Abstract

Cancer is a dangerous disease with a high mortality rate. From ancient times until now, cancer has various types of cancer of the blood, eye, bone and others. Every human being can get the disease regardless of age, starting from children to adults. Children up to adolescents are school children, so when a child is diagnosed with cancer, it will affect his education. Therefore, this study discusses the effect of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles on the learning achievement of those diagnosed with cancer as children cancer fighters. This research uses experimental methods through 3 types of styles with data sources of interviews, observation and documentation in the form of reports on teaching and learning activities. The data is processed by Anova Variant Analysis. From the results of these calculations, there are effects of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles on the learning achievement of children who fight cancer.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is regulated in a law which mandates that basically every human being has the right to fulfill education. Humans here mean everyone despite different ethnicities, races or religions, or even age. Everyone has the right to get education. This includes children who were diagnosed with cancer and tumor. The education of children with cancer and tumor needs to be considered with policies that are formulated and made specifically. This research was conducted with data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation, which were then analyzed through data reduction, data assessment, and data verification. Data verification was carried out at a social foundation that serves children with cancer, namely Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (Indonesian Cancer Child Care Foundation), which has a program called My school, focused on the fulfillment of education for children diagnosed with cancer. The foundation was chosen to be a source of data in making appropriate policies for children with cancer, because with its 14-year career, YKAKI has contributed to the education of cancer children. Through problem formulation, forecasting, and recommendations, it was found that several things could be managed, including the hospital education system (hospital schooling), a special curriculum for children with cancer and tumor, the learning process for children with cancer and tumor, teachers for children with cancer and tumor, facilities that adapt the physical abilities of children with cancer and the continuity of education for children with cancer. From various points, it is concluded that a policy that focuses on the education of children with cancer and tumor is urgently needed. Pendidikan di Indonesia diatur dalam undang-undang yang mengamanatkan bahwa pada dasarnya setiap manusia mempunyai hak dalam memenuhi pendidikan. Manusia di sini tidak memandang suku, ras atau agama yang berbeda, atau bahkan usia dari kecil sampai tua. Semua memiliki hak dalam pendidikan. Tidak luput juga anak-anak yang terdiagnosis kanker dan tumor. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan anak-anak dengan penyakit kanker dan tumor perlu diperhatikan dengan kebijakan-kebijakan yang disusun dan dibuat khusus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, pengkajian data, dan verifikasi data. Verifikasi data dilakukan di yayasan sosial yang melayani anak-anak kanker yaitu Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia dengan programnya sekolah-ku, yaitu pemenuhan pendidikan untuk anak-anak yang terdiagnosis kanker. Yayasan tersebut dipilih menjadi sumber data dalam pembuatan kebijakan yang tepat untuk anak-anak kanker, karena dengan kiprah yang sudah mencapai 14 tahun, YKAKI sudah memberikan kontribusi dalam memenuhi pendidikan anak-anak kanker. Melalui perumusan, forecasting, hingga rekomendasi kebijakan, ditemukan bahwa beberapa hal dapat menjadi pilihan, antara lain sistem pendidikan rumah sakit (hospital schooling), kurikulum khusus anak-anak kanker dan tumor, proses belajar anak-anak kanker dan tumor, guru-guru untuk anak-anak kanker dan tumor, fasilitas yang menyesuaikan kemampuan fisik anak-anak kanker dan keberlanjutan pendidikan anak-anak kanker. Dari berbagai telaah, disimpulkan bahwa sebuah kebijakan yang tertuju pada pendidikan anak anak kanker dan tumor sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

Salah satu keberkahan dari covid 19 yaitu manusia dapat lebih banyak mengenal teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Covid 19 memicu adanya kebijakan baru mengenai sistem pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan yang semula jarak dekat dengan tatap muka diubah dengan jarak jauh dalam jaringan. Adapun software yang mendukung yaitu Zoom meet dan google meet digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring khususnya pada perkuliahan di kelas 3B BKI UIN RMS Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang ditujukan untuk menganalisis sudut pandang mahasiswa kelas 3B Prodi Bimbingan konseling islam berkaitan dengan efektivitas pembelajaran daring melalui aplikasi zoom meet dan google meet. Data penelitian ini juga diperkuat dengan hasil kuesioner melalui google form kepada 22 mahasiswa di kelas 3B yang berjumlah 22 orang, meskipun penelitian ini bernuansa kualitatif. Sebagai penguat data penulis juga menggali informasi melalui observasi terlibat, wawancara via telpon dan melalui grup Whatsapp. Dengan cara tersebut hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan melalui triangulasi. Dari temuan penulis dari berbagai data bahwa mahasiswa kelas 3B Prodi BKI 100% memilih google meet sebagai pembelajaran daring karena lebih efektif saat presentasi, diskusi, kestabilan signal, hemat kuota data internet dan share screen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan mendesak untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter di era digital, di mana peserta didik dihadapkan pada tantangan moral dan sosial yang kompleks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi upaya dan strategi yang efektif dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam kurikulum nasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka yang mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum nasional telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik terhadap nilai-nilai moral, religiusitas, dan kebangsaan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan orang tua, keterbatasan waktu dalam kurikulum, serta kurangnya pelatihan khusus bagi pendidik. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, strategi yang direkomendasikan mencakup peningkatan pelatihan bagi pendidik, pengembangan bahan ajar yang menarik dan interaktif, serta kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan komunitas lokal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dan sistematis dalam pendidikan karakter, yang adaptif terhadap perubahan sosial dan teknologi, guna mempersiapkan generasi muda Indonesia menghadapi tantangan global dengan karakter yang kuat dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

