Abstract

Pamekasan beach area is very varieties in forms of language. They used more than one various form. This jargon used to make simple when they speak or interact each other. Thus it is clear that the language is not monolithic, not only in one form, but in various forms. Languages that are still within the scope of the same language system (langue) are called language variants. The phenomenon of language other than can be observed as a phenomenon of system or language structure can be observed as a social phenomenon. As a social phenomenon, the use of language in society is influence for understanding in what they speak or what they purpose. In relation to the above matter in this study the researchers further study it through the title of research "Madura language Jargon in the beach area of pamekasan)". Descriptive qualitative method is the method of this research. Analyzing the data by describing the words or sentences based on the the category and after that deciding the conlusion. In this research the techniques are, first, Techniques of data collection, for grouping the technique by focus on the research. and second, Technique of data anaysis. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of Madura language jargon in the beach area of pamekasan of is quite a lot, this can be proved by the existence of some words that is fifty three of nouns, thirty one of verbs, and thirty four of adjectives. The conclusion is the jargon often used in the beach area, especially in Pamekasan. Because they used a simple word or sentence in their daily activities. For them, they used it for making simple or easy to understand in the communication.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know whether English song can improve the students’ vocabulary at fifth Grade of SDN Tanjung I Pademawu. The result of the data analysis proved that the value of t-test (tobs is 8,742 and ttable is 2,021). It means that tobs is higher than ttable(8,742>2,021). Based on the criteria for testing hypothesis was if the value of t obtained is higher than t table at significant level 0,05 the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and hypothesis alternative (HI) is accepted. The researcher came to conclusion that “there was significant Influence of English Song Toward Students’ Vocabulary Mastery and students’ motivation at the fifth Grade of SDN Tanjung I Pademawu.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of speaking practice with native speakers on the English-speaking skills of students at SMPN 1 Pamekasan. It investigates how direct interactions with native speakers affect linguistic fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in speaking. Using a mixed-method approach, the research collected data through observations, interviews, and performance evaluations of eighth-grade students actively involved in speaking activities with native speakers. The findings reveal that regular interaction with native speakers significantly enhances students’ speaking abilities, particularly in pronunciation accuracy and conversational competence. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the role of authentic language practice in boosting student engagement and motivation in learning English. These results underscore the potential benefits of integrating native speaker interactions into English language teaching programs to improve students' speaking proficiency.

Abstract

The educational program “Strengthening Awareness of Rights and Obligations through an Educational Program at Class IIA Pamekasan Narcotics Prison” aims to improve the understanding of prisoners regarding their rights and obligations in the context of prison guidance. Implemented at Class IIA Pamekasan Narcotics Prison, the program integrates a participatory-based educational approach with materials covering basic rights, legal protection, and responsibilities as prisoners. Methods used include lectures, group discussions, and case simulations, with evaluation conducted through surveys and interviews. The results of the program showed a significant increase in prisoners' awareness of their rights and obligations, as well as positive changes in behavior and participation in prison activities. Challenges encountered include limited resources and initial resistance from some participants. However, the success of this program shows great potential for improving the quality of rehabilitation in prisons. Recommendations for similar programs include improved educational materials and adaptation for other prisons to expand the positive impact. This program makes an important contribution to the development of more effective and humane coaching practices in prison settings.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation and results of leadership and management training for the officials of a Santri organization in Ponpes Al-Amien Bugih Pamekasan, Indonesia. The program was conducted to improve the leadership and management skills of Santri organization officials in order to enhance their organizational performance and prepare them for future careers. The training method used in this program was a combination of lectures, discussions, case studies, and simulations, with the aim of providing participants with practical knowledge and skills.The results of the program showed significant improvements in the leadership and management skills of Santri organization officials, including their ability to communicate effectively, manage resources efficiently, and make strategic decisions. Moreover, the program also had a positive impact on the organization's performance, such as increasing the number of members, improving the quality of organizational activities, and enhancing the organization's reputation in the community.The success of the program can be used as an example for other educational institutions to adopt similar programs to enhance the leadership and management skills of their students or santri. However, there are also challenges that need to be addressed, such as limited resources and lack of support from authorities. Collaborative efforts and continuous innovation are needed to overcome these challenges and improve the quality of the training program. In conclusion, the leadership and management training for Santri organization officials in Ponpes Al-Amien Bugih Pamekasan provides significant benefits for participants, organizations, the workforce, and the community as a whole. The program's success and continued improvement can contribute to the advancement of education and leadership and management skills in Indonesia.
