Abstract

study explores the development strategy for transforming Munggu Beach in Badung Regency into a child-friendly tourism destination, a unique approach given that most beaches are not designed with children in mind. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the management and local stakeholders, as well as direct observation. The findings were then analyzed descriptively. The research identifies four key strategies for developing the beach as an appealing destination for families. First, Munggu Beach should not be a typical beach but should be specifically designed to accommodate children's needs, which would enhance its attractiveness and profitability. Second, due to its location facing the Indian Ocean, the beach's large waves could be leveraged for child-friendly surfing experiences, with appropriate equipment rentals provided. Third, while the coral on the beach can be a safety hazard, coral exploration packages could be developed that cater to children, offering educational and interactive experiences while fostering a love for the sea and its biodiversity. Lastly, the research highlights the need for a prominent sign at the entrance to the beach, coupled with a strong social media presence for promotion. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on adapting a natural coastal environment for child tourism, a segment often neglected in beach development strategies. The urgency of this research is underscored by the growing demand for family-oriented destinations. This study contributes to the field by providing actionable recommendations for creating a child-friendly tourism hub at Munggu Beach, which can attract more visitors, increase profitability, and promote sustainable tourism practices.

Abstract

Desa Munggu telah ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata melalui Peraturan Bupati Badung Nomor 47 Tahun 2010 tentang Penetapan Kawasan Desa Wisata di Kabupaten Badung. Pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Badung cenderung lebih menonjolkan keindahan alam, suasana pedesaan, dan keaslian sosial budaya masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pengembangan potensi Desa Wisata Munggu sebagai daya tarik wisata berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengembangan potensi Desa Wisata Munggu sebagai daya tarik wisata berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Wisata Munggu, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif kristis dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung atau observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi pengembangan Desa Wisata Munggu didukung dengan daya tarik wisata (attraction) yang terdiri dari daya tarik wisata alam, budaya, spiritual, dan minat khusus, fasilitas pndukung pariwisata, aksesibilitas yang cukup memadai, dan kelembagaan yang mendukung pariwisata di Desa Wisata Munggu.

Abstract

Pendekatan sastra dan pariwisata dikenal dengan istilah literary tourism. Karya sastra yang diasumsikan sebagai tulisan bergenre travel writing menyerupai buku panduan pariwisata yang menarasikan rute perjalanan daya tarik wisata alam dan budaya melalui kata-kata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek narasi pariwisata mengenai daya tarik wisata di kawasan pariwisata Ubud dalam karya sastra novel. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan sastra pariwisata / literary tourism dengan penekanan pada tema, latar tempat, dan aspek pariwisata yang dinarasikan dalam novel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis teks cerita dalam novel yang menggunakan latar tempat di Ubud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar tempat dalam cerita novel Eat, Pray, Love karya Elizabeth Gilbert, Perahu Kertas Karya Dee Lestari, Di Bawah Langit Yang Sama karya Helga Rif, Jangan Sisakan Nasi dalam Piring karya Baby Ahnan, Angin Bersyair karya Andrei Laksana, Monkey Forest Ubud, Eat, Play, Leave karya Jenny Jusuf menarasikan daya tarik wisata alam, budaya, spiritual, wellness, dan kuliner di kawasan pariwisata Ubud. Karya sastra novel yang mengambil latar tempat di kawasan pariwisata Ubud ini tidak hanya sarat akan cerita dengan pesan moral yang ingin disampaikan penulisnya, tetapi juga mengandung unsur promosi daya tarik wisata, pengenalan tradisi dan budaya, serta mengajak pembaca berimajinasi ke tempat-tempat wisata sehingga memungkinkan adanya ketertarikan untuk berkunjung ke tempat-tempat wisata yang diceritakan dalam novel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pemanfaatan lapangan bali united training center sebagai media promosi dan bagaimana komentar netizen di akun Instagram @AFCASIAN CUP di Pantai purnama gianyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data sekunder melalui pengumpulan data komentar netizen di akun Instagram @AFCASIANCUP dan di analisis menggunakan analisis konten. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lapangan bali united training center siap untuk digunakan dalam ajang kegiatan olahraga selain sepak bola untuk meningkatkan citra pariwisata olahraga di Bali, pengikut dari akun Instagram @AFCASIANCUP sangat melihat lingkungan yang ada di lapangan bali united training center, mereka melihat bahwa lapangan ini adalah lapangan satu satunya yang di level asia yang memiliki lapangan di tepi Pantai Purnama Gianyar. terbatas pada pemanfaatan lapangan apa saja yang diambil selain pertandingan sepak bola dalam melakukan promosi dan mempertahankan dalam meneruskan masukan masukan positif untuk mengelola lapangan tersebut. Kedepannya, diperlukan juga admin Instagram dari pemerintah provinsi dan pemerintah dinas pariwisata gianyar untuk membantu promosi karena saat ini belum ada membuat postingan tentang promosi sport event  apa saja yang bisa di lakukan di lapangan bali united training center  selain pertandingan sepak bola.