This study investigates how, from 2019 to 2020, internal factors such as Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Cash Ratio (CR) as well as external factors such as the BI-rate and inflation affect liquidity risk measured by the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Dynamic panel data analysis using the System Generalized Method of Moments (SYS-GMM) approach to address data dynamics and endogeneity. This study uses secondary data from the Financial Ratio Publication Report of Sharia Rural Bank, published by the Financial Services Authority and displayed on the official Bank Indonesia website, which consists of 153 Sharia Rural Bank. The results show that internal and external factors have a significant impact on the liquidity risk of Sharia Rural Bank. This study concludes that liquidity management must adapt to market conditions and capital resilience. Strategic recommendations are provided to enhance financing oversight, maintain capital adequacy, and improve cash management effectiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of bank-specific factors on the financial stability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2013 to 2023. Using a quantitative approach and panel data regression analysis on secondary data from 15 Islamic banks listed on the IDX, the study finds that Non-Performing Finance (NPF) has a significant negative effect, Bank Size has a significant positive effect, and Bank Age has a positive but insignificant effect on financial stability. Collectively, NPF, Bank Size, and Bank Age significantly influence financial stability.

Abstract

The rapid integration of digital technology into Islamic education presents new challenges to the effectiveness of assessment systems, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Existing evaluation models often emphasize cognitive outcomes while neglecting affective and spiritual dimensions, which are central to Islamic education. This study aims to explore the contribution of Imam Al-Ghazali’s educational thought in formulating a more holistic and contextually relevant evaluation model for PAI in the modern era, especially within polytechnic institutions. Using a qualitative approach through library research, this study analyzes Al-Ghazali’s classical works and related academic literature. The findings indicate that Al-Ghazali’s evaluation model, which integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects and emphasizes Sufi-based values such as worship habituation, self-reflection, control of desires, and moderation, remains highly applicable to today’s digital learning environment. This approach shows that value-based assessment can not only measure academic achievement but also support the formation of students’ character and ethical integrity. The study contributes conceptually to the development of integrative Islamic education evaluation models and recommends further empirical research to validate its practical implementation across various educational levels. Such efforts are essential to align Islamic education with the demands of the digital era while preserving its foundational moral and spiritual objectives.

Abstract

The slaughtering of sacrificial animals (kurban) is a religious ritual rich in spiritual, social, and health values; however, in practice, it still faces several fundamental challenges. The traditional method of casting animals with ropes often poses safety risks to the committee, causes stress to the animals, and leads to a decline in meat quality. This community service program was conducted to provide a solution through the innovation of a safe and efficient animal casting tool that complies with Islamic principles. The method consisted of needs assessment, design and fabrication of a galvanized steel frame casting device with a portable hinge system, training on hygienic and syar’i slaughtering techniques, and field trials with the kurban committee. The results showed that the casting tool significantly reduced accident risks, shortened the time required for animal handling and slaughter, and maintained meat quality by minimizing animal stress. Moreover, the training improved the skills and knowledge of the kurban committee, particularly in halal, hygienic, and regulated slaughtering practices. The success of this program provided not only a technical solution but also reinforced the religious and social values of the kurban ritual, while fostering community independence in applying appropriate technology. Therefore, this community service contributes to enhancing safety, meat quality, and the sustainability of an orderly, hygienic, and syar’i-compliant kurban tradition.

Abstract

The declining interest and consistency in memorizing the Quran among younger generations pose a serious challenge amidst digital disruption and academic pressure. This study reflects on the experiences of participants in the One Day One Color (O.D.O.C) program, a Quranic memorization method based on daily targets and visualized progress, designed to foster discipline and measurable spiritual engagement. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using in-depth interviews with participants who had completed the program, to explore the cognitive, affective, and spiritual impacts of this method. The findings indicate that O.D.O.C effectively facilitates the formation of long-term memory structures, enhances intrinsic motivation, and strengthens emotional connections with Qur’anic verses. Although there is a decline in memorization intensity after the program ends, most participants demonstrate continued effort by adjusting their rhythm, integrating alternative methods, and leveraging technology. Memorization also serves as a reflective tool, a reinforcement of religious identity, and a form of emotional therapy. In conclusion, the O.D.O.C method is not only technically relevant but also has a transformative impact on character and spiritual development. Its success is contingent upon post-program support, including community engagement, strategic flexibility, and adaptive digital systems. This study recommends O.D.O.C as a promising methodological innovation in contemporary Qur’anic education.
