Abstract

The importance of concern for the environment in long-term business processes and the sustainability of the company's life through the practice of sustainability report disclosure. This study aims to analyze the effect of the sustainability report and actors of company ownership on market performance and fundamental performance. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Types and sources of data used are secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports. The method used is factor analysis to see the contribution of indicators to variables, and path analysis to see the effect of sustainability report disclosure, using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) tools. The findings state that the sustainability report has an effect on market performance, but the sustainability report has no effect on fundamental performance. Company ownership: BUMN and BUMS actors influence market performance and company fundamental performance. Keywords: BUMN, BUMS, market performance, fundamental performance, sustainability report

Abstract

One of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction is the amount of compensation received by employees every month and a comfortable work environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment in increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Veneta. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Veneta Indonesia as many as 63 people, using a census sampling technique where all of the population is used as a sample. Data analysis processing techniques used are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS version 22.0. The results of the study with a level of 5% found that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. The results of the study show that giving financial compensation on time and providing additional benefits which are of course in accordance with applicable regulations can increase employee job satisfaction. Abstract

The jni study aims to find out whether grade V students at SDN KARANGPAWITAN 3 understand the length unit using story questions, as well as what factors make students less aware of the story even though it has been explained. The method used in this study used a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data carried out with tests and conducting interviews with grade 5 homeroom teachers. From the results of research that has been carried out, the students have not fully understood the meaning of the story questions, but there are some students who already understand how to solve the story questions but on average the study

Abstract

Fokus kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kecamatan Serang Baru untuk mempercepat pengentasan daerah rawan pangan melalui meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat yakni dengan melakukan sosialisasi penguatan ekonomi yang memanfaatkan IPTEK khususnya penggunaan e-commerce , setelah dilakukan beberapa survei dan observasi lapangan. Hasil kegiatan bahwa selama pandemi Covid-19 daya bel iwi wilayah rumah tangga rawan pangan hanya sekitar 36% dari total daya beli di wilayah perkotaan. Tingkat kemampuan konsumsi rata-rata beras per KK pada rumah tangga rawan pangan hanya sekitar 0.33 Kg beras saja sementara sekitar 67% memiliki tingkat pendapatan kurang dari Rp. 500.000 per bulan sehingga sangat memerlukan bantuan beras seperti program “raskin”. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kecamatan Serang Baru menghasilkan program-program pengentasan kemiskinan yang bekerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat hingga penyuluhan pembuatan dan pembukaan akun e-commerce di Shopee yang sudah siap digunakan untuk menjual berbagai produk olahan rumah tangga yang dapat dipasarkan secara online.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi produk, layanan purnajual, dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna smartphone Android Infinix di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang mencakup observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik dan regresi berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan nilai t sebesar 5.675 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Layanan purnajual juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan nilai t sebesar 3.168 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,002. Kualitas produk juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t sebesar 6.693 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Pengaruh gabungan dari variasi produk, layanan purnajual, dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen mencapai 65,4%, sementara 34,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Perubahan loyalitas konsumen dapat diprediksi menggunakan persamaan regresi Y = -2,235 + 0,347(X1) + 0,252(X2) + 0,242(X3), di mana pengaruh simultan yang signifikan ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji F sebesar 60.481 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

This community service reflects the increasing waste problem in Indonesia, especially in Bekasi Regency, which is caused by population growth and the lack of adequate waste management infrastructure. Organic waste is the main component of waste produced in residential areas and can contribute to environmental and health problems. A waste management approach based on community participation is a solution to reduce the negative impacts of this waste. Recycling is also an important alternative in overcoming the waste problem in urban areas. This research tries to overcome the knowledge gap in the community, especially in Hamlet 1 Sumbersari through education and outreach about managing household organic waste into compost. The methods used include community education, science and technology diffusion, and training. The results of implementing this program show that the community can understand and carry out the processing of organic waste into compost well. Implementation of this program provides significant benefits in increasing public awareness about waste management and recycling. Apart from that, the implementation of this program also has a positive impact on the environment and economy. By increasing understanding about organic waste management, the community can actively participate in reducing waste production and improving the quality of agricultural land through the use of organic fertilizer. Thus, this approach can be a positive step in overcoming the waste problem and improving the quality of life of the community in Sumbersar Village and its surroundings.

