Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya produksi, penerimaan dan pendapatan peternak babi di Kecamatan Suluun Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode Purposive sampling, berdasarkan criteria usaha penggemukan ternak babi, lama usaha lebih dari satu tahun, dan sudah pernah menjual hasil ternak. Jumlah responden berdasarkan kriteria tersebut adalah 34 orang. Hasil analisis, total biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 312.771.666 yang terdiri dari biaya tetap (fixed cost) sebesar Rp. 6.462.500 dan biaya tidak tetap (variable cost) sebesar Rp. 306.309.166. Jumlah penerimaan di Kecamatan Suluun Tareran dari peternak babi Rp. 660.040.000 per tahun dan pendapatan berjumlah Rp. 347.268.334 pertahun. dengan rata rata kepemilikan ternak 41 ekor. Hasil dari nilai R/C Ratio yaitu 1.9 yang artinya usaha peternakan babi di kecamatan Suluun Tareran telah mencapai keuntungan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Usaha peternakan babi di Kecamatan Suluun Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan adalah usaha skala menengah dengan rata-rata kepemilikan ternak 41 ekor, dan pendapatan yang diperoleh dari usaha peternakan babi di Kecamatan Suluun Tareran sebesar Rp. 347.268.334/tahun dengan nilai R/C Ratio 1,9 yang artinya memberikan keuntungan pada peternak. Kata kunci: Biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan.

Abstract

Local beef cattle (Ongole Crossbreed) in North Sulawesi are still traditionally raised, making its product competitiveness is low. The purpose of this research is to describe the utilization of production factors increasing the competitiveness of livestock and meat commodities, conduct a feasibility study for its development, and formulate a strategy for developing its competitiveness. This qualitative-descriptive research is a case study model involving 160 respondents purposively selected as the sample. The analytical method was the feasibility test of investment criteria. The strategy formulation was divided into the input stage (to analyze internal and external factors), the matching stage (SWOT matrix and IE matrix), and the decision stage (with a Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix). The findings indicate that the production factor resources were available with investment criteria requirement and strategic priority.

