Abstract

Jungsemi Village is one of the villages located in Kangkung District, Kendal Regency, Central Java which has resource potential, especially agricultural products in the form of corn. The Community Service Team from the University of PGRI Semarang strives to empower the potential in the village through training activities for making semprong made from corn flour produced by local communities, as well as simple product packaging training and followed by online marketing training activities using applications and media social. This activity was attended by community partners, namely PKK Jungsemi Village women for several stages. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the skills of the partner community of more than 80% based on the survey results and the community was considered very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. To support the sustainability of this program, the service team continues to monitor and evaluate post-service activities by monitoring partner activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Aktivitas Fisik Anak Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Godong Kabupaten Grobogan Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan one shot case study menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 20 guru PJOK se-Kecamatan Godong. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru PJOK sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Godong tetap membimbing dan menghimbau siswanya agar tetap melaksanakan kegiatan fisik di rumah dengan cara memperkenalkan kegiatan fisik melalui catatan, poster dan video. Guru juga selalu memberikan masukan mengenai apa yang sebenarnya telah siswa lakukan. Tidak hanya itu, Guru juga membuat umpan balik kepada siswa dalam bentuk catatan, aplikasi smartphone dan video agar para siswa tertarik untuk melaksanakan kegiatan fisik di rumah. Hal ini sesuai dengan kebijakan pemerintah yang terdapat pada surat Edaran Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Pendidikan Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran daring / jarak jauh. kondisi kesehatan dan mental guru PJOK di Kecamatan Godong terbilang baik. Pola hidup sehat yang tidak dilakukan akan mengakibatkan berbagai gangguan kesehatan jasmani.

Abstract

The independent curriculum on the independent learning platform has been launched. There are not a few teachers who are not ready and have sufficient understanding to implement it, including PJOK teachers in SMA Kota Semarang where the PJOK subjects phase E (grade 10) and phase F (grades 11-12) do not yet have a flow of learning objectives and teaching modules. This PkM activity aims to provide assistance in technical guidance instilling an understanding of the independent curriculum, identifying learning outcomes, learning objectives (ATP), and Teaching Modules. The methods used are lectures, discussions, training and mentoring. Participants in the activity were PJOK SMA Semarang teachers, totaling 75 people. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher motivation and understanding as well as the ability to develop independent curriculum teaching tools.Kurikulum merdeka dalam platform merdeka belajar telah diluncurkan. Tidak sedikit guru yang  belum siap dan memiliki pemahaman yang memadai  untuk mengimplementasikannya, termasuk juga guru PJOK di SMA Kota Semarang dimana  mata pelajaran PJOK fase E (kelas 10) dan fase F (kelas 11-12) belum tersedia alur tujuan pembelajaran dan modul ajarnya. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam bimbingan teknik penanaman pemahaman kurikulum merdeka, mengidentifikasi capaian pembelajaran, alur tujuan pemnbelajaran (ATP), dan Modul Ajar. Metode yang digunakan ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru-guru PJOK SMA Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 75 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan pemahaman serta kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perangkat ajar kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

This research started from the problem of low student learning outcomes in learning PJOK 100 m running material at SD Negeri Gamer 02, East Pekalongan District. Initial observation results show that there are still 17 students who obtained learning outcomes below the KKM (75.00). By looking at this reality, it is necessary to make improvements through the implementation of an appropriate, effective and efficient PJOK learning model. Researchers attempt to overcome this problem by implementing outbound game-based PJOK learning and finding out its effect on student learning outcomes.The experimental method was used in research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research population was all students at SD Negeri Gamer 02, East Pekalongan District. The samples taken in this research were all 30 class V students. The research variables consist of the independent variable, namely PJOK learning, 100 m running material based on outbound games and the dependent variable, namely student learning outcomes. The research results were obtained through statistical tests of variables and obtained a calculated t value of 27.114 > t table 2.045 (df 29) with a significance p value of 0.000 < 0.05. Judging from the average value of student learning outcomes in PJOK learning 100 m running material, the pre-test data obtained had a mean of 71.59, then during the post-test the mean reached 76.21. The magnitude of the increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the difference in average scores, namely 4.62. From the mean difference, the percentage increase can be seen by dividing the mean difference by the post-test mean multiplied by 100%, amounting to 6.06%, so this result shows that there is a significant influence. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that learning PJOK material on 100 m running based on outbound games has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri Gamer 02, East Pekalongan District. The PJOK learning method for the 100 m running material based on outbound games has a significant influence on student learning outcomes. Choosing the right method will be able to have a maximum contribution to improving student learning outcomes. Packaging training programs that are tailored to the abilities and level of difficulty of the basic techniques being taught can provide significant changes in improving student learning outcomes.