Abstract

The Implementation of community service aims to provide Understanding and assistance in training for the creation of licensed integrated bussiness OSS managed by the goverment in the coordination of invesment services and one-step integrated services (DPMPTSP) aimed at NIB benefits and stucturing administrative order. The method used in research is socialization through lectures, discussion between participants and practice. The conseling approach is semi-formal and relevant according to community needs as well as stuctured explanation in language that is easy to understand. Apart from that , the sources are appropriate to their field of expertise because they are members who are sent directly by the goverment agency that works in the village. The couseling is presented interactively and includes a question and answer session. The result obtained bring benefits and insight to the local community and MSMEs as well as a reference for readers or writers with the subtitle regarding counseling on making bussiness permits (NIB).

Abstract

Skintific_ID's skincare marketing has utilized viral marketing and influencer marketing strategies through the social media platform TikTok. Despite achieving second place in market share, Skintific_ID continues to face stiff competition from its main competitor, Somethinc. To address this gap, this research focuses on viral marketing and influencer marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of viral marketing and influencer marketing on the purchase intention of the @skintific_id TikTok account. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causal associative research design. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that viral marketing and influencer marketing together have a significant effect on purchase intention. However, when considered individually, only influencer marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention, while viral marketing has no significant effect. To improve the marketing strategy, Skintific is advised to improve the content on the @skintific_id TikTok account with creative and informative videos and provide updated training to the marketing team on viral and influencer marketing strategies. In addition, they should select influencers that align with the company's vision and expand promotion to other platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Abstract

Modern catfish farming increasingly prioritizes the use of sophisticated technology to increase productivity and efficiency. One crucial aspect of catfish farming is the feeding system, which until now is still widely done manually by spreading feed by hand. This conventional method is less efficient, especially on a large scale, because it depends on the timing and dosage of feed, which is often uncontrolled. Inaccuracy in feeding can cause slow fish growth, water pollution due to leftover feed, and an increased risk of cannibalism in fish. To overcome these problems, an automatic feed machine technology equipped with a timer system was developed. This machine can throw feed in a scheduled and controlled manner so that feeding becomes more efficient and optimal. In addition to increasing the efficiency of the work of farmers, the use of automatic feeding machines also contributes to better fish growth and maintains the quality of pond water. The managerial implications that can be suggested are the need to strengthen the institutional capacity and management of women's farmer groups through structured ongoing training, especially in plant cultivation with the Budikdamber system and group financial management.

Abstract

The environment is a crucial aspect for the continuity of human life, including both the natural and social environment. Environmental factors affect human well-being, from the air we breathe to everyday aspects such as food and drink. To create a comfortable and healthy environment, environmental maintenance, especially drainage, becomes essential. Flooding is one of the common issues faced, particularly in lowland areas like Sumbersari Village. This activity aims to evaluate the importance of drainage in tackling flooding, focusing on the success of the drainage maintenance and upkeep program in Sumbersari Village. The methods used include socialization, coordination, and direct implementation in the field. The results of this activity are clearly visible in the changes in drainage conditions before and after cleaning. Additionally, the results show an increased awareness of the importance of drainage maintenance and proper waste disposal. It is hoped that these efforts can have a positive impact on environmental sustainability and the well-being of the community.ABSTRAKLingkungan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk kelanjutan hidup manusia, termasuk lingkungan alam dan sosial. Faktor lingkungan memengaruhi kesejahteraan manusia dari udara yang dihirup hingga aspek-aspek kehidupan sehari-hari seperti makanan dan minuman. Untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman dan sehat, perawatan lingkungan, terutama drainase, menjadi penting. Banjir merupakan salah satu masalah umum yang dihadapi, terutama di daerah dataran rendah seperti Desa Sumbersari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pentingnya drainase dalam mengatasi banjir, dengan fokus pada keberhasilan program perawatan dan pemeliharaan drainase di Desa Sumbersari. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, koordinasi, dan pelaksanaan langsung di lapangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terlihat jelas dari perubahan kondisi drainase sebelum dan sesudah dibersihkan. Selain itu hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya perawatan drainase dan membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Diharapkan upaya ini dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi keberlanjutan lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
