Abstract

Krebet Sugar Factory (PG) located in Bululawang Malang, East Java is one of the large-scale sugar processing industries. It produces large amounts of sugar cane filter cake (437 Ton / day). Sugar cane filter cake containing organic compound such as C, H, and O. However, the utilization of sugar cane filter cake still low. Since it included in the category of organic waste then it potentially to be utilized as biogas raw material through anaerobic fermentation process. Therefore the research to determine optimum conditions of fermentation is urgently needed. In order to be part of that purposes this study aimed to obtained characteristic of sugar cane filter cake from Krebet Sugar factory and make established a small-scale fermentor. The result of the preliminary research were shown thath by using a 3 kilogram fermentor the methane gas or biogas produced in 21 days of fermentation. In order to optimize the rate of gas production fermentor scale up is needed. Therefore, a 20 kilogram scale fermentor was builded completed with a gas volume measuring and gas flame test devices. Based on those result sugar cane filter cake from Krebet Sugar Factory has promising result to be processed to be a biogas.. In addition, it can provide an alternative energy option for the factory in the implementation of Clean Production and provide opportunities to increase the efficiency production. Keywords : Disposal, Biogas Production, Business Development Abstrak: Krebet Sugar Factory (PG) yang terletak di Bululawang Malang, Jawa Timur adalah salah satu industri pengolahan gula skala besar. Ini memproduksi sejumlah besar kue filter karet (437 ton / hari). Kue filter karet mengandung senyawa organik seperti C, H, dan O. Namun, penggunaan filter kue karet masih rendah. Karena termasuk dalam kategori limbah organik maka itu berpotensi untuk digunakan sebagai bahan baku biogas melalui proses fermentasi anaerob. Oleh karena itu, penelitian untuk menentukan kondisi optimum fermentasi sangat dibutuhkan. Untuk menjadi bagian dari tujuan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh karakteristik kue filter cangkir gula dari pabrik Krebet Sugar dan membuat didirikan sebuah fermentor skala kecil. Hasil penelitian awal menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan fermentor 3 kilogram gas metana atau biogas yang diproduksi dalam 21 hari fermentasi. Untuk mengoptimalkan tingkat produksi gas fermentor skala up diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, sebuah fermentor skala 20 kilogram dibangun lengkap dengan pengukuran volume gas dan perangkat uji api gas. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, kue filter karet dari Krebet Sugar Factory memiliki hasil yang menjanjikan untuk diproses menjadi biogas. Selain itu, dapat memberikan pilihan energi alternatif untuk pabrik dalam implementasi Produksi Bersih dan memberikan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Abstract

KSPPS NURI JATIM Pasongsngan Branch is a sharia-based savings and loan cooperative that provides various products, mudharabah, murabahah, musyarakah, wadiah, and Ar-rahn. Geographical factors that require people to do business make Ar-Rahn's products the most attractive to members, because Ar-Rahn will prepare financing funds on the condition that members bring valuable items, such as motorbike/car BPKB, land certificates, and also gold , as collateral for the financing. Therefore the purpose of writing this article is to find out the service mechanism, prevention efforts, and ways to resolve disputes between members and cooperatives. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method obtained from books, journals, and interviews with employees of KSPPS NURI JATIM, Pasongsongan Branch. The results obtained were that in preventing disputes using character analysis and economic ability as evidenced by conducting a survey, while the settlement used non-litigation negotiation theory, with the initial step of making a visit followed by forming a SUS TEAM with the permission of KSPPS NURI JATIM Center.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application and utilization of small philanthropy and analyze the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on small philanthropy at LAZISMU Pamekasan. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach method, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, the analysis of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in small philanthropy at LAZISMU Pamekasan is as follows: (1) The application of small philanthropy in LAZISMU Pamekasan has two models, namely piggy banks and student donors; (2) There are three aspects in its utilization, namely the religious aspect, social aspects, and education aspect; (3) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of children's philanthropy in three pillars, namely social, environmental, and economic.

Abstract

The use of digital technology has permeated various aspects of daily life, even in remote villages such as Desa Larangan Luar Pamekasan. In addition to providing significant benefits, these technological advances also bring new challenges related to privacy and data security. This research aims to raise awareness of digital law and privacy protection in Larangan Luar Village through a structured educational approach. Involving village youth as the main target group, the community service programme included digital law education sessions, workshops on digital privacy and security, and interactive discussion forums. Pre- and post-programme surveys showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital law, with an average increase of around 35%. In addition, the evaluation also revealed that approximately 85% of participants had adopted new digital security practices after participating in the programme.

