy, effective, and efficient and has an impact on increasing batik sales income.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Pengelolaan simpan pinjam yang efisien dan transparan menjadi tantangan utama kelompok PKK, terutama yang masih menggunakan metode manual, menyebabkan kesalahan perhitungan, keterlambatan laporan, dan kurangnya kepercayaan anggota. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan pelatihan software keuangan digital berbasis Android melalui pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), melibatkan peserta dalam identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi. Hasilnya, pelatihan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta sebesar 77%, dengan 88% mampu mengoperasikan software secara mandiri dan akurasi pencatatan mencapai 91%. Efektivitas software PKK Fintech terhadap kinerja laporan keuangan terbukti signifikan: (1) akurasi perhitungan meningkat 83% (kesalahan turun dari 30% menjadi 5%), (2) ketepatan waktu pelaporan naik 183% (dari 30% menjadi 85%), dan (3) kepercayaan anggota meningkat 38% (dari 65% menjadi 90%) dengan rata-rata efektivitas 101.3%. Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 80%, menunjukkan penerimaan yang positif. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan simpan pinjam tetapi juga memperkuat partisipasi komunitas. Kendala utama adalah keterbatasan akses teknologi dan waktu pendampingan. Untuk keberlanjutan, direkomendasikan pengembangan modul digital, pelatihan berkala, dan perluasan implementasi ke kelompok PKK lainnya. Software PKK Fintech telah terbukti sebagai solusi modern yang akuntabel dan berkelanjutan untuk transformasi digital keuangan kelompok PKK. Kata Kunci: simpan pinjam, PKK Fintech, pengelolaan PKK, pelatihan, literasi digital [English]: Efficient and transparent management of savings and loans is a significant challenge for PKK groups, especially those still using manual methods, leading to miscalculations, late reporting, and a lack of member trust. To address this, training was conducted on Android-based digital financial software through the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, involving participants in problem-solving and evaluation. As a result, the training increased participant understanding by 77%, with 88% being able to operate the software independently, and recording accuracy reaching 91%. The results demonstrated the significant effectiveness of the PKK Fintech software on financial reporting performance, as reflected in: (1) calculation accuracy increased by 83% (errors decreased from 30% to 5%), (2) reporting timeliness increased by 183% (from 30% to 85%), and (3) member trust increased by 38% (from 65% to 90%) with an average effectiveness of 101.3%. The participant satisfaction level reached 80%, indicating positive acceptance. This activity increased the efficiency of savings and loan management and strengthened community participation. The main obstacles were limited access to technology and time for mentoring. For this purpose, developing digital modules, conducting regular training, and expanding the implementation of other PKK groups is recommended. PKK Fintech software has proven to be a modern, accountable, and sustainable solution for PKK groups' digital financial transformation. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan ekonomi Pondok Pesantren Nur Ismail Blumbungan Pamekasan melalui pengembangan produk unggulan berbasis potensi lokal, yaitu Emping Tette Koin Premium, dalam model One Product One Pesantren (OPOP). Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan intensif keterampilan produksi, manajemen mutu, pengemasan, manajemen dokumen, serta pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta mampu menguasai keterampilan produksi sesuai standar SOP dengan capaian di atas 85%, meskipun sebagian kecil masih memerlukan pendampingan tambahan. Uji mutu produk memperlihatkan kualitas yang cukup baik, terutama pada aspek kebersihan, dengan rekomendasi perbaikan pada aspek warna dan ketebalan. Kemampuan pengemasan juga dinilai tinggi dengan tingkat kesesuaian 88,9–96%, meski variasi antar batch masih ditemukan. Dari sisi manajemen dokumen, 72% peserta telah memenuhi standar, sedangkan sisanya masih memerlukan pembinaan lebih lanjut. Pengetahuan pemasaran peserta meningkat secara signifikan, dengan sebagian besar mencapai kenaikan di atas 30%, meskipun terdapat peserta dengan capaian rendah di bawah 25% yang perlu perhatian khusus. Tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program juga sangat baik, berada pada rentang 4,45–4,63 dari skala 5, menandakan kegiatan diterima dengan baik. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas teknis, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan wirausaha peserta, sekaligus memperkuat branding pesantren melalui produk emping premium. Model OPOP ini terbukti efektif mendorong kemandirian finansial dan layak direplikasi pada pesantren lain dengan potensi serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kasus pelaporan keuangan PT Garuda Indonesia dari perspektif etika profesi dan etika bisnis. Kasus ini menarik perhatian publik karena melibatkan manipulasi laporan keuangan oleh perusahaan milik negara (BUMN), yang berdampak pada kepercayaan stakeholder, termasuk pemerintah, investor, dan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan fraud yang dilakukan oleh PT Garuda Indonesia melanggar prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis seperti kejujuran, transparansi, dan tanggung jawab sosial, serta bertentangan dengan kode etik profesi akuntan yang mencakup integritas, objektivitas, kehati-hatian profesional, dan perilaku profesional. Pelanggaran ini mengindikasikan lemahnya penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance dan perlunya penguatan sistem pengawasan serta akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan BUMN.

Abstract

Abstract: Someone's involvement in budgeting will create a budgetary slack. This article aims to analyze the effect of budgetary participation and information asymmetry on budgetary slack. This type of research includes quantitative research, the focus of which will be directed at budgetary participation and information asymmetry in private universities in Pamekasan. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using statistical tests such as data quality tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted, which means that there was a significant influence between budgetary participation and budgetary slack. For the second hypothesis it is also accepted that there is a significant influence between information asymmetry on budgetary slack. The third hypothesis is tested simultaneously, the results are budgetary participation and information asymmetry together can create a larger budgetary slack.