Abstract

Tempat wisata di perdesaan dalam pengembangannya sering kali menghadapi masalah terkait kebersihan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan usaha untuk meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan di lokasi wisata desa. Salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah melalui kegiatan pembersihan lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Petak diharapkan membantu masyarakat dalam rangka menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan kelestarian lingkungan sekitarnya serta dapat mendukung dalam pengembangan wisata desa. Metode pengabdian mencakup observasi untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan terkait kondisi lingkungan dalam pengembangan wisata desa di Desa Petak. Selanjutnya disusun kegiatan untuk melaksanakan aksi bersih lingkungan. Sebelum pelaksanaan aksi bersih lingkungan, tim KKN berkoordinasi dengan Pokdarwis dan tokoh masyarakat terkait jadwal kegiatan dan peralatan yang dipergunakan. Aksi bersih lingkungan melibatkan tim KKN yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan dosen pendamping, Pokdarwis, generasi muda yang tergabung dalam organisasi sekeha teruna-teruni, dan masyarakat.  Partisipan dalam kegiatan aksi bersih lingkungan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kebersamaan dan memperkuat jiwa gotong royong. Hasil kegiatan berdampak dalam mendukung pengembangan wisata desa di Desa Petak dimana lingkungan menjadi lebih tertata, rapi dan bersih. Terjalinnya kerja sama antara tim KKN dengan Pokdarwis, masyarakat dan generasi muda Desa Petak dalam membersihkan area wisata. Masyarakat dan generasi muda semakin peduli untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan Program Indonesian Arts and Culture Scholarship di Sanggar Seni Semarandana pra dan post pandemi Covid–19. Pendekatan penelitian yang relevan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya persamaan dan perbedaan dalam pelaksanaan Program Beasiswa Seni dan Budaya Indonesia pra dan post pandemi Covid–19. Pelaksanaan Program Beasiswa Seni dan Budaya Indonesia di Sanggar Seni Semarandana yang diselenggarakan sejak tahun 2003 hingga 2019 berlangsung secara tatap muka. Munculnya wabah pandemi Covid–19 menyebabkan pelaksanaan Beasiswa Seni dan Budaya Indonesia pada tahun 2020 ditiadakan. Seiring berjalannya waktu, Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia bersama sanggar mitra mulai beradaptasi dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid–19 dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Pelaksanaan Program Beasiswa Seni dan Budaya Indonesia pada tahun 2021–2022 dilaksanakan secara virtual dengan menggunakan platform Zoom Meeting.

Abstract

Munggu Tourism Village is one of the villages developed as a community-based tourism village or known as Community Based Tourism (CBT), which is a tourism activity that involves the participation of local communities in the management and development of tourism villages. This study analyzes the role of stakeholders in the development of Munggu Tourism Village and the steps taken in preparing the right strategies and programs for maintaining the sustainability of tourist attractions in Munggu Badung Tourism Village. This study aims to determine the role of stakeholders in the development of Munggu Tourism Village as a sustainable tourist attraction. The approach in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the involvement of stakeholders in the planning and development of Munggu Tourism Village is the main thing to realize sustainable tourism both in the economic, socio-cultural and natural / environmental fields.

Abstract

Tourism villages in their development must have a good marketing strategy. Many tourist villages are not developing and progressing because the management and marketing aspects are not carried out properly. The development of a tourist village through an annual event strategy is one of the strategies carried out by independent tourism villages such as the Penglipuran Tourism Village. This study aims to examine the marketing strategy of Penglipuran Tourism Village through an annual event. Two objects that will be studied in the event are event management and marketing strategy. A qualitative approach is the method used in this study. The in-depth interview technique is a technique used to search for data in depth with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is good event management carried out by the committee which consists of aspects of research, design, planning, coordinating and evaluating. The eight elements of the marketing mix are also applied in the event marketing strategy, such as product, price, place, promotion, people, packaging, programming and partnership aspects. Penglipuran Village Festival as an annual event is managed independently based on the community and is consistently carried out every year. This event has a good impact on the existence of tourism village branding, and provides economic, socio-cultural and environmental welfare benefits.

Abstract

Penglipuran Tourism Village is an independent tourist village that has been developing since 1993. In its development, tourist behavior is very important to know. Two important aspects that must be known are tourist satisfaction and loyalty. In tourism marketing studies, there are many aspects that influence satisfaction and loyalty, including tourist motivation and destination attributes. Analyzing tourist behavior is very important as an evaluation step and a sustainable marketing strategy. The aims of this research are 1) to analyze the influence of motivation and destination attributes on tourist satisfaction, 2) to analyze the influence of motivation and destination attributes on tourist loyalty, 3) to analyze the influence of tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty. This research was designed using quantitative methods which aim to analyze the size of the correlation and causal relationship between variables and justify the significance of each hypothesis. One hundred domestic tourists who have visited are the samples in this study. The sample was determined using accidental sampling by distributing questionnaires online via Google Form. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The research results show that 1) motivation does not have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Destination attributes have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, 2) motivation does not have a significant effect on tourist loyalty. Destination attributes do not have a significant effect on tourist loyalty, 3) tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on tourist loyalty. Through the findings of this research, it can be used as reference material for sustainable marketing in looking at the behavior of domestic tourists who visit the Penglipuran Tourism Village.

Abstract

This research has a background problem including, the fluctuating cost of room occupancy rate every month. Therefore, the author raised the title of the study about the role of room attendant in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms at Hotel U Paasha Seminyak Bali. The method used is descriptive qualitative as for the research objectives to determine the role of the room attendant in maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms, to find out the obstacles faced by the room attendant in maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms, to find out the efforts made by the room attendant in maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms at the U Paasha hotel. Seminyak Bali. The results of this study are room attendants are able to complete work during high season by looking for daily workers and carrying out inventory every month to find out supplies of tools and materials and if there is a shortage of linen the room attendant will report to the supervisor that there is a shortage of linen and the supervisor immediately reports to the executive housekeeper. Obtained from primary data and secondary data. Using research instruments to improve research results. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Also using data analysis techniques. The technique of presenting the results of the analysis where the presentation of the results of this analysis aims to fully clarify what can be obtained at the hotel.
