Abstract

Bronchopneumonia is an inflammation of the respiratory tract that occurs from the bronchi to the alveoli. Bronchopneumonia is more common in young children and infants and is usually caused by the bacteria Streptococcus pneumonia and Hemofilus influenza. The aim of this study is to determine the nursing care and appropriate intervention for patients with a diagnosis of bronchopneumonia. The design of this research is a case study with a nursing process approach. The sample in this study was a child with the initials "A.". The research was carried out at the Flamboyan Kleas 3A RSUD Batara Siang nursing room in Pangkep district in 2023. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research instrument uses the form of childcare foster care. The approach to the nursing process carried out by the researchers includes phases: the investigation of the researcher in collecting data, both from the patient and the patient's family and from the health care provider; performing nurses' diagnoses; nursed interventions; and implementation and evaluation of the nursery. The results of the evaluation in patients with Bronchopneumonia with a nursing diagnosis were: ineffective breathing patterns associated with depression of the respiratory center and inefficient breathing pathway cleanliness related to obstruction of the airway that occurred over three days as a whole. The conclusions obtained indicate the evolution of the patient's condition before and after the implementation. During the treatment, the family is expected to help in the healing process of the client by participating in the implementation of a nursing orphanage.

Abstract

The final project is one of the main requirements for studenst to obtain a graduation degree. However, some students are not psychologically prepared to face it, leading to anxiety disorders. Anxiety is a state that can cause someone to feel uncomfortable, restless, afraid, worried, and uneasy, accompanied by various physical symptoms. anxiety also refers to a person's subjective feelings of tension, fear, nervousness, and worry. The high level of anxiety makes a person's normal life difficult, such as disrupting activities and social life. Anxiety is one of the various types of emotional and behavioral disorders. The purpose of this research is to determine the Description of the Anxiety Level of Final Year Students in the D-III Nursing Education Program. This research method uses Descriptive Quantitative with a population of all final-year students from the 2022 cohort at the Yapenas 21 Maros Nursing Academy campus. The research results show that the majority of respondents experienced moderate anxiety levels at 60%, students who experienced mild anxiety levels at 26.7%, and students who experienced severe anxiety levels at 13.3%. It can be concluded that the majority of final-year students from the 2022 cohort of the D-III Nursing Education program at the Yapenas 21 Maros Nursing Academy are at a moderate level when facing their final scientific writing task (KTI).

Abstract

Kehamilan usia dini merupakan kehamilan di bawah umur 20 tahun yang disebabkan adanya pergaulan bebas akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi, rendahnya peran orang tua serta adanya pengaruh sosial budaya. Kehamilan usia dini dapat berisiko tinggi terhadap keguguran, infeksi, keracunan kehamilan, kematian ibu, serta masalah perkembangan dan pertumbuhan janin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang kehamilan usia dini. Teknik pengambil sampel dengan random sampling dan diperoleh jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 32 siswi. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh 50,0% subjek memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup, sedangkan dalam hal sikap 81,75% subjek telah memiliki sikap positif terhadap upaya pencegahan kehamilan usia dini. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan mayoritas subjek masih dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan dalam hal sikap sebagian besar subjek telah mendukung upaya pencegahan kehamilan usia dini.

Abstract

Perawatan paliatif merupakan pendekatan yang berfokus pada perawatan kesehatan serta kenyamanan pasien yang mengalami penyakit serius, kronis, atau terminal dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan memberikan dukungan yang holistik kepada pasien serta keluarganya. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa keperawatan terhadap keperawatan paliatif. Populasi dan subjek berjumlah 37 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik total sampling yakni, seluruh mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi D3 Keperawatan Akademi Keperawatan Yapenas 21 Maros yang telah mengambil mata ajar keperawatan paliatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2023 dengan menggunakan kuesioner The Palliative Care Quiz for Nursing (PCQN) yang telah dikembangkan dengan skala Guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang keperawatan paliatif masih dalam kategori cukup (83,78%). Oleh karena itu, pengembangan mata kuliah keperawatan paliatif masih perlu dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman serta kemampuan mahasiswa terhadap keperawatan paliatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk e-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning yang layak digunakan serta menunjukkan respon guru dan peserta didik terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dibatasi sampai tahap development. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu e-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning pada materi reaksi redoks yang diujikan kepada 2 guru kimia dan 48 peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Lembar penilaian kelayakan, angket respon guru dan peserta didik digunakan sebagai alat pengumpul data. Hasil dari penilaian kelayakan materi, kegrafikan dan kebahasaan secara berturut-turut adalah 94,1%, 95,4% dan 90,8% termasuk kriteria sangat layak. Hasil respon guru dinyatakan bahwa e-LKPD termasuk kriteria sangat baik dengan persentase rata-rata 87,8%. Hasil respon peserta didik uji perseorangan 74,7% kriteria baik, uji kelompok kecil 76,5% kriteria baik dan uji lapangan 83,4% termasuk kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan data hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Laerning dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran kimia, khususnya pada materi reaksi redoks.

Abstract

Using inorganic fertilizers can increase crop productivity, but excessive and continuous use can degrade soil and cause environmental pollution. To overcome this problem, compost from lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) leaves can be an environmentally friendly alternative solution. This activity aims to explain the process of making lamtoro leaf compost and its impact on soil fertility and plant growth. Through this activity, organic fertilizer has been produced in the form of compost from lamtoro leaves and wood dust, which is suitable for use as fertilizer. The manufacturing process includes collection, chopping, mixing with an organic activator, and fermentation until the compost is mature. From this activity, students can gain a direct understanding of compost production and the importance of using local organic materials for sustainable agriculture.