Abstract

The strategy for developing local layer agribusiness in North Sulawesi addresses the gap between growing consumption needs and limited product availability. The purpose of this research is to conduct a business feasibility study and formulate a strategy for local layer business development in North Sulawesi. The result of the research states that the development strategy priorities include partnership patterns, fostering human resources (HR) breeders in an integrated manner, encouraging investment growth, increasing the productivity of local layer businesses in rural areas, improving genetic quality, developing culinary businesses, creating production facilities, encouraging the rise of local layer SMEs in the countryside, encouraging the development of science technology and digitization of local layer cultivation in rural areas, vaccination programs, and utilizing unused land for the development of intensification of chicken farming in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic feasibility of utilizing carrot juice (Daucus carota L.) as feed supplement for native chicken. The study was conducted from April to July 2019 in the Pandu Experimental Garden in North Minahasa Regency. Economic analysis in the form of income analysis to determine the income derived from the livestock business by raising native chickens. If the value of TR> TC, the livestock business is profitable, if TR = TC, the livestock business is in a BEP condition, and if TR <TC, the livestock business loses. Business feasibility analysis includes price BEP, production BEP and R / C ratio. The results showed that the utilization of carrot juice (Daucus carota L.) as a feed supplement for native chicken livestock is economically feasible to be cultivated because it provides benefits based on economic analysis of R / C value> 1 and Break Event Point that is exceeded by product income and rupiah.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to develop small-scale beef cattle in the Sub-district of Rainis, Talaud Islands Regency by analyzing the potential of existing land and animal feed, and to strive for the maintenance of cattle not not as a part-time business but rather a main business.This research was conducted in December 2019 until February 2020, in Rainis Sub-district, Talaud Islands Regency. Data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected by direct interviews with 40 respondents using a list of questions (questionnaire) and direct observation in the field. Secondary data were obtained from the Rainis District Office. The determination of the sample location of the study was determined purposively with consideration of the level of ownership of beef cattle in four villages namely Tabang Village, West Tabang Village, Bantane Village and North Bantane Village. Determination of the respondents is based on the criteria that the farmers are small-scale beef cattle farmers who have been raising cattle for more than 1 (one) year and have plantation land, and have sold cattle. Analysis of the data in this study is quantitative / statistical in order to test the hypothesis that has been set. The results showed that Rainis Sub-district, Talaud Island Regency had the potential for the development of beef cattle in terms of aspects of land availability for feed, human resources, and livestock productivity aspects of animal health, facilities and infrastructure aspects, socio-cultural aspects, economic aspects of farmers who run Coconut farming by integrating with people's beef cattle gets an average income of Rp. 41.497.742// respondent / year and aspects of market opportunities.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the integrated farming business management on Tondano Boulevard Road, which involves 1) the ability to increase household income; 2) ability to reduce the risk of crop failure; 3) the ability to provide additional employment for families; 4) the ability to improve the efficiency of resource use; 5) ability to provide food for families; 6) ability to increase land productivity; and 7) the ability to improve the welfare of farm households. This research was carried out in November 2019 to February 2020 in the Tondano Boulevard Farming Business Area in Koya Village, South Tondano Sib-district. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collected through interviews, direct observations, document studies, and literature studies. Interviews and observations were made on informants namely farmers and village government as many as 10 people who were chosen purposively. Document studies include Minahasa in Figures 2018 and literature studies including journal articles. This research used qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the Integrated Farming Business Management on Tondano Boulevard Road was quite optimal including 1) able to increase the income of farmer households, namely farmers doing farming by planting rice, some were raising livestock and there were farmers who used part of their land to open a restaurant business, or rent out part of his farm to become a restaurant. 2) able to reduce the risk of crop failure through various businesses such as raising livestock, using part of the land for a place of business and renting part of the land as a place of business so that it can reduce the risk if there is no income due to crop failure. 3) able to provide additional employment for farming families, namely farmers who own agricultural land on Tondano Boulevard Road, in addition to being farmers who take care of their fields, they also have additional businesses such as raising livestock and use some of their land as a place of business such as restaurants. The existence of a side business has created job opportunities. 4) able to improve the efficient use of resources, namely farmers who utilize all available resources, energy, machinery and water that make rice planted will produce higher quality of rice. 5) enables farmers to provide food for their families, namely farmers who have agricultural land on Tondano Boulevard Road, most of them have enough income to provide food for their families. 6) able to increase land productivity that is able to manage their farming so that land productivity and farmers' income will increase. 7) able to improve the welfare of farmers' households. that is, farmers are able to meet their clothing needs, are able to obtain adequate housing, are able to access health services, and are able to gain access to education.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to analyze business management based on business methods and the effect of capital on the profits of MSME restaurants. This research was conducted in March to June 2019 in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. The selection of respondents is done deliberately (purposive sampling). Primary data collection was carried out by interviewing 50 SME restaurant business owners. Secondary data were obtained from related agencies and journal articles. The analysis is carried out by analyzing the capital management of the profits of the restaurant business (business method of business) per year and analyzing the effect of capital on profits affected by costs and revenues (using SPSS Ver.22). The results showed that the capital and wealth per year, the smallest amounted to Rp 200,000.- and the highest capital and wealth Rp 107,100,000. While the average capital and wealth of micro and small restaurant businesses is Rp.10,862,360.- per year. Costs incurred per year, the lowest amounted to Rp. 800,000.- and costs incurred the highest Rp. 161,920,000. While the average annual costs incurred by micro small and medium restaurant businesses are Rp. 31,897,600. - The lowest receipts received were Rp. 24,675,000. - and the highest received receipts were Rp. 33,000,000,000. - While the average annual revenue received by micro and small restaurant restaurants was Rp. 1,463,471,300, - Profits obtained per year, the lowest is Rp. 60,300,000. - and the highest profit is Rp. 6,000,000,000. 800, - The calculation results from the data collected produce Regression Equation Y = 863,536.6,537 + 5,011X1 + 3,690X2 + 0,146X3. This states that the hypothesis is accepted that capital and wealth, costs and revenues have a very significant effect on profits (confidence level of 99%).*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to examine internal factors and external factors in developing a business in Alsintan Services (UPJA). And the formulation of strategy formulations in growing and developing business businesses in agricultural equipment services or UPJA. The research was conducted from July to August 2020. Located in three districts, namely Kotabunan District, Mooat District and Modayag District, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency. Sources of data in this study use primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study uses the SWOT analysis method based on logic to be able to develop the maximum strength (strength) and opportunity (opportunity), but at the same time can also minimize weaknesses (weakness) and threats (threats). The results showed that the study of internal factors and external factors in the development of agricultural machine tool service business (UPJA), namely internal factors, namely the ability in company managerial and the experience of operators can be called strengths and also company administration in services to farmers and external factors of companies that participate in determining the direction of the development of agricultural equipment service businesses, namely government support, in this case the East Bolaang Mongondow Regency Agriculture Office and the potential for the availability of bank loans which are very supportive for the development of Agricultural Machine Tool Service Business Services (UPJA) as well as guarantee and ease of spare parts Then from the threat factor is the factor that gets attention, namely the low knowledge of farmers and farmers' capital for the use of alsintan. The formulation of the strategy for developing the Agricultural Machine Tool Service Business (UPJA) is an aggressive strategy or in quadrant I where the strategy used is all the strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities, as an alternative strategy to carry out socialization with the support of local governments through related agencies, fostering cooperation with farmers, increasing other agricultural business opportunities owned by UPJA, and increasing the availability of agricultural machinery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and opportunities for developing crystal guava farming and to analyze the financial feasibility of crystal guava farming in Warisa Village, Talawaan Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The study was conducted from July to October 2020. The selection of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling method. The research used primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews, based on a questionnaire to one guava crystal farmer. Secondary data were obtained from the Head of Village Office, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Agriculture Office of North Minahasa Regency. The results showed that the potential of natural resources, namely the availability of land for the development of crystal guava cultivation is still quite extensive and the use of existing land can still be maximized. Warisa Village fulfills the growing requirements for the development of guava plants because it is located at an altitude of ± 1-500 meters above sea level (masl), has a temperature of around 26.9-33,710 C in the daytime, rainfall is 1,993 mm year, type of soil is loose and fertile. Based on the financial feasibility analysis, Warisa Village's guava crystal cultivation is financially feasible to continue because it meets all investment criteria. *eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of factors such as working time, number of family members, wages, education level, mastery of special skills, and age on household income of the community around Batuputih tourist attraction. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The method of determining the number of respondents as a sample uses the total quota sampling method. The location selection was based on the consideration that the location is the only natural tourist attraction in Batuputih Bawah Village, Ranowulu District, Bitung City. Analysis of the data used is a multiple linear regression equation model. The results showed that the factors that affect the income of the community around the Batuputih natural tourist attraction are the outpouring of working time, wages and the level of mastery of special skills. Most of the people around the Batuputih natural tourist attraction earn income by working as guides.