Abstract

This community development programme (PKM) aims to improve the economic welfare of the community through participatory and empowerment approaches. Bugih Village, located in Pamekasan Sub-district, Pamekasan Regency, has the potential of natural resources that have not been optimally utilised and faces economic problems such as unemployment and low income. The programme began with the identification of local problems and potential, followed by activity planning and targeting of participants. The methods used include training in entrepreneurial skills, mentoring micro-enterprises, and providing access to capital, with active involvement of the community in each stage. The results of the programme show a significant impact on the community's economy, including an increase in income and a decrease in the unemployment rate. Residents who previously relied on informal employment are now able to run more productive micro-enterprises. The training and mentoring provided improved the technical skills and business knowledge of the community, enabling them to manage their businesses more effectively and compete in the market. The assisted micro-enterprises experienced increased production and sales, and gained better access to capital and technology. Analyses show the effectiveness of the participatory approach and empowerment strategies, despite barriers such as limited access to capital and resistance to change from some communities. Enabling factors for success include local government support and active participation of residents. The implications of the programme include strengthened social solidarity and improved local economic capacity, with the expectation that continued support from various parties will ensure the sustainability of the programme and a positive long-term impact on the well-being and economic independence of the community in Kelurahan Bugih.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of participatory leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervention variable at PT Rahayu Perdana Trans. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire to 150 respondents which is then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis in this study is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of respondents and an overview of research variables, while quantitative analysis conducted by SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) will be used to test the hypothesis in this study. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be seen that participatory leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, participatory leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, participatory leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and participatory leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Nowadays, for an organization or company at this time, it can be said that human resources have an important role or function. Fatmawati Central General Hospital (RSUP) is a government-owned hospital located in South Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati with the work environment as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati. The number of respondents in this take a look at amounted to seventy-seven respondents. In this study, the method for analyzing data was using the Structural Equation Model-SEM with SmartPLS-Partial Least Square. In this research, the method for analyzing data uses Structural Equation Model-SEM with SmartPLS-Partial Least Square. Based on the research test, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on each hypothesis, namely leadership on the work environment, motivation on the work environment, leadership on performance, motivation on performance. The workplace is able to mediate the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati.

Abstract

The educational program “Strengthening Awareness of Rights and Obligations through an Educational Program at Class IIA Pamekasan Narcotics Prison” aims to improve the understanding of prisoners regarding their rights and obligations in the context of prison guidance. Implemented at Class IIA Pamekasan Narcotics Prison, the program integrates a participatory-based educational approach with materials covering basic rights, legal protection, and responsibilities as prisoners. Methods used include lectures, group discussions, and case simulations, with evaluation conducted through surveys and interviews. The results of the program showed a significant increase in prisoners' awareness of their rights and obligations, as well as positive changes in behavior and participation in prison activities. Challenges encountered include limited resources and initial resistance from some participants. However, the success of this program shows great potential for improving the quality of rehabilitation in prisons. Recommendations for similar programs include improved educational materials and adaptation for other prisons to expand the positive impact. This program makes an important contribution to the development of more effective and humane coaching practices in prison settings.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of the presidential system on political stability in Indonesia, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced in the contemporary context. In recent years, changing political dynamics and social mobilisation through digital media have influenced patterns of political participation and polarity in society. Through qualitative and quantitative analyses, this research reveals that Indonesia's presidential system, while providing strong executive power, is often hampered by issues of political polarity and party fragmentation. The findings suggest that increased public participation, particularly among youth, is key in maintaining political stability. The research also identifies recent case studies that show how public policies that are responsive to people's aspirations can strengthen government legitimacy and create consensus among different political groups. The implications of this research suggest that policy makers need to consider structural reforms in the political system to address existing challenges and facilitate broader public engagement. Thus, political stability can be maintained in the face of the complexity of dynamic social change in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: Mudharabah agreement is an agreement between two parties where the bank acts as the manager and custumer as the capital owner, the profit obtained will e shared according tho the agreement, if there is a loss, it will e fully borne by the owner of the capital, the manager only bears the loss of the business and and work only. this study ains to determine how the application of the mudharabah contract to the savings product in KSSPPS NURI JATIM and whether the application of the mudharabah contract to the saving products is in accordance with sharia.With this study, the author will provide an overview of the implementation of the mudharabah contract on savings products and see what is in theory with those apllied in banks, this study uses qualitative methods, namely a method by analyzing the results of research that produces descriptive analysis data. In addition, data collection was carried out by direct interviews at KSPPS NURI JATIM CAB.SOKOBANAH II, NURI JATIM Customer and Islamic Economics Academics. The result of the study are savings products at NURI JATIM using the mudharabah mutlaqah contract, with a profit ratio of 25:75 (25 for customer and 75 for bank). The application of mudharabah contract apllied at NURI JATIM can be seen from the aspect of profit ratio in accordance sharia, because the ratio from the beginning has been determined by the bank.
